The stay at Villa Capricho is always excellent. Ambar is an excellent host and the house is super nice and comfortable.

An absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! The stay exceeded all our expectations; the place is beautiful, comfortable and cared for down to the last detail. Communication with Ámbar was impeccable. She was always attentive, kind, and available for everything, and the staff's service was simply excellent. They made us feel truly at home. I recommend this place 100% and we will definitely come back

Ambar was an amazing host! She was responsive and warm throughout our entire stay, she went out of her way to accommodate an early check-in and even offered to hold our luggage before the house was ready. She gave us great local recommendations, including regional meat from a nearby vendor. The house itself was well spacious, well designed, well-equipped, and centrally located near supermarkets and the market. A couple small things for the house itself: the pillows are well overused and could use an upgrade, as they're extremely soft and lack support. Also, a couple of the beds had bottom sheets but were missing top sheets. Nothing that affected our overall experience, just feedback for future guests. Check-out was easy and stress-free, and we'll definitely stay at Villa Capricho again. Highly recommend!

Our stay was excellent. Ambar's service was amazing. She was always very friendly and attentive to everything we needed. The house is very nice, comfortable and was super clean. You can see the care and attention to detail in each space. Ms. Lulu, who cooked for us, was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Also, the food was delicious. The house has many things to entertain you, to rest and to enjoy your stay. It's definitely a place I recommend 100%. We had a very nice experience and look forward to coming back soon. Super nice house, and with everything you need to spend an unforgettable family weekend

The stay at this Airbnb was simply excellent!! The attention received from Ámbar was truly as if she were someone very close. The house was very nice, the bedrooms were super clean, very comfortable and totally private, which is really appreciated. The pool was very large and awesome! It's really a place to rest and enjoy at the same time. All the spaces are designed to be enjoyed!! We had the opportunity to celebrate my wife's birthday and Ámbar helped us with many recommendations to plan the surprise celebration for my wife. She gave us the opportunity to bring a mariachi. I'm really super grateful for her help and attention. Among the services provided, for an extra cost, is Mrs. Lulu, an excellent and super friendly person, who helped us with cleaning the bedrooms and some other things. My family was very grateful for Lulu's support. I really recommend this place 100% and we will definitely return very soon.

I had a great experience at this Airbnb. Communication with the host was always quick and clear, which made everything very easy from before arriving. The place was very well located, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the pictures. In addition, I really appreciated the flexibility and willingness to help during the stay. Communication with Ámbar is simply amazing; she is a lovely person, super attentive. The house is just like in the photos, super quiet, and you feel right at home. There are always things to do, and it is totally worth staying there. It is the perfect house for a great stay and having an amazing time with family or friends. Our accommodation was what we were looking for in a private and relaxing area. Amber provided us with everything we needed to feel at home. We only had a problem with the pool and the jacuzzi. The water in both was dirty. The pool had extremely cold water, not recommended for this December season. The jacuzzi had hot water but we perceived the water to have a bad smell and be dirty.

We really enjoyed our stay. Ambar was always very attentive and helpful to us. The place exceeded our expectations and we felt right at home. It's in a great location and we had an amazing few days. We would definitely come back!”

The property is exceptional!! It has 2 huge gardens, a trampoline, a very good sized pool, a jacuzzi, two living rooms and two dining rooms….. in short, the space is perfect for large families and families with children, our children and their friends had a great time. Ambar is an excellent host, super friendly, available at all times to help us have an excellent time. We already want to go back!!

We stayed with four(!) generations and the place, the friendliness and accommodating attention of Ambar and the staff was better than any AB&B we ever stayed in, hand down. The place is very safe in a gated area, and easy to reach as well as very well located. A steal!

An excellent house to spend a very quiet weekend in the company of family and friends. The house is in excellent condition, and the service from Ambar was perfect, always attentive.

It is a beautiful and imposing villa with beautiful gardens, the stay in the beautiful garden and both unique and well-appointed garden rooms with the music you choose, the clean and climate-controlled pool, the water is very delicious. There is only one slope in the pool for swimming comfort.The private rooms are very clean and organized. The bathrooms are also clean and have everything you need for a pleasant shower. The kitchen is well-equipped and the house assistant Lulu is very respectful, restrained and very clean in her work. This weekend was very beautiful because of the trust and security of the house. My words do not do justice to express gratitude for the hospitality and welcome details in Villa Encanto, by Ámbar and her husband. We loved the reception and the service. We'll be back soon.
