Casa Ariz is a beautiful, spacious place, perfect for enjoying the weather, views and freshness of Tepoz. Spacious rooms separated from common areas. Perfect ventilation to avoid getting hot and architecture that makes you feel comfortable at all times. Even with this beautiful house, the best thing is the service from Lupita and Iván. Always willing to help, resolve issues, and make the experience memorable for visitors. Definitely a wonderful weekend, thanks to all of you. Congratulations, Andrea, on this place you created.

Beautiful house, it has all the amenities mentioned. Andrea is very attentive and looks out for you at all times. The house is very clean, and the best thing is the service from Lupita and Mr. Iván, who are very helpful and attentive and support you at all times. The location is very close to downtown. We hope to return soon.

Excellent el Iván and Lupita are super friendly and very attentive. All my friends and I came back very happy, full of good energy. The house is beautiful and easy for 10 people. On my social media, people were asking me about the house, which was beautiful and very comfortable ❤️ The pool was amazing and the temperature was excellent.

The house is BEAUTIFUL, it has a beautiful view of the Tepozteco. It's a little complicated to get there, but everything is fine. Lupita and Israel were always very helpful and kind. Andrea guided us very well to find the house and answered very quickly. The only thing we didn't love about the house is that it doesn't have air conditioning, just a few fans. It really didn't affect us in the end at night, as it was cool, but still, and in seasons with high temperatures, it can be uncomfortable. The house is located in a quiet area, 20 minutes by car from downtown. I highly recommend this house and I hope I can come back with my family.

Andrea’s place was truly paradise. Every room was stunning and the outdoor area with the pool and an outdoor dining table was the perfect place to relax throughout the day. Andrea provided us contact information for the local taxis so we could easily travel in and out of the town center.

We had the most incredible stay at Andrea’s home in Tepoztlán; truly one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever experienced (and we’ve stayed at a lot). The architecture is stunning and blends perfectly into the mountains, creating such a peaceful, magical vibe. The heated pool, the views, and all the thoughtful touches made it feel like a true retreat. Everything was seamless and we felt so well taken care of the entire time. We left feeling relaxed, inspired, and already wanting to come back. Couldn’t recommend it more! I’m already planning when we can return again.

Beautiful modern “brutalist style” home, consists of two separate structures the main house including two ensuite master bedrooms, and a third room plus a bunk room share a bathroom, and the side house that includes two ensuite bedrooms. Both structures sharing the same lot & pool. Bare cement walls with lovely ample spaces and a view to die for. Simple but works perfectly. House includes a couple that act as onsite caretakers (Lupita - Kitchen & Ivan - everything else), they are efficient and courteous and with a fantastic attitude, nothing is too much trouble for them. Andre’s is responsive, polite and efficient. Looking forward to staying here again. 10 out of 10

From the very first message with Andrea, I knew this stay would be special. She was kind, responsive, and thoughtful. The photos already look amazing, but the house is even more beautiful in person. The house combines modern, elegant architecture with comfort and luxury. The views of Tepoztlán are simply stunning, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful. This is the kind of place you go to disconnect, relax, and enjoy your surroundings. And above all, Lupita, who supports the property, made the stay even more special with her care and attention. It’s rare to find a home that offers both tranquility and high-end amenities. I’m extremely happy I found this place and would absolutely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home and views. Photos do not do it justice. The home caretakers live onsite in service quarters across from the pool and are very kind and accommodating, but it takes some getting used to. Andrea was a great host as well. It’s about a 15min drive to town from the home since it’s higher up the mountain. The town is very cool and the 3 story market is awesome. The heated pool was great( additional cost for that service.) The only things that I could possibly complain about are the dogs / cats around the property at night they can be loud at times and that the dining chairs need a good cleaning as well as the shower curtain in the bottom master it had some mold spots at bottom they need to be washed. We will definitely be back to visit again. It was a house worth visiting.

Cant say enough about this place. Just outside the city center this house provides a perfect place for tranquility and relaxation. Having the house service is another level of comfort. Highly recommend!

