The house is very nice, it is very large, everything was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay at this place. Maria was very attentive in everything and very kind, and she responded quickly to all my requests. Thank you very much for everything, Maria.

Lovely house great place to stay. Transport is essential as local restaurants etc are a bit of a distance away. 10 mins in a cab. One or two small issues but Maria responded quickly to get them sorted. Would happily stay again

Everything was excellent, except that the code to pick up the keys had changed and we weren’t notified in advance. I think it would be important to have more cleaning supplies in the kitchen, such as paper towels and more trash bags. The place is very nice and in a very good location.

Beautiful home on the beach! We enjoyed our time here. It is very spacious and so relaxing with a view of ocean. The beds are very comfortable. A nice house when you have a bigger group.

Maria and her team were very responsive to our household needs. Such a beautiful setting so close to the beach. Pretty isolated. But, once we hooked up with DiDi we were off and running. We were fortunate to be in Progreso during Carnival. People of Progreso were extremely nice. Thank you

A beautiful, remodeled house, with all the amenities you need to be in front of the beach, everything according to the photos, it has an incredible beach, an excellent place to go with the family, full bathrooms in all the bedrooms, all the air conditioners working perfectly, a super spacious living room and terrace, it has all the amenities and we loved staying there, we will definitely be back.

This is an amazing place for a big family or a large group of friends. We spent Christmas here and had the best experience. The house is beautiful and the surroundings too. The host was always responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Very comfortable, a very quiet and very accessible area.

the host is incredibly responsive and was so helpful and accommodating to us with all of our requests and needs. their staff is lovely and so nice when they stop by. the house is great for a group trip with the layout and the big tables inside and out. lots of spaces to be together as a group, which was a huge pro for our stay. the beach is nice but lots of trash in the surrounding area, not that the host is responsible for that but something to keep in mind. the water was warm and great seashelling. if you’re willing to walk down the beach for 15-20 minutes you can access a much cleaner beach. the area is super quiet, not much accessible by walking. only a few convenience stores and a liquor store or two nearby and not much for restaurants in the immediate area.

Everything is very good

This is an incredible hacienda. It was great for our family reunion of 12 with ample space to spread. The outdoor areas is incredible, so many beautiful trees and birds. You wake up every morning with a fully immersive jungle concert and feel right in it. I would also highly recommend Fatima’s services for food, as it is very good quality and she and her team are super accommodating. The only points I’d mention is: 1. Apart from Merida, it’s far away from a lot of sites you may want to visit so be ready to drive around. 2. Kitchen is not as fully equipped as one might expect if you like cooking large meals for family, but it was not a major hurdle is using Fatima’s services. Highly recommend overall, it is a very unique place to stay Incredible place

The place is very quiet, nice and very friendly people. The people who took care of us (Beto, Abi and Fatima) were very helpful and friendly, we would definitely come back!

Highly recommend - the place was stunning and looked exactly like the photos. Easy access to the beach and the accommodations were great, comfortable with plenty of space. In particular, the common spaces, including outdoor space and pool, were just what we were looking for. Keep in mind the location is a bit farther from downtown Progreso (about 30-40min walk) so we did often use Uber to get downtown for meals or grocery runs.

Only stayed one night, but this place is truly an oasis. Its open concept living room with beach view is exactly what we wanted. The private beach access is stunning and comfortable. The pool is nice with a great view. Clean. Good AC units. Definitely want to come back for longer!

The house is very nice and practical. The only "but" was the lack of a working washing machine. Gerardo came to connect (very kind in everything) but he didn't stay and we couldn't really use it. A house for so many people for a week DOES require a working washing machine.

Amazing stay, we celebrated our 5 years anniversary in the hacienda and it was such a special time and place! Special thanks to Betto who helped us every step of the way. He is so kind and made us feel at home immediately ! And for Fatima too! She was cooking for us and also made food for the party; best Cochinita pibil I tried, and the sopa de Lima too! This holiday felt like heaven, thank you again!!!

This place is wonderful. We did an overnight stay after a wedding in Merida., we needed a beach day to relax. The house is gorgeous. It was very clean and as shown in the photos. My family of ten was there and it was truly perfect for us. I would book again. It was close enough but not in the middle of the the activity of the Progreso board walk!

100% recommending We would definitely come back A perfect place to enjoy the tranquility of the Hacienda. Very clean and comfortable all its rooms. The well equipped kitchen. The beautiful gardens are perfect for taking photos, just like the photos in your listing. The pool is very nice ( although due to the dates it was cold, we still enjoy it ) The town of Acancech is 30 min from Merida and there is no Uber service there, I recommend that they be friends with the Uber that took them to the Hacienda so that the go by Uds if they want to take a walk in the center of Merida.

A beautiful location perfect for larger groups or families. Each room had its own en suite and a generous layout. The home was minimally appointed but did have all the necessities and María and her team were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. If you’re looking for a place to disconnect this is the place!

We rented the hacienda for a women's meditation retreat and it was the perfect place. Guests had their privacy, there were communal spaces and lots of room on the grounds. The food prepared by Fatima was outstanding. The beech tree in the back took center stage during our Mayan blessing ceremony and we all hugged it for its healing powers. We will hopefully be back next year.

