This was such a good place with a great view. We spent a lot of time outside on the patio and pool and also walked down to beautiful private beach.

Great house, great location. Shared with two other families and everything we needed was there for us. Carlos and the staff are all amazing! We had a wonderful stay. It would have been nice to know about the next door construction in advance. It can be quite loud during the day. Would still book it though!

Fabulous home! Gorgeous views from pool deck and top level terrace. Loved the fire tables and heated pool. Bed in the master was so comfortable we slept in past 9 am multiple days! Garage gym was great. Individual AC units in every room (including the gym). Maid service M-F. Great grilling area. Only downside is multiple levels of stairs, if that is a challenge for anyone in your party. The neighborhood beaches are a hike, you can drive down and park but it’s still a half mile walk down steps carrying chairs and towels. There is a nice beach that is a 5 minute drive from the house (Playa Palmilla) with easy parking and flat access. There is a house being constructed next door, with concrete cutting noise a few hours a day. We managed around it. We saw whales multiple days from the house and once from the beach. So cool! Definitely check out The Cape (a Thompson Hotel) - the rooftop bar or Manta both have amazing views of the point at sunset! Definitely rent a car and explore.

And yes—Playa Palmilla is one of our favorite nearby beaches for its easy access. Great house. Photos don’t do justice, it’s really amazing. We really appreciate arriving with a fresh bowl of guacamole, margarita and fresh flowers. The private beaches (walk distance) are AMAZING and if you go with teens they have volleyball nets to keep them busy ;) .

Our family had a truly wonderful week at Villa Ventanas. The home and Carlos's hospitality exceeded all of our expectations. We loved spending our days by the pool and our evenings on the upstairs terrace, enjoying the incredible ocean views. We didn't even need a car, as getting around with Uber was super easy. A special note of thanks to Carlos for his incredible help when our youngest child had a health issue. We were so grateful for his guidance in navigating local medical care—it was a true lifesaver. We have already recommended Villa Ventanas to our friends and family and can't wait to return.

This was a spectacular home with the most excellent support! Our family enjoyed everything about our stay and it was even better than expected! We were warmly welcomed with gifts and everything we needed by Carlos, the property manager. We have stayed all over the world in a wide variety of AirBNBs and this was the most well equipped stay of them all! We had everything we needed and more. Kelly and Carlos' recommendations for restaurants, shopping, local beaches we absolutely perfect! Communication was prompt, clear, friendly and professional. Even the house cleaner was the sweetest and spoiled us during our stay!! The views were breathtaking and the home is perfectly located in a private, gated community, but mere minutes to EVERYTHING! We couldn't more highly recommend Kelly's home!

Had a fantastic time at Kelly’s place with my whole family. The place is honestly a little better than the pictures show. Carlos was very helpful and Salome the maid was incredibly quick and helpful as well. We would come back in a heart beat

loved the house. My only problem was all the stairs but that's just because I'm elderly. The back patio and pool was my favorite place.The view was spectacular. The only other problem was the construction going on, but that was beyond your controll. Carlos was very helpful.we all had a great time .

Really amazing Home. So glad we selected this one. The views are incredible and the set up at the house is perfect. Carlos was incredibly helpful and having the in-house breakfast was a highlight of the trip. I’d love to come back.

This was such an excellent home! We were welcomed with fresh Guac, flowers and beautiful views! Carlos’s was Fabulous and very helpful when we needed anything. Loved having all the beach gear there. We took it and explored all the local beaches. The daily cleaning lady was incredibly helpful. Felt like you were really in a private resort. The pool was the right temperature day and night. We enjoyed the fire pits and bbq. We had friends in the nieghborhood and it was so special to get together. The gym was well equipped and used everyday! Thank you Kelly for making this senior trip for us and our friends so incredible! We loved your home and thankful to have had such a great experiance.
