AWESOME!! A truly perfect experience! The house is beautiful, spacious, and well maintained – practically a palace. The heated pool was fantastic and makes the stay even more enjoyable. The spaces are large and perfect for a family, especially if you want to spend more than 3 days relaxing, really enjoying the house, the pool, and time together. Everything is very well organized, and we immediately felt comfortable. It is the ideal place to relax and spend wonderful days with the family. Absolutely highly recommended, especially for families. We'd love to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Chapala. The view of the lake is simply amazing and the whole place exudes a lot of peace and quiet. The property is surrounded by beautiful, very well-maintained gardens that make every corner feel special. Something we loved was the layout: it has three villas separate from the main house, which provides a lot of privacy and is perfect for traveling with family or in a group. The main house has one bedroom, and the villas offer separate spaces for the other guests. It is undoubtedly a beautiful place to disconnect, relax, and enjoy the tranquility and incredible views of Chapala. We loved our stay and would definitely come back

A very special house. I highly recommend it. It has some imperfections, as it's a house with a few years on it, but the architecture, spaciousness, and views are hard to match at that price!

The place is quiet, private with a spectacular view of the lagoon and the hill, without neighbors, very large spaces, a very large pool, clean and with heating, which made us enjoy it to the fullest. Keep in mind that since they are villas, you do have to climb stairs and walk to the common areas, but nothing excessive. As a suggestion, I would provide towels for the pool, and the ones in the rooms are already very worn out. The cost did seem a bit high, but we really enjoyed being in a place with so much nature and beautiful views. The hosts are 10/10.

A beautiful house, spectacular views of the lake, lovely green areas, the pool is large and allows you to swim comfortably, everything you need in the kitchen, very easy and convenient check-in, and if you forget something, you can go out and get it without any problems. And the co-host, Rafael, was very nice and punctual at check-in and check-out times.

An amazing place to spend time with family; the hosts' service was excellent – to say the least. I'd be happy to come back Oh, and in some reviews, I read that there was no hot water. It does have hot water, and even the pool is heated. If my review is helpful and you are reading it… Be sure to go; you won't regret it. The place is very safe.

The place had very spacious areas. The pool area is beautiful. There were 14 of us, and the spaces were perfect for our group.

Excellent hosts, very communicative and always attentive, the property is amazing, wonderful, the photos don't do it justice, ideal for large families, highly recommended, thank you for welcoming us with our pets, it was an unbeatable family experience, if they allow us, we will definitely be back.

A beautiful house with a beautiful view. I had an amazing time with my friends. It was a very fun trip and we didn't need anything.

The property is stunning, the photographs don’t do it justice. Its so big, spacious, and beautifully kept, ideal for large groups who still want privacy. Went there as a family with kids everyone had a great time. The hosts were super friendly and accesible, they were quick to answer every question and greeted us with kindness. I will definitely be returning! It’s a great place to rest and have fun.

Very private grounds with beautiful pool, great patios and a spectacular view from every spot on the property. Casitas are private and spread out from each other. Property is bigger than expected and a few small details need attention, but other than that it was great stay.

The house has everything you need to have a pleasant time, it's worth the price. The only details are the arrival due to the construction and repairs that are being done near the area, but it has nothing to do with the Airbnb, just consider that it is somewhat confusing upon arrival. Any issue, Rafael was attentive to us at all times. It's clean and the beds are comfortable. We had a quiet and relaxing weekend. The views are 10/10
