The house is much prettier than in the photos and the help of the house staff is definitely a plus. Juan Pablo was very accessible and was always in communication with me. I'm already thinking when I'm coming back!

Very good location with access to the lake, very friendly service staff, the only detail is that there are many steps to get to one of the bedrooms and the bathrooms need a little maintenance, everything else is excellent.

The house has its own dock and buoy where you can dock a boat/jet ski if you need it. We had a very comfortable time, excellent service from Luis and Naty. A privileged view of the lake. We will definitely be back!!!

From the moment we arrived, the person in charge treated us very well. Everything was very pleasant. The only negative is that one room is upstairs in the house, but that doesn't take away from the good experience.

We had an amazing weekend, the host sent us very useful info for all our needs. He was very attentive to our arrival and has the best staff, they are worth their weight in gold 👌. First day all you have to do is coordinate with the Mr. Luis and Mrs. Naty take care of everything. They make a good team, you won't have to worry about anything, Mrs. Naty has excellent seasoning and Luis helps at all times. Both strive to make sure you have a happy stay. The house is very nice, it has many things to make you feel at home, the kitchen has everything you need, the pool is small but the water is very nice (room temperature), you can arrive earlier at an extra cost but if you are late, they pass the hours at the exit and that is a very good option to take advantage of the time, the lady in the kitchen is very friendly, in my case I rented Saturday and Sunday and she arrived on Sunday, Mr. Luis was very friendly and attentive and helpful to your needs, the host is waiting for you to arrive and that you have all the indications and a nice touch is that they welcome you with some complimentary beers, which when you arrive taste like heaven hahaha, thank you for renting us your house.

Everything that is advertised in the publication is fulfilled and Mrs. Nati and Luis are always there to help you with whatever you need. My family and I had a great time

I have travelled the world. This is the best house I have stayed in! The location of the house is perfect, quiet, no restaurants around blasting music. The house is perfect, well spaced out with comfortable bedrooms and beds. The garden, pool, chill out palapa area were perfect too. HOWEVER, the best part, are the staff, Luis and Natty were incredible. They were happy to help with cooking, preparing the the boat (for wakeboarding) with refreshments, all the little things that take away the stress. I will be coming back as soon as possible. Take my advice, book this place and you won’t be disappointed!

Everything is great! Juan Pablo welcomes you with some small beers and there are two people who help you cook and clean! That's very worth it, the house is all good, just keep in mind that one of the rooms is very far from the others, but everything is amazing.
