Lively location at Playa Del Carmen. Very private so quiet and peaceful. Good for family.

Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyed all the condo complex had to offer.

Spacious and very comfortable apartments in a subdivision offering two quality restaurants and a very large well-appointed pool.

We had a great time. The condo is very nice with many common areas

this is the second time we have stayed in this place and we had a great time again. it's perfect for families and has everything you need. I would highly recommend it.

This was another stay at Maria's place and another great vacation experience. The apartment is clean and well stocked, the location is amazing to relax and enjoy the sun and the beach and the host Maria and Alejandro are wonderful.

The place was very clean. Just a 7 min cab ride to5th Ave area. Cab is $15 one way.looks just like the picture. Patio is huge. Beds are comfy. We stayed a month. The host was quick to respond. Reception will call you a taxi if you need one. Highly recommen

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It is really spacious and the absolute favourite bit was the jacuzzi on the terrace! It was so nice relaxing in it at the end of the day. The apartment itself is well kitted out and has everything you need. The complex is beautiful and we made good use of the tennis courts. It is a short walk to the beach where there is a great snack bar/restaurant. We highly recommend staying here!

Everything is perfect! The place, the location, the amenities, the responsiveness of Alejandro. You just get into the swimming suit and walk to the best beach at Playa.

Highly Recommended. I wish I could stay longer. We stayed here for 2 months. I would have stayed another 2 months if the unit was available. The resort takes "safety" very seriously. The entrance gate guards are very particular with the entries and exits- which is good because I have 2 small children. Maria's condo unit is so comfortable and well-situated. There are 3 big screen TV's with 100Mb internet speed. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has all you need to prepare daily meals. There is a washer, which is very convenient. The unit is decorated very stylishly and comfortably. The resort staff, overall, were very friendly and competent. The restaurant food is excellent and a good value. The beach is clean and peaceful. I'm definitely going back next year for a longer stay. Thanks, Maria!

I'm so happy that I found this place. So much that I booked it for another month. The place is very comfortable and safe. The location is perfect- private beach and a short distance to the main drag at La Quinta Ave. The house has everything you can possibly need. I'm so thrilled that it even has a "folding wagon" to schlep the kids around the resort. Maria even upgraded the internet speed- the wife and kids are happy and I am able to get work done. I will be coming back here again for a few months soon next year. Muchas gracias, Maria!

Very nice space, spacious, clean and equipped, super beautiful common areas and amazing private beach a few minutes walk away, Maria's stay is highly recommended, we will definitely return!

María's place is absolutely wonderful especially if you're looking to go somewhere relaxing that isn't packed with people. The beach is the nicest along the playa stretch that I have been to. And the pools are fantastic with tons of seating. The condo itself offers everything you would need and is extremely comfortable. There are honestly no complaints about this property. The kitchen offers everything you need to make great meals and there is a restaurant within the property by the pools that offers good food at reasonable prices. Within walking distance there is a place to get beer as well as fresh fruits and vegetables. When leaving the main gate if you take your first second street on the right and on the right there is a Six convenience store and on your left hand side there is a beer store named Tecate. For fresh fruits and vegetables if you continue straight from the main gate all the way to number 10 and turn right, then turn left on your first left halfway down that block there is a small Bodega on the right hand side. If you're looking to purchase groceries and have a car you can drive to Walmart however taking a bus is very easy and convenient as well. Once you leave the main gate continue straight two number 15 and catch any of the buses which cost only 7 pesos per person. the bus travels all the way down number 30 and you can get out at mega or Walmart to purchase groceries. Just down the street from Walmart on the corner of 6 there is a fantastic restaurant called El fugon where you can get pastor tacos for 17 pesos each. To return home you can catch the bus on the 30 but you have to catch a bus with the words NIcte-HA this bus will take you all the way back to 112 and 15 where you got on and then you can just walk straight down to the main gate to Maria Azul We were there for a month and had an amazing time.

The perfect place managed by the first class host. Just enjoyed staying there for the third time! Hope to come back next year!

Perfect size space for two couples 4-5 people. Walking distance to your own private beach away from the tourist areas. 10 minutes from 12th street filled with all the best bars/restaurants/ and shopping. We had the best time staying here it was so close to everything and the complex was very clean and safe. Host was great and responded quickly to my questions. Would definitely stay here again

We had a great stay, the condo is just outside the main downtown area so it is a lot calmer which we liked. The condo was really beautiful along with the pools and other outdoor areas. We enjoyed that the pools and beach was not crowded The security was also amazing, we really felt safe. Maria was super accommodating and a great host.

We greatly enjoyed staying at Maria's place. It's a modern, clean and large apartment located in a very nice location steps from the beach.

The apartment is very nice and the pool area is fantastic! I stayed there with 2 kids on the New Years week and we enjoyed every minute we spent at the place. The staff is very friendly, there is a small store on the property for any necessities you may need. We didn’t have a car and getting to/from Playa del Carmen and Xcaret via taxi vas easy and inexpensive. The beach is nice and quite, the beach club nearby offers great menu in addition to the snack bar at the Resort. Thank you Maria and Alex for your hospitality! I would definitely stay at this apartment again and recommend to friends.

Maria's place is very nice. The complex is extremely calm and exactly like the pictures. The pool is very large, and there is a small pool for kids. The snack bar is ok, and the beach club too, nothing too crazy. We went there before Christmas and left a week after new year's, the days from Christmas to new year's a re a lot more busy anywhere. Maria doesn't speak English and I do not speak spanish so that made it a bit tricky durin the email communication. But Alex welcomed us and he speaks perfect English and is very friendly and helpful for anything, also very responsive. The apartment is 10 minutes away by car from the city center, so a car is a must. We would definitely go back and I would recommend Maria's place!
