The place is amazing. Two bedrooms on the main floor, one is a suite with a super large double bed with a piece of bathroom and incredible shower. The other bedroom has two good-sized single beds with a very comfortable bathroom in the hallway and a shower. Upstairs there is a small but sufficient pool where there is a living room and if you need it, as was the case, we put a double bed. The kitchen has everything, nothing is missing. THE FLIGHT LEFT LATE FROM CANCUN AND WE WERE ALLOWED TO STAY IN THE APARTMENT AT NO COST UNTIL 5:30 PM, IT WAS FANTASTIC. RECOMMENDED 200%

A beautiful condo in a fantastic location for exploring Playa Del Carmen. The condo is well-furnished, secure, and has ample room. It would be perfect for two couples, as the upstairs bedroom allows privacy. The owners were a breeze to communicate with and answered all questions as well as provided information. It is minutes from the main walking streets, with a plethora of restaurants and shops. A great value for those looking to stay off the beach and have a more immersive cultural experience.

We had a great time, are stay was excellent, Tonya, Claudio the doorman everyone was so helpful, we will definitely be going back in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at Tonya's home it was in a great location with just a short walk to restaurants, bars and the beach. The accomodations were fantastic and check-in/out was a breeze with fantastic communication with the host. I look forward to coming back soon!

Great place! Very clean and well appointed with furnishings. Dipping pool on the roof was by far my favorite. Location is only a few minutes by foot from Quinta Avenida, as well as numerous restaurants, the Super Walmart, the Soriana Mega market, and the beach. Tonya and her property manager, Claudio were very responsive, and her recommendations for a shuttle service and local taxi driver were great. Both of those services were responsive and helpful when we wanted to use them. The location is close to a couple of nightclubs, so you will hear music at night, but in neighboring blocks, so it didn’t bother us too much.

Condo is great! Safe, beautiful, very well appointed! Location is great close to great places to eat and shop!

Amazing place

This is the most immaculate condo! The unit was in pristine condition and had everything you could possibly think of as a guest (including beach stuff). The building is safe and secured and only a block or so away from the nightlife of Fifth Avenue (but without the noise)! Super spacious. I have never had such an enjoyable experience with an Airbnb host being so attentive and communicative for every single one of our needs. Tonya even helped us arrange our transportation back to the airport. My group agrees – when we come back we will only ever stay here!

We loved staying here and will definitely stay here again when we come to Playa. The location is excellent, within walking distance to everything and I can’t say enough about the condo. It is very spacious and was very clean and comfy. The plunge pool and patio are awesome! Tonya and Claudio were very helpful and recommended great massage and taxi services. Overall we had an excellent stay and highly recommend Tonya’s place.

We enjoyed our stay at Tonya's place. It is clean and very well kept. Great decors and lots of room to move. Plenty of room for 3 couples and a baby. They even provided us with a pack and play to use. The property is an easy walk to 5th Ave and right next to the public bus. The property manager Claudio was easy to contact and was able to assist us with our requests. You can hear a live band every night from the nearby restaurant but it usually stops at around 10-11 pm so we didn't have any problem sleeping but rather we got some dance time at the balcony and rooftop. Our group broke something on our last day of stay there. After a few email exchanges with Tonya we were able to settle a price. Will definitely stay at Tonya's place again if ever we are in Playa del Carmen.

Tonya’s condo is amazing. Location is great and the condo itself is immaculate and set up so well. The upstairs pool area is perfect for just hanging out. Tonya was very communicative and so helpful. If you’re looking at this listing, book it now. You will love it.

Claudio was a great hist very attentive, friendly, kind, and knowledgable. The place was clean and homie. Perfect location for a fun weekend. Literally walking distance from the bars, clubs, and shopping. The perfect spot for privacy, intimacy, and a little fiesta. Plan to cook because brunch, lunch, or dinner on the rooftop is an amazing vibe. Would highly recommend for girls trip, family, or bachelor party.

This is a fabulous building very close to 5th Avenue and beaches. There are tons of restaurants and shops to explore as well! I would highly recommend Tonya’s place. Everything you can think of is taken care of! Plunge pool on the roof was refreshing after a long day!! 10/10 great experience!
