We had a very pleasant stay at the house, with wonderful access to the beach. We slept very well and enjoyed the barbecue. It's quiet, and the setting is beautiful. We loved it and are considering coming back! The caretakers are lovely, and I was able to communicate easily with the owner of the house. Thank you for everything!

House ideally located on the waterfront in a park of century-old fruit trees. Gazebo with everything you need and a spectacular view. The house has large spaces, a well-designed kitchen, and somewhat old furniture.

We absolutely loved this place and if we had been able to cancel our following reservation and this spot had an extra day of availability, we would’ve stayed another night. It was so peaceful and we spent the days and nights in the pool, in the hammocks, or using the outdoor kitchen. We could see, hear, and walk to the beach (though a bit of a trek) or drive a few minutes to essentially a private spot. The AC worked well indoors and the space was comfortable. Would love to own a place like this! Plus the couple on the ground were very kind and helpful. There are a free restaurant and market choices nearby.

A delightful stay. The place invites you to disconnect from the daily grind and reconnect with yourself; ideal for reading, meditating, or simply relaxing. The view is beautiful, and the proximity to the beach, right behind the property, makes the experience even more special. The service provided by the hosts was excellent; they were always attentive and friendly. Definitely a totally recommended place.

We loved staying here! it was so beautiful and peaceful and even better than the photos! And the caretakers were fantastic and so helpful! We are so grateful we found this place!

Everything was as promised. Eraclio tended to the property every day and kept the pool clear and spotless. We lived most of the time in the poolside shelter or beside the pool - a perfect spot.

Excellent place and a super beautiful family experience, everything as described

If you like a peaceful place with lots of nature, pool, and very short walk to the most beautiful black sand beach, this is IT!!!! My husband and I are arborist and this was certainly paradise for us! This is an older home, but everything from toilets to linens was perfectly clean. Kitchen also had everything we needed. Miss Graciela and don Heraclio (the property managers) went above and beyond to show us around in detail and thru out our stay kept the outdoor bathroom, terrace and pool spotless yet gave my family and I privacy. I would recommend this place and look forward to visiting in the future. Oh yes, how can I forget!? Got to make THE BEST margaritas with the limes from the trees on the property!!!

Our stay was extremely pleasant. My family enjoyed the tranquility of the place, with comfortable facilities and a truly spectacular ocean view. The house is equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve a good meal, which allowed us to share as a family. The beach is a few minutes from the property, you can walk there without any problems.

Spectacular Beach House overlooking the Pacific. The Cabana and the Pool were outstanding. The 3BR Beach House and the gardens is a great space for Large Families to hang out and have a relaxing time. We loved it. Highly recommend.
