A perfect place to enjoy with friends or family. The house is very nice, comfortable and functional. The pool is beautiful, and with the use of the boiler, we made the most of it.

We loved it! The host responded very quickly and was always very helpful. The house is beautiful, much better than the photos, and everything is very cozy. We were very comfortable, so we decided to stay extra hours. I definitely recommend it!

On the other hand, the house is a good size to spend time with family or friends. We arrived and were greeted with snacks and drinks. Very comfortable beds in a good part of the condominium.

We were very comfortable at Marcos' house. From the beginning, he answered all my questions and in fact, he gave us the opportunity to enter 2 hours earlier to enjoy that day a little more. As in all places with gardens and nature, there are mosquitoes and flies, so you have to bring repellent, without a doubt, but inside the house, while the mosquito nets are kept closed as per the instructions, there is no problem! We appreciate you letting Blue join us on the trip even though it's not a pet-friendly accommodation :)

A good place to vacation

We didn't want to leave and we had to ask for extra hours 😂 The place is very nice, clean and complete. Although it is a bit far from the entrance to the subdivision (about 11 minutes), upon arrival we felt that the trip was worth it. Spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, kitchen with everything you need (at first we couldn't find the cutlery but they are on the island next to the dining room), a pool with a very pleasant temperature and the huge screen that we used to watch a movie at night, everything was great. The only thing we found was that the pool table is close to the walls. Marcos was attentive, sent all the information, was very kind and respectful, and in the end also very understanding with a small situation we had (of us as visitors, not of the place). 100% recommended.

Arrival is simple, the street is safe, and the house is equipped with a wide variety of utensils and kitchen appliances. The lighting in all areas is excellent. As an aspect to improve, the solar water heater can be an inconvenience, since on cloudy days it is difficult to enjoy the pool and have hot water for the shower. In addition, some insects are present in the garden.
