I had a great time with my friends. We were 4 couples and we like large and comfortable spaces to enjoy and spend time together.

House was perfect for our two families. We had 4 adults and 4 children, and the space worked out perfect. House was very clean with everything we needed for a great vacation. We loved being close to the Marina and just a short uber ride to Zona Romantica. Location worked out perfect for us with so we could explore areas from Zona Romantica to Bucerias. There was also a basketball court across the street that worked out well with our two boys. When we originally booked the house, we were a little worried about the noise from the airport but to be honest it didn't really bother us at all. Didn't notice it inside much at all and if we were outside, it wasn't bad either. I would highly recommend this property; Owner was great and accommodating as well!

The host and staff were very good and very attentive. The accommodation is very comfortable, spacious and beautiful, perfect to spend a few days with your family or friends. It has everything you need in the kitchen, pool/beach and bath towels, beach umbrellas and chairs.

We immediately felt at home. The home is spacious allowing for privacy in large groups but has a warm cozy feeling. The pool was my families favorite. It is refreshing and clean. The outdoor patio was a great place to play games in the evenings with a light breeze and all the beautiful hanging lights outdoors.

We had a great time on this be autiful home on the Marina Golf course. The warm pool was great after a round of golf. Martha's housekeeping was great, and her meals were delicious Mexican feasts. Well done!

Wow! The house was exactly as described and shown in the pictures! There are 3-4 different levels with 2 bedrooms and bath on the top floor, the master and queen each w ensuite bathrooms in the middle floor, and another full bath on the main floor by the entrance. The kitchen, living and outdoor area are on the lower floor. We were greeted with some nice cold cervezas. The pantry is stocked with cooking supplies if anyone wants to cook. There was coffee and sugar as well. The backyard pool area was lovely. The nearby grocery store was about a 12 minute walk, and we often walked to the marina area where there are lots of great restaurants. That was 15-20 min walk. We maybe used half our “electricity” allowance- if that. No issues at all- this is a great house for a group. Although, it’s a long ways from NS Canada, we hope we can return someday. Thanks again!

The experience at home roos was excellent

We were so happy to find this place. Our booking from another “superhost” cancelled a few hours before our flight left and we were in a panic to find last minute accommodations with enough room for our group that was within our price point. Eric responded immediately and we were able to quickly book and have peace of mind that we would arrive in PV with a place to stay. The home is clean and spacious. It’s close to shopping, transit and many food choices. Housekeeper Martha was great - helpful, kept the place clean, great cook - made is a huge batch of salsa verde. It was not the beachy vacation we thought we were going to have, but we all thoroughly enjoyed exploring the streets of PV.

We had a great stay at Eric’s home. The layout of the house worked well for our group (9 adults 2 toddlers). The pool was great and the deck area had lots of space to hang out. The neighbourhood was nice, not many people around. We walked to the marina each day as well as the nearby grocery store, which were totally safe and close by. Martha cooked us breakfast most mornings, which was nice and she did a great job of cleaning. We hired a private chef to cook us dinner a few nights (which was amazing). I would highly recommend doing this. We also hired Star through Airbnb to do a tequila tasting for us, which was a ton of fun.

We were a group of 10 friends from business school and our stay was great: the property I greatly furnished and equipped, the pool is quiet and relaxing with a golf course in front, and the reservation + check-in process is very professional. Only thing is that the room with four single beds might be a bit small as two of them are pullout from under the regular ones. All the other rooms and spaces were perfect. Highly recommended

Perfect stay! Clean and so big! And if you don’t feel like going out to breakfast ask Marta to cook she’s so great!

Eric’s place was great! We had a group of 8 coming for a bachelor party and it is located on a golf course with a great pool. We were in the marina and it was easy to walk to restaurants and excursions. The drive into downtown was anywhere from 15-25 minutes depending on when you decided to go (traffic). Ubers were always, always available for less than $8. Overall a great place that warrants 5 stars! We didn’t go over on electricity but we really didn’t use the AC except in small spurts a few times. The house remained cool and comfortable. But we were out in town most of the day. You might go over if you’re pumping A/C and staying in. That was a concern of mine but it proved to be a non-issue. The airport is a 5 minute drive so that’s an added bonus! If you have mobility issues, please note there are stairs up to the bedrooms and down to the kitchen and pool area.

The house had everything we needed, extra bonus was a cabinet with a few toys for the kids. Martha was our house cleaner and as well cooked for us a few times! She was amazing, ask her to make French toast and you won't be disappointed! FYI Location is super close to the airport

Excellent place; it is very close to the airport, Eric is super friendly and attentive. It was looking forward to our stay. The house is very nice, if you want to rest, it is very good, it has everything, super well equipped. And the cleaning lady is a love! I would definitely come back.

Beautiful house in a great location. We enjoyed our stay in Puerto Vallarta. Each room has an AC unit which was a must for us. The house was very spacious and has a pool that we took advantage of. We liked that there is a driveway with parking spaces. When greeted at check in you do a walk through of the house and go over house rules, everything is very clear. I was taken back about the charge if we go over electricity, but it didn’t turn out to be a problem. Other than that I recommend this house!

Eric was attentive, responsive and helpful. He had great suggestions to eat and visit and clear directions to the places that he suggested. We highly recommend!

The house is beautiful, the pool is spacious and very clean, the house has many spaces to relax and enjoy as a family, everything was very clean and organized. Eric was super friendly to greet us!

This is easily the best stay I have ever had thru airbnb! the pool was recently renovated it used to be shared with the house next door, but now it´s private and looks amazing, it has a zone for kids kind of a wading pool and the guest even included inflatable toys for the kids, thre is also a grill to cook "carne asada" in the pool area, the house has very large kitchen with more appliances than you may need, there is simply nothing missing, the owner is kind enough to keep some condiments in the pantry something that is appreciated if you plan to cook there, Martha the house keeper cooks a delicious lasagna and she is always willing to help with whatever you may need, the house decoration is tasteful, large rooms with comfortable mattresses, it is important to mention that there are shades and beach towels if you decide to go to the beach, basically the house has everything you need, there is a mall nearby to buy "cervezas" and snacks what else can you ask for? Eric is a guy who is very kind he was a key factor for our vacation experience, we had a great time!

Just stayed here a bachelorette party and it was great! It’s about 6 minutes away from the airport and only a short drive to the Malecon area. The pictures don’t do this place justice but it was a very large space. It’s a good place to stay as it is quiet at night but close enough to take an Uber to go out.

Eric’s home was absolutely beautiful. From the koi pond to the backyard space our group of 10 lived and slept comfortably, while being able to get anywhere we wanted to go with a cheap Uber ride. Would absolutely recommend!

The place is very well located, however the pool is shared with the house next door where there are children and the environment is very familiar (in case you are looking to have a party) and the airport is next to it, then the noise of the planes is quite a lot. Outside of that, the house is spacious, clean, very functional and the service is very good.
