Wonderful stay. The pool, beautiful trees and well thought out outdoor seating was the perfect setting for our large family to vacation. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. House had everything we needed. Mónica was very responsive to a very small issue we had and it was quickly remedied. Absolutely recommend.

Overall, we had a great time at this place. The yard is full of fruit trees, the pool and outside seating were lovely, and the beach was a short walk away. The only annoying thing was that there were a lot of mosquitos and caterpillars that sting outside (seems like an infestation of Grapeleaf Skeletonizer Moth caterpillars) - three of my family members got stung while using outside seating. Since we were a large group, we were also looking forward to using the dishwasher that was listed as an amenity when we booked, but when I asked the host where it was when we couldn't find it, she said there wasn't one and it quickly disappeared from the amenities in the listing... We still enjoyed our stay despite those minor annoyances and would stay here again in the future.

I went to Monica’s Villa with my extended family and we all had a great time. She even granted us a complimentary early check-in which was highly appreciated, specially by the kids who got more pool time. The place looked exactly like the pictures and it has different hangouts, and we enjoyed each one of them. We definitely will come another time!! Definitely great memories ☺️

Estuvimos muy bien. Le agrado mucho a mi familia. La unica recomendacion que haria seria el cambio de hora de filtracion de la piscina. Arreglar el Jacuzzi. Por lo demas es esplendida la casa

Stayed here for five days from 1/16/25 - 1/21/25 with a group of 11 family members & friend. The accommodations were perfect with each bedroom having their own bathroom. We had a few hiccups along the way but the host (Monica) responded quickly and the issues were resolved. Monica also sent her property manager over to make sure everything was okay. The home is beautiful and the pool is clean. Very clean. The beach is close by but we went to other beaches in the area which I found to be nicer. Although the property is on a resort you don't have access to resort amenities because it is an all inclusive, however you can use there beach chairs and they will bring you drinks and food. I would recommend to rent a car if you want to visit Anton Valley because it's about a 40 minute drive from the house. Restaurants are about a 10-15 minute drive or you can eat at the resort restaurants (walkable) for a fee. Overall we had a good stay and I would recommend staying here.

El lugar es increíble, muy amplio, tiene espacios grandes y muchas amenidades que permiten no aburrirse en ningún momento. La playa está muy cerca caminando desde el alojamiento y la piscina es de buen tamaño y con varios niveles, mi familia y yo nos divertimos mucho. Recomiendo el alojamiento sobre todo si van en familia, ya que hay varios ambientes para todas las edades. La comunicación con Mónica fue siempre muy fluida y me ayudó en todo lo que necesité, incluso hasta siendo un domingo. Así que en general es una buena experiencia en todos los aspectos, de verdad que mmuy recomendada.
