Lola’s place is amazing! Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and the house amenities were clearly well taken care of. The view from the terrace is top notch, perfect for enjoying the scenery. It’s very well suited for a big group, with plenty of space for everyone to relax together. We felt safe the entire time we were there. Highly recommend!

An incredible, beautiful, quiet home, perfect for really resting and admiring beautiful Tepoztlán. It would be good to send a photo of the entrance to the private road to avoid going to the other street. The house is amazing, quite clean. They trust so much that visitors will be tidy and respectful that they give you amenities that are hard to find in other accommodations (cookware, glasses, plates, cutlery, rags, soap, sponges, etc.). The pool is perfect. They have towels specifically for the area, and it's at the ideal temperature. Beautiful green areas to lie down and relax. Ideal for visiting Tepoztlan without being inside the magical town. Don't miss the opportunity!

Great place to stay with a group of friends for the weekend! Heated pool, BBQ, comfortable inside and outside areas to hang out...all you need for a nice break outside the city :) Good location close to the town center but tranquil enough to feel immersed in nature with a beautiful view. Rooms all have private bathrooms and kitchen is well equiped which made our stay super smooth and enjoyable! Thank you, Lola and Ulisses, for a wonderful time in Tepoz!

Excellent option to stay in Tepoz if you're going as a large group! The house is a super good size, the rooms are super well laid out! Ulises, who takes care of the house, took care of us very well at all times! Access to the house is a little hidden but other than that everything is excellent! Very grateful for all your kindness and good service at all times!

The house is very nice inside, the towels and bathroom accessories are clean. The house has a pool that we couldn't enjoy because we literally only slept there. Lola is very helpful and flexible with check-in times.

The administrator Ulysses was very helpful and attentive. It was worth it and I would definitely go back. All services at 100% (hot water, gardener, pool, kitchen, bedrooms) and in addition, it is a constant that in Morelos Airbnb homes do not have TV. With Lola we found 2 TVs of excellent size and with cable and platform services.

The house is super comfortable and we felt like at home. It is big enough for 2-3 families, as the rooms are spacious. The kitchen has everything for preparing an easy meal and it has inviting family rooms to watch the mountains around. The view is beautiful from the large windows and specially from the balcony, where we watched the fireworks on New Year’s Eve. The swimming pool is heated and the garden has fruit trees and is well care for. The neighborhood felt safe. And there are cafes, taquerías, grocery shops and pharmacy very close, walking distance. Tepoztlan is a lovely and calm town and Lola’s house was the perfect place to enjoy our family holidays. Highly recommended.

The house is very comfortable, the spaces are spacious and we found it clean. The number of bathrooms increased our sense of comfort and spaciousness. Towels and bedding are also good. The heated pool is clean and at a very pleasant temperature. The house has many nice spaces to spend pleasant times. There's a problem with the smell coming out of the drain from the sinks. This would be easily solved with proper sink plugs. When we communicated this to the staff, they resolved it by cleaning it very well with chlorine and we put a small wet towel in the sink. One of the toilets was unfortunately out of service. Ulises, who received us, was very friendly and explained perfectly how the house worked. We requested the additional cleaning support service and were very satisfied with Marisol's kindness and treatment.

The area is very quiet, the host is very friendly, they were always attentive to us, safe place.

Excellent, very well attended, and personalized attention

The house is very large and spacious. The pool had a good temperature. The caretaker Ulises is very attentive and kind. There are a lot of insects outside the house but it's normal, inside, thanks to the fact that they fumigate in advance, the insects are controlled. I only recommend using mosquito repellent at night. We really liked that the yard was green and had lots of trees. Overall, everything was great. Thank you so much.

Everything was 100%, however, at the beginning she was told that there were 9 people and she offered not to charge the 9th person because it was a baby under 2 years old. (It was clarified from the beginning that there were 9 people for the extra cost) The day before the stay, Lola changed her mind and canceled the initial discount. The house has a spectacular view and is super well located. The colonial decor is ad hoc to Tepotzotlán and makes it feel very cozy.

