We had a very pleasant stay as a family since this property offers many different spaces. Monica was always very friendly and willing to help with any need I had. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you might need to prepare your food. The outside is beautiful with lots of fruit trees. It even has grapevines!!! The pool was spectacular and was cleaned early every day. This property is definitely highly recommended. Thank you, Monica, for your attention.

A spectacular experience from start to finish. The house is impeccable, very clean and cared for in every detail. The pool is spacious and perfect for relaxing, the Jacuzzi is spectacular, and the beach, just a short walk away, is beautiful and quiet. Monica's hospitality was excellent; she was always attentive and friendly, and even gave us a checkout courtesy until the afternoon. We are very grateful! The interior spaces are comfortable and cozy, as are the exterior spaces, which are ideal for sharing with your group. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the grills are a great bonus. Plus, it is surrounded by fruit trees and nature, which make the atmosphere even more special. The house definitely exceeded our expectations, and we will 100% be back. We were eager to use the pizza oven, but we didn't have time due to our short stay! We'll be back as a family.

Monica was great to deal with from the beginning and throughout our stay. The house was perfect for our group of up to 4 adult couples. Great outdoor seating areas, large pool and only steps from the beach. Although we didn't use many of the Playa Blanca amenities they were numerous and it was a great area for our morning walks as was the beach. The house is well stocked with plenty of glasses, plates and cutlery for a large group. Omar, the pool/property guy did a daily property clean up including the BBQ everyday except for weekends. We hired Marta, the cleaning lady to do a once a week house cleaning and linen and towel change. We were there for a month and everyone involved were thrilled with the location and the property. The Super 99 is very close and convenient for shopping. A big thanks to Monica for sharing her beautiful property with us and for being very responsive to our questions. Gracias!

We had a great stay here. The overall accommodate great but our favorite part was the pool and the proximity to the beach. Mónica was a great host and was very responsive to any questions and provided recommendations things nearby. Had a great time and stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Excellent Host, the house was spotless, the complex is very quiet. 100% recommended, guests feel right at home.

Wonderful stay. The pool, beautiful trees and well thought out outdoor seating was the perfect setting for our large family to vacation. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. House had everything we needed. Mónica was very responsive to a very small issue we had and it was quickly remedied. Absolutely recommend.

I went to Monica’s Villa with my extended family and we all had a great time. She even granted us a complimentary early check-in which was highly appreciated, specially by the kids who got more pool time. The place looked exactly like the pictures and it has different hangouts, and we enjoyed each one of them. We definitely will come another time!! Definitely great memories ☺️

We were very well. I really like my family. The only recommendation I would make would be the change of time of filtration of the pool. Fix the Jacuzzi. Otherwise, the house is splendid
