Everything was amazing, the house is spacious, clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities shown. In addition, it is located in the Royal Navy subdivision and you can have access to a private beach that is beautiful! But the best part of our entire stay was Alex's service, super attentive, super accessible, always attentive. We're definitely going back!

We had a fabulous weekend at the house, it has everything you need to have a good time. In my case, I went with my family to celebrate a bachelorette party. My aunts, cousins, sister and all of us had a great time. We brought microphones, we did karaoke on the living room TV, which is fabulous, and there's an excellent internet connection. The house is super comfortable, the beds, the bathrooms, the kitchen, everything has an excellent size in space. Alex was always attentive, he answered any request and message instantly, he was always attentive to everything and always very kind. The place is super quiet, we had an amazing weekend, so much so that we arrived on a Friday and did not leave until Sunday, we took full advantage of the house, I openly recommend it.

Alex is an excellent host, attentive and careful to every detail to make the accommodation perfect, we had a problem with the pool water which was cloudy and dirty, which he explained very well and it could be used without any problem.

The house is beautiful and well located in a central and very safe area, a pool and very spacious areas. The check-in process was very simple... A very friendly Host and always attentive to our needs, we will certainly return here on our next visit to San Carlos.

My family and I loved the house, everything was nice and clean, our group included kids of different ages and all of them had a lot fun, they spent a lot of time at the pool and playing board games. Alex was always in contact with us, since the very beginning, he asked about our group needs which was great, he gave us clear instructions before our arrival and during our stay. The house included kayaks and that was a blast, Alex explained everything to us perfectly so transporting them was so easy. We definitely want to come back and we will recommend the house and the excellent host to our family and friends.

Very safe area and pleasant stay

My family and I had a great time. The house is practically new, equipped with everything you need to enjoy a few days of rest. It's very close to the beach, and the kayaks were a big plus. The terrace, with its gas grill and heated pool is really comfortable. The nearby beach is very quiet and with a good view for the Sunset. The host was always attentive, he shared a guide with clear instructions and suggestions for activities to make the most of our stay. Definitely a place I would recommend and we will return to.