Also, Lupita has an incredible seasoning, I definitely recommend them highly if your intention is to have an incredible time, they coordinated massages, food delivery assistance, without words, I congratulate them widely, may the successes continue in this wonderful property 😀

Casa Ariz is absolutely incredible. The architecture is stunning. Every space feels intentional and connected to the landscape. The house was spotless, with a gorgeous view of the mountains that makes you slow down and take it all in. Andrea, the host, was responsive and easy to communicate with, and Lupita, the cook and housekeeper, made everything feel effortless and warm. The vibe of the whole place is calm, elevated, and full of good energy. The road up is a bit rocky, but that just means fewer cars and a slower pace … exactly what you want in Tepoztlán. Everything was pristine. Highly recommend.

I mean where do I begin? The home was absolutely SICK! Brutalist design mixed with comfy cozy furniture and open air modular windows … an absolute DREAM! The photos do not do it justice. Wow. The house was a 15 min walk from the coolest restaurants and a really cool waterfall hike! The staff.. WOW they cooked some of the best meals we have ever had cooking the food we brought in. Some thing to note is that the villa is a 45 min walk from town but Andrea responded within 2 mins and sent me a cab company that is SO EASY to use they come whenever you need and are super affordable. We loved the location though since we were a huge group looking to just relax :) Thank you Andrea and Ivan and Luisa and team!!!!

This house in Tepoztlan is perfect to rest and disconnect, whether with friends or family, this house has a little bit of everything. Andrea communicated very well, and everything went as expected. Inside the house, Lupita and Ivan gave us excellent service. I would definitely stay here again

A dream location. We couldn’t be happier with our stay, we even extended another night. The view is beyond beautiful! The pool is heated to the perfect temperature, we spent all our time swimming, lounging and enjoying listening to music. You won’t want to be away from that view! The inside is just as breathtaking, we watched movies at night and cooked most meals in. You really don’t want to leave once you get there, so I recommend bringing more food and drinks than you’ll think you need so you don’t have to. Lupita was really helpful and I wish I had asked her what she cooks best before going, I think she would have been a much better cook than myself. We recommend getting a SUV or 4WD as the roads can be rugged, we had heavy rain at night and were very glad we had a sturdy car. We hope to come back next year. Thank you for a bucket list trip crossed off.

Practical house, excellent design and functional, new, excellent service. The view of the impressive Tepozteco. The living areas, terrace, living room, dining room are very nice. Excellent for spending time with family, relaxing and forgetting about everything.

We have a big family so this place was perfect for us to enjoy each other’s company without feeling cramp. Place is exactly like the pictures, beautiful, peaceful, and having the pool heated was a plus for the younger kids. Lupita and Ivan are there to help with anything you need. The house is also walkable to some restaurants and spas. We will definitely be back!

What an absolutely stunning location and house. We are so thankful for our stay here, it was a dream! The beds, linens and amenities are all comfortable and the view is insane. The host and staff were incredibly flexible and kind. We cannot recommend this stay enough!

A truly amazing property with a majestic view of the hills opposite. Beautiful flowers and bird life. The accommodation is 5*, beds,bathrooms, kitchens are all top level. Spacious with a beautiful pool and lovely shaded patio. There is a large balcony where we did yoga. The property is also looked after by an amazing couple who took care of everything. It is an incredible experience if you are looking for a relaxing break

The house is beautiful, we were all very comfortable. The service of cooking and excellent attention. There were board games and everything, which made it very easy for us. It was a great experience, I would definitely rent this house again.

The house has a magnificent design, you are in front of the hill with a great view, the pool is always temperate and for a small extra you can order the caldera, the whole house is functional, it has no details of something that does not work. We had one of the best moments of our lives. The bathrooms were very clean, the house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. Lupita and Ivan take care of the house and have their room apart, they are always available for whatever you need and they are not invasive, on the contrary, they are pure help and heart. The arrival with the pin on the map was sufficient, and Andrea always in contact to provide help and recommendations, for me he was a super host. I recommend the house of Andrea if you are looking to isolate yourself from the city, spend time with your family and friends to have a unique relaxing time.
