Very nice house and the place where it is located is magical.

It was just as shown in the photos, we liked that the pool water was heated.

The house is wonderful. Very well furnished, super comfortable and with a spectacular view. The photos don't do it justice. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back. Felipe was always very friendly. The only thing I would improve is the check-in instructions, which are not very clear, but since Felipe explains them to you, you find the house quickly.

The place is amazing, the house is very spacious, it has all the utensils to do whatever you need and the host is a very friendly person!! 100% recommended

Our experience was excellent. The property has a stunning panoramic view of the mountains, which really makes every sunrise and sunset unforgettable. The pool and jacuzzi were ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the surroundings. In addition, the terrace and outdoor areas are designed to make the most of the landscape and the tranquility of the place. The interior of the house is spacious, comfortable. The well-equipped kitchen and spacious rooms added comfort to our stay.

The house and most of the furniture are in excellent condition.

The house is beautiful and spacious. I liked it very much, each room has its own bathroom which I find excellent when you travel with several people, the main bedroom is very spacious and has its tub, the only thing was that the hot water varies a lot in the bedrooms above, it heats and cools while you bathe, it is not stable so to speak but in the bedrooms below it does not happen that. The fifth bedroom is located outside the house, which is also very good, I only recommend being careful with the Alacranes but that is throughout Valle. The green areas are very nice and large, you can go down to the river that is heard from the house, there are stairs that take you, that is something heavy but good exercise. The area is super quiet because it is far from Valle which if your goal is to go to rest is super good, still Valle is not far away. Felipe is very friendly and super accessible. I will definitely be back, we were all very comfortable

The house and Felipe's hospitality made our experience incredible. The house has all the amenities you need so you don't have to leave the house. The house is very spacious, nice, and practical, and it has a very nice view. It has access down to the river, the pool is big enough even to play volleyball with 6 or 8 people, and it has a sufficiently large garden. Near the house there is a convenience store where you can buy basic things that you may need. I highly recommend booking this house because of all the amenities it has.

This home is so much nicer than the photos. The view and privacy are wonderful. We had lots of space to enjoy the outdoors. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The fifth bedroom is separate from the house and may not be suitable for every group. Felipe was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would be happy to return.

My friends and I take a trip every year to Mr. Felipe's house. It's a magnificent place with unbeatable views. The pool is clean and warm. The rooms are very comfortable, with a bathroom and a separate shower, which makes the stay very cozy. The clean grill and with the necessary utensils to make a grilled meat. We will definitely be visiting the house again.

We stayed in the Valle de Bravo area for a family wedding. This location was close to the church and wedding venue. It is not walkable to the village of Valle de Bravo but there is a quaint small named Santa Maria Pipliotec that is walking distance. We just stayed at the house because it was a nice retreat and had a taxi take us to the village when needed. The pool is heated by the sun and very clean. We felt is was adequately warm for March. There are nice thick pool towels available which is so kind so you don’t need to lug your own! We did have a small friendly stray cat visit us and a neighbor’s dog which did not bother us but might worry some families. The fifth bedroom is in its own building- very clean and accessible but again some families might not want to separated. We didn’t have any children on this trip but lots of kid friendly items like a high chair and playhouse. Felipe was very responsive with any questions- no matter if it was just a small thing!

Definitely a beautiful place to spend a great, relaxing, and private weekend. Every detail of the house is excellent, with wonderful décor and top-notch comfort. I loved the thoughtful touch of the crockery and the pizza baking utensils. The facilities are spotless and truly beautiful. Not to mention the beautiful garden with its fruit trees. Especially the excellent service.

The residence is beautiful, with many nooks to enjoy and to relax in; comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Clean towels for use in bathrooms and pool. We loved it. I would definitely recommend it

Excellent stay in a very spacious and beautiful design house, the attention of Felipe is the first class. Everything is well cared for hotel style to rest and vacation comfortably.

