The Space

This beachfront property spans 6.9 acres within the private SeaCliff community, where the only sounds you’ll hear are from the ocean, the breeze, and the birds. The main residence is a 1950s cottage featuring an extra-large covered terrace, a swimming pool, and a railed overlook that offers a beautiful view of the sea. Here, you can enjoy a simple lifestyle combined with modern comforts and amenities.

The cottage includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, along with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. Towels and linens are provided for your convenience.

The covered terrace, located at the top of a hill with ocean views, is the heart of the property. It offers hammocks, a seating area, a dining table, and a built-in barbecue grill with a small sink and counter space for preparing meals together. A separate bathroom is easily accessible from the terrace in an adjacent structure.

Between the property and the beach lies a creek that can be crossed via a pathway during low tide, depending on rainfall. There are railed stairs leading down the cliff to the beach, accompanied by an outdoor shower to rinse off before returning to the house. Beach towels are available for guest use.

The grounds are home to various fruit trees, including mangoes, sour oranges, coconut palms, and papayas. Depending on the season, you may have the chance to enjoy fresh fruit. Walking around the property is a pleasant way to spend time.

Location

SeaCliff is a small, private beach community located about an hour and a half from Panama City, accessible via kilometer 111 of the InterAmerican Highway (Carretera Interamericana). A car is necessary to reach the property, as there is no public transportation that goes directly to this location.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire property. Onsite caretakers live at the entrance, well separated from guest areas to ensure privacy.

Nuestra estadía fue sumamente agradable. Mi familia disfrutó de la tranquilidad del lugar, con instalaciones cómodas y una vista al mar verdaderamente espectacular. La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar y servir una buena mesa, lo que nos permitió compartir en familia. La playa está a pocos minutos de la propiedad, se puede ir caminando sin problemas.

Spectacular Beach House overlooking the Pacific. The Cabana and the Pool were outstanding. The 3BR Beach House and the gardens is a great space for Large Families to hang out and have a relaxing time. We loved it. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at the beach house. The house was well equipped. The pool was lovely and the grounds expansive. We spent many hours at the pool and hanging in the hammocks with the amazing view. The housekeepers were there to let us in, show us around, and explain how to use the propane tank/stove. Getting to the beach is a bit of a trek. And the house keepers were happy to show us the pathway. We didn't swim because the waves were rough and no life guards. But it was a nice little walk to get there.

Buen dia. En mi trayectoria de usar la plataforma en varios sitios en panama. Ha sido el mejor lugar que he estado. Lo recomiendo al 100% esta experiencia es repetible . Los anfitriones don muy amables. La casa excelente comoda con todo lo necesario. El area de piscina super acogedor para disfrutar en familia. La playa suoer cerca y con bohios para alquilar. De verdad no duden en alquiler esta prioiedad la pasaran muy bien. Gracias por la amabilidad. Nos vemos pronto

The property was perfect for our family. We went to the beach every morning and the retreated to the swimming pool in the afternoon when the temperature got up. It’s a short walk to the beach. You must walk around a small river to get there but it wasn’t an issue. We enjoyed the walk. The beach was almost deserted in the morning hours. It was so peaceful. The property is loaded with fruit trees. The house is somewhat basic but had everything we needed. Most importantly, the AC worked well and was very clean ! The caretakers were very helpful and answered all questions we had. Thank you.

Fue excelente para unas mini vacaciones en familia. La vista al mar es inigualable y la casa muy acogedora. Los niños disfrutaron mucho la piscina y el espacio para divertirse.