They coordinated transportation, arranged a private chef, and took care of every detail, making our vacation seamless and stress-free. Their hospitality and attention to detail were second to none. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway. Thank you for making my birthday celebration so incredible!

The house is very beautiful,as in the photos, everything is clean,you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea from the pool,in the dining room or cooking,the window between the dining room and the pool helps a lot to not feel so hot inside the house since the entire sea breeze comes in, the beach is super cerquita,as soon as you open the back door where the pool is and there is already the sand of the sea and in 2 minutes walking you reach the beach,the badcon is 6mins in uber and costs approx 4.30 dls very accessible the cost,I recommend Eladios restaurant give different free drinks while you are drinking and you can start walking to the whole malecon. The house is in a residential area,super quiet and safe,the team that is attentive to the house was very kind and always attentive to what I would need. I will safely stay here again and I highly recommend that you do too.

We loved staying at Hacienda Tepich, Beto, Fatima and they all made us feel right at home. The food that Fatimaa cooked at us was spectacular. The hacienda is beautiful and very large, although it remains on the outskirts of Merida was what we were looking for. Thank you for making our stay a great pleasure!

We were 20 school friends reuniting and we couldn't have asked for a better location. Everyone got their own bed and Karina the local cook recommended by Maria was fantastic. Perhaps the only issue is that the living room is more like a museum and no one really wanted to hang out there, even on the rainy days.

We had such a great time staying here. The house was gorgeous and clean and in a beautiful location. The town is relatively quiet but we were there for relaxation. Maria was incredibly responsive as well. Would absolutely stay again and would recommend to a friend

Our trip to Hacienda Tepich Ramos was planned months ago to make it very special for various reasons. We chose it for the attractive combination of tourism on the peninsula, its proximity to Merida and above all to have the family experience of occupying a hacienda of these characteristics, but fully conditioned and cared for. The combination was ideal and our stay is memorable. I would like to highlight the efforts that the owners put into furnishing, adapting and conditioning the areas of the hacienda. Everything is very tastefully thought out and the breadth of the property makes it a magical place. Our stay was in December so we enjoyed fresh weather and few insects. Few details to report, a broken toilet bowl, and a fan that couldn't be turned off, but very minor compared to the experience of enjoying a property of those dimensions and those features for you and your family. Fatima, Beto and Abi were prime, all very kind

First - the home is truly stunning. I've stayed at several homes in the Progreso and coastal areas of the Yucatan and this is, by far, the nicest and most well appointed home. Absolutely terrific for the a large group and having social time, etc. While the location isn't really walkable to central Progreso, it's still a lovely area with plenty of privacy and ability to get quick necessities nearby. The beds were super comfortable. Each of us slept incredibly well while there. The living area furniture and table/chairs outside were also very comfortable. The loungers are a bit hard on old bones but with the ample pillows, towels, etc they work well. The host, and staff were incredibly responsive. We ran into a couple of bumps - no water the first morning and no hot water, nor gas for cooking the next morning - they handled this quickly. We found cookware lacking beyond basic pots/pans. Overall a really lovely stay and we would not hesitate to stay again.

The stay was very pleasant, the house is like in the pictures, the beds and amenities everything is top notch. It is an excellent place to relax.

I would come back and prepare with other personal things

This place was beautiful. Everything in the pictures is actually what you get. The location is great, a short Uber/Lyft ride to the main town and boardwalk. The ocean-facing backyard provided easy access to the ocean yet a secluded and private feeling. I would stay here again.

The place was amazing, literally the beach was a 100 meter walk from the house. Progreso pier is a few minute car ride or a 2 mile walk. It was amazing!

What can you even say about this beautiful place?! It’s such an epic experience and we couldn’t have been more happy here. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfy, the property and communal areas are massive. The hacienda is so well taken care of and all of the staff are warm and kind. I could not recommend this place more, it’s the best vacation I’ve ever had.

Beautiful place, spacious and the cooks are very good, clean, the only suggestion would be the fumigated one, as the rains started, some large insects came out, but we let Maria know and they solved it.

We had a great time. The house felt luxurious and grandiose. Beach access was nice. Surrounding houses were quite, which created an exclusive vibe. They host was very accommodating to our requests. Progreso offered great options for lunch and dinner. We are completely satisfied with our stay.

The place is amazing and the photos do not do it justice, the communication was always constant without having to wait a long time for the answers, Fátima and Beto are fantastic people who are always attentive to what you need, she cooks delicious and he is always attentive to anything you need on the hacienda. Leaving the place, the village has shops, where you can buy soft drinks, beers, etc. I went to celebrate my birthday and attended several foreigners who were amazed and want to return. I highly recommend it to relax, some business integration, or just come together as a family. Thank you so much for having my special celebration.

The house is in excellent condition, it looks much better in person than in the photos. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the social area is super dad. It has access to the beach that is very close. Any questions or concerns that I left were answered very quickly and kindly. I recommend it 100%, we would definitely go back!

I only had a topic with the water that was finished but they solved the miso day and the kitchen had gas leakage that we solved by closing the shut-off key, for everything it generates excellent.