Huge and spacious house, cozy, safe, of Mexican prayer, very well equipped for large families, with fabulous views of the hills of Tepoztlan, delicious and large pool, very well cared for garden with fruit trees. Very well located outside the hustle and bustle of Tepoztlan, with well-stocked tienditas 200m away. Excellent care of the caretaker Ulises who lives next door. Surely, we'll be back!!!

The house is very nice, just as described. As to Lola as the person who received us were very kind, and with a lot of willingness and kindness to what we requested. The pool water was warm and the view is wonderful.

It is a very nice house, with an incredible view, it has everything you need, the pool is a good size and the lawn is well cared for, we had an incredible weekend. It is about 15 minutes by car from downtown, the route is simple and on the way there are parking lots. I want to highlight the attention of Ulises and his wife who at all times helped us a lot, they were attentive to what we needed and quite kind.

A group of friends gave us a weekend getaway and had a phenomenal time at Lola's house! The house is very nice, with a nice view, many living spaces, a very enjoyable garden and a large pool. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and everything in general is very clean. It is true that some spaces would benefit from a slight renovation, but honestly it does not affect the stay at all. The house is located a few minutes away by car from the center of Tepoztlan and although it is not such a nice area for walking, you do find coffees, superitos, pharmacies, etc very close by. Lola, the host, is very friendly and offers very accurate instructions, and Ulysses, the caregiver is very attentive. We would definitely go back to this home!

Beautiful house with pool in lovely location outside of Mexico City. Lola was very responsive and communicative and an excellent host. The housekeeper lives on the grounds and was very helpful with getting us a taxi when we didn't want to drive into town and he was available to answer any questions. Otherwise, you will need to rent a car to easily get to this location and to get into town. There are food shops nearby in walking distance though. We had a wonderful stay here!

Our stay at Lola's place was spectacular. The house is cozy, very well equipped, and the view is breathtaking. The pool has a good temperature for a good time, and the garden furniture allows you to enjoy the views of the garden. Lola was very nice and helpful with us. We would definitely stay with her again. Great place, spacious the pool was such an entertainment for the kids and the view of the surrounding mountains simply breathtaking. You need a car or taxi from the centre but there are some local shops as well for the essentials. Hoping to go again if possible!

Lola's place is Tepoztlan's best secret. The views are effectively unbeatable, 10 minutes from downtown but with enough distance to get away from the traffic and hustle and bustle of the village. The house is fully equipped and they also offer details such as soap, shampoo, repellent and anything you need. The pool is heated, the temperature is perfect and you have lounge chairs, garden chairs, umbrellas, hammocks and everything you need to have a good time. It's a wonderful place to travel with smaller children!We'll be back soon!

Casa Lola has an amazing view of the valley and is a charming house. The house is well-appointed with tasteful art and nice furniture. The house is a bit father from Tepoztlán center than others, but it is easy to get a taxi or a bus into town. Ulises, the caretaker, was very helpful and even helped guests find a path to walk the back way to another house. We will definitely return here!

The view is awesome! The garden is huge and well maintained. The pool is clean and big enough for having a lot of fun. Our kids played in it for hours. The house is beautiful and of individual architecture. At certain parts maintenance is necessary. Also some inventory should be replaced. But that did not prevent us from having a very pleasant stay. Lola and the house keeper Ulices are very kind and supportive.

The staff is always available for any need

Lola's house is beautiful. It has all the equipment needed to spend a great time. It is located 15mins from the town which makes it super quiet, their view is amazing, we had such a great time. The booking process was easy and smooth. Our arrival was greeted by the housekeeper who showed us the house and was available throughout our stay. I booked it for my family for a weekend, we were 9 people including the kids. We fit perfectly and we even had space left for more. The pool has a good size and it's clean. When we were at the house the weather was hot and sometimes it was uncomfortable as they house does not have AC.

The stay at Lola’s place was amazing and Alfredo was incredibly helpful. I came with a group of 7 friends from different countries and it was the perfect introduction to Mexico. We had enough space for people to split up and do their own but we also got to hang out by the pool and had nice dinners. I would definitely come back again! For going out I definitely recommend thinking of taking a taxi into town and back, but these are easy to get.
