Maria's home on the lake is absolutely stunning and was the perfect location for our 2 families (18 people) to celebrate together. Every bedroom has beautiful views of the lake and ensuite bathrooms. The entertainment areas on all levels also offer these incredible views with spacious areas to relax and enjoy being together, big balconies (where we had massages), lovely pool and jacuzzi area and sundeck, ping pong table and pool table, which we made maximum use of. Vicente and Ella (manager and chef) were incredible preparing our meals from international cuisine to authentic and delicious Mexican cuisine all served at a very large and comfortable dining table that fit us all. We also hired the maid offered by Maria to clean our rooms daily which was much appreciated. We were there over the New Years Eve week and had sunny weather every day. We would recommend Valle de Bravo, and Maria's place in particular, for a spectacular and memorable stay in Mexico.

It's a very large and beautiful house! Better than the pictures. Everything is very well cared for. The cooking service is excellent, Elia is very fast and well done. The pool is at the perfect temperature (extra charge). Many spaces to enjoy, we didn't have enough days. We would definitely go back. Thank you very much for all your kindness. Not suitable for the elderly as there are many stairs, but for us it did not imply any problem.

It is a spectacular house with a wonderful view of the lake, a few minutes walk to the center of Valle de Bravo. The house is splendid with surplus facilities for the coexistence of a good group. On this occasion we traveled as a family and it could not have been better!! The Cleaning staff was extraordinarily willing!! Thank you Maria for allowing us to enjoy your home!! We had a great time!!

Everything was perfect. The house was super nice and large, with a great view of the lake. There was a heated pool, ping pong, a pool table, and spacious areas for socializing. Above all, the staff was super friendly and attentive to everything. It was an amazing experience. I will definitely recommend it and/or return.

What a magical place. Agree with other reviews that the pictures do not do the space justice - it was like an italian villa with multiple levels and plenty of space. I cannot recommend this space enough, and Maria was an excellent host with great communication throughout the process and super helpful from beginning to end. The staff on hand to help us out (Vicente and Elia) were so wonderful, and available to help with any requests. They even switched out towels for us at the pool and looked after us amazingly. Also, we were able to walk into town or to the dock super easily - so you had the amazing lake view + private dock to swim in the lake, plus the accessibility of being right next to town - best of both worlds!. Book immediately, you will not regret it!!!

Maria’s place is unbelievably beautiful! My family and I have stayed at El Beneficio two times. We had so much fun and enjoyed the house so much that we had to come back once more. Amazing place! We stayed here for my fiancées birthday with her friends, and everyone was impressed with the size of the property and the amazing views. It looks good in the photos but even better in real life, even though we didn’t think it’d be possible. Plus María was super helpful the whole time. Definitely recommended!

The stay in The Benefit was everything we expected and more, in the best location in Valle de Bravo. The facilities and services were excellent. We received the best treatment from the staff who take care of the house, very friendly people and with a lot of willingness. The view from the house is spectacular. It really recommends a lot.
