Erick’s property was wonderful. He is very very fast to reply to all messages. His property seems like a luxury condominium. It is a large and very spacious place. The security is the best we have ever seen. The police even helped us with the doors. We slept in the smaller room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was very cold, the way we love it. The pool is very nice. The water in the shower gets very hot, if want that. His WiFi is excellent and very fast. We had a great stay.

A really great place to stay in Tulum. Located between the beach and the center of the city. We used the bikes a lot to get around. Many nice restaurants very close to the apartment.

The place is a lovely, clean two bedroom two baths! It is actually nicer than the airbnb pics! Alberto, the property manager was my contact and he was a great communicator and got things done! He was available to change the potable water regularly and some other maintenance issues! All in all a great stay in a lovely apartment! I enjoyed the month immensely!

Everything was excellent, a very kind and attentive host, I would definitely stay there again.

Stunning place! Very well kept. Clear instructions on how to access everything. Great communication. Excellent location. The bicycles were a plus on getting around town. This is our second time to Tulum and would highly recommend Erick’s place especially after you get to know the area.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was spacious, clean, stylish, and safe. The location was great — in between the beach and downtown. Nice communication and recommendations from Alberto, too! Would definitely stay at Omara again.

The AirBnb is in a great location, lots of stores close by, very close to downtown Tulum and the beach. Everything was very clean, very welcoming. Beto the guy that takes care of the AirBnb was very helpful, he provided detailed instructions about everything that had to do with our stay, and was also very helpful on letting us know what activities we could do in Tulum. He was very responsive to any questions we had, overall our stay at this AirBnb was amazing, we had a few hiccps but nothing major. I would recommed the stay here, beautiful place surrounded by the jungle. Me and my family will for sure be coming back!

Perfect stay!

This condo is amazing and exactly like the pictures. It is in a beautiful community. The bikes were such a nice addition to be able to check out the area once we arrived. One thing I'd like to note is that although the pool is gorgeous, it does get little sun. Which is fine - you will just need to go to the beach for that part! Although we didn't bike to the beach (we rented a 4-wheeler), the bikes were super cute and in great condition. We were greeted immediately at check-in, with help to our room with all of our groceries and recommendations for dinner that night. This place is definitely a gem. Erick was always very timely in his responses. Beto was more than helpful when it came to any questions; whether it be a hair dryer, restaurant recommendation, or a taxi Playa del Carmen. Beto saved our life one night when we needed to order some late-night pizza! He is the BEST! Thank you - this was such a great vacation and experience! <3

Erick’s place was just as the pictures showed. It’s in a quiet and peaceful gated community - in Aldea Zama, a 6 min drive to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants in Aldea Zama alone! And you are very close to the center of town for endless restaurant options and anything you need. Very close to a large supermarket. Erick’s assistant met us at the condo to check us in, and was very responsive to our needs throughout our stay. The apartment is very comfortable. A/C units work great, the pool is lovely, beds are comfortable. Our only complaint is we did ask for the sink to be unclogged and despite being told the plumber would come every day, the sink was never unclogged- may have been due to the plumbers availability- idk. I highly recommend staying here - great location, felt very safe, and lovely accommodations. Erick was in touch before our trip and his assistant was available to us throughout our stay so we felt taken care of.

They set up the condo beautifully and gave us a personal welcome with A special "Happy Birthday" greeting for my daughter. It was all wonderful. We certainly recommend it!

I just got back from a 6-night stay in Omara 209 with 3 of my friends. From the time of booking Erick was ultra available to answer my questions and help me with my bookings, including transportation from Cancun to Tulum. The place was spotless. There were several restaurants within walking distance and the hotel area of Tulum is quickly accessible by taxi. Ivan the concierge did a job of exceptional quality: he helps us book our restaurants, outings, excursions, shows, etc. I would return without hesitation.

You guys I cannot begin to tell you how incredible this home is! Every room immaculate and beautifully decorated. In fact i might argue that the condo and property are so incredible they make you not want to leave and spend your Tulum stay indoors! Ill be staying here again for sure! 10 stars if I could give it :)

We loved our time here! The space was clean, spacious and comfortable - even better than described. We felt very safe, and enjoyed the pool every day. Our favorite dinner spot was Casa Maria on the beach, not far from the place. Also loved Mezzanine Thai on the beach, and Charlie's in town. Visiting Sian Ka'an, doing the river float and seeing the Muyil ruinas is a must. Favorite cenotes - Nichte-Ha and Laguna Kan Luum. Thanks for a great stay!

Erick De Luxury Vacations was amazing! It was about 15 minutes from the main strip and about 7-10 minutes from downtown. The condo was very clean and the staff were very attentive to our needs. Albert was waiting at the condo when we arrived to ensure we found the condo safely. The condo shows as advertised in the pictures! Would love to book again when available!

Great place! Beautiful condo, very clean. Well decorated and stocked thoughtfully with items. The building was beautiful, pool was also very nice. Location very accurate and was a short bike ride to the beach as well as Tulum Centrale. It was very convenient to have bikes set aside! Monse was very kind, attentive, and very quick to respond. Honestly, well done guys and would absolutely stay again, and recommend.

The apartment is very spacious and very pleasant. It has everything to spend a few days very comfortably 5min from the beach by car, everything is very tasteful and the welcome detail is much appreciated

THE BEST AIRBNB I’VE EVER STAYED IN! I was a bit hesitant to book at first due to lack of reviews, but I’m SO glad that I did. The place looks JUST as gorgeous, clean and spacious as it does in the pictures. Location is absolutely perfect as it’s super close to the town and not too far from the beach/beach clubs. I ADORED that they let us borrow their bikes because it saved us money on taxis and bike rentals. Not to mention that the bikes were super cute and trendy. Erick and the other hosts were SO wonderful and attentive from the time that I booked with them all the way through check-out. They were super responsive and genuine. They really went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as pleasant and perfect as it could be. I could not recommend this place enough!

This place is absolutely amazing, location, facility and staff were just great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who’s traveling there for the first time and of course for the returning guests.

Amazing place, amazing location, amazing hosts. Everything about this listing was great. Best place I have stayed in Tulum. Close to the Hotel Zone and Tulum Centro. The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean and accurate to description. They even provided bikes for me and my friends. 10/10 highly recommended!