Comfortable distance, spectacular landscapes, the presence of insects is unavoidable you know that there is a very high likelihood since you book and it is not surprising that it is a reality, unlike other locations you must be prepared with toiletries but nothing that demerit, between cold and low water pressure, for one bathroom with hot water you just need to coordinate with all guests to be one at the same time

The house is very nice, the views are incredible. It's very comfortable, everything works perfectly and great communication with a host. Only be careful with Alacranes but checking before sleeping is sufficient, it is understood by the contact with nature that you have on the property. Our entire stay was very pleasant, baby accessories a plus and pet acceptance another. I highly recommend it

The accommodation was very good, the rooms were the same or more than beautiful, the only problem I had was that due to the weather there were some poisonous insects such as Alacaranes and spiders but outside of that the place was very clean and very homey. Just another observation is that some towels were stained with dust but it was understandable from the winds and rains that will get a little dirty. Outside of that, the service was also very good.

The place is a hundred times better than the photos show, it's beautiful, the view is spectacular, everything is perfect in this accommodation. I visited in December expecting it to be very cold with the proximity to Toluca, but the weather is perfect in the morning and afternoon to use the pool, sunbathe, etc. A true paradise.

Felipe is an excellent host. He guided us at all times, was always available and always gave us excellent recommendations to make the most of our stay.

The photographs do not honor the beauty of nature around the house, the sound of the rio te arullara, and you will enjoy beautiful sunsets from the pergola. The house is very well designed for guest comfort. And the host is very good.

We went on vacation with my family, and the pool is warm, has solar panels and that allows both the jacuzzi or pool to be warm. The house is clean has all the accessories so you can cook it has plates,cutlery,pans. It has a grill on the outside of the house with comfortable table and chairs and a spectacular view of many trees and clean river sound. Felipe is very friendly and communicates very well. He takes care of anything you might need. We asked him to recommend someone to help us, and the person’s help was excellent. I highly recommend it. I would go again.

An excellent house in the middle of the mountains with a magical river that fills you with energy just listening to it. The house is super nice, comfortable, quiet, it has everything. The jacuzzi with solar heating is perfect, you don't need additional gas. Since it's far from the village and there are no restaurants nearby, it's important to bring a good supermarket with everything to spend the weekend. You can make barbecues, there's a special wood oven for that and it has a portable fireplace which is great. Felipe is super friendly and helpful

Felipe's house is phenomenal. The only aspect that might generates some frustration is that there isn't hot water in the kitchen. However there is hot water in the rest of the house, so jot a big deal. We LOVED our time there and Felioer is such a kind and generous host. I fully recommended it.

I will take my time with this review Because it's definitely a beautiful place! The place is nicer than you can see in the photos, super clean, they take care of every detail, not to mention the best part, which is the view. I fell in love with this place, 😍 I definitely highly recommend it, the service is very good and Felipe is attentive and willing to help you at all times! You'll always want to stay one more day!!

The place is amazing, there is enough space to park several cars, it is 20 minutes away from Valle de Bravo, the view is unbeatable, next to the pool and jacuzzi! It's worth paying extra for the boiler, especially in cold weather! Some minor details regarding insects and animals, it is advisable to bring repellent, in the season we went (Oct-21) we had many scorpions inside and outside the house, especially in the room that was separated from the house! In general, we found the stay incredible. Communication with Felipe was very good at all times. The house if it has Wifi, but it's slow down, functional to listen to music. We had a great time. If you want to do tours in Valle de Bravo, watch it in time because it's not that close to downtown.

From the day of our arrival Mr. Felipe had an excellent service to us , there were 8 of us, the house is beautiful, the photos do nothing justice, with a spectacular view of the forest, very comfortable spaces and plenty of space, the rooms are very well equipped with a private and very clean bathroom, the barbecue, pool and jacuzzi were phenomenal, we cooked outdoors with an unimaginable view. Mr. Felipe was always very attentive to our needs and had very essential details for our stay. We will certainly return, thank you for a great purpose. Mr. Felipe. Regards.
