Beautiful house with a spectacular view, Carlos is very friendly and has a service team, at the beginning I asked him not to have his team because they charge extra but they helped us a lot. Great room layout and a lot of flexibility, although the check-out times are very rushed. The only thing that is a bit uncomfortable is that it has cameras everywhere and you feel watched, although I don't know if they are working Other than that, I would 100% come back again since it was a great stay

The house is beautiful, every space is very well designed, architecturally it is very beautiful. It complies with the description of its services. Carlos always had answers and quick attention. Claudia was very attentive and supported us with food and breakfast since leaving the residence for downtown Valle is a bit long and complicated, I would recommend that before arriving you bring your pantry or what you will consume. The pool was a little hot, it's comfortable but if we had wanted it to be warmer, it was still very pleasant. The Jacuzzi is functional and comfortable. We bathed in warm water. It was a nice experience, thank you

We enjoyed a family weekend! A beautiful house with a wonderful view. The house was clean and had everything you need. The staff who helped us gave us great service, always attentive, very friendly. Claudia, who is the person in charge of the house, is very attentive to everything and cooks very well. The host answered us quickly and resolved our doubts quickly, great host! We loved everything! We'll definitely be back :)

Our stay fascinated us, everything clean, comfortable, the house beautiful better than the photos, the house an atmosphere of tranquility, the pool a perfect temperature just like the jacuzzi. The chambers are spotless and clean just like the bathrooms. Claudia, Ale and Horacio took care of the best, cookan richly, we were taken care of luxury. Carlos was always available. Surely we come back !!! I recommend the house 100%

The house is much more than you expected. Everything you need to live there. And if you need anything else, like food or a drink, you can ask the service people who live there, and they can take care of all your requests and clean and cook for you. It has a full kitchen and a small pool, but enough for children. Four bedrooms with large beds or more and a small bedroom. Suitable for families and friends to live here. It's on a hill and facing the lake. It is about 20-30 minutes away by car from downtown. You need a car to move around. There is plenty of parking. The owner and service staff are very nice. They answer all questions quickly and resolve them effectively. If any of my friends want to live in Valle de Bravo, I would suggest this as the first choice.
