Lovely setting, loved the pool. The condo provided for all our needs for a family of 5. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and loved being able to cook some meals. We did not have a car and it was very walkable and nice neighborhood that filled all our needs. Loved the rooftop terrace. Overall the hosts were responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this Airbnb! Thank you so much!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The house is beautifully detailed with top-of-the-line finishes, fantastic air conditioning, and a spacious, inviting layout that made our whole family feel right at home and extremely comfortable. We felt completely safe throughout our entire trip. Our family spent every single day enjoying the private pool, and the location in Langosta could not have been better. The local beaches were quiet and uncrowded, and getting into Tamarindo was a quick and easy walk or drive whenever we wanted to explore. To top it all off, the property manager was super responsive, attentive, and took incredible care of us from start to finish. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay—we already can't wait to come back!

Lola was a great host! They organized our transfers to and from the airport, gave recommendations for other things to do and responded to all emails. The place is fabulous! Just like the pictures! It is walkable but also room for your golf cart- which we used pacific coast golf carts and they were also fabulous! The security made us feel so secure and safe! The beach is so close and the pool was fabulous! Laundry in unit was amazing! The balcony for sunset was perfect! Would absolutely stay here again!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the third time we have come to this residence. Nice location, very close to Tamarindo but much quieter. Pleasant, quiet residence with a beautiful pool. Parking for 1 vehicle. Well-arranged apartment, ideal for 6 people (3 bedrooms), and very well-equipped. Some technical issues that should be resolved. Communication with the manager is very smooth.

The stay was excellent and the entire family loved it. The place was super clean with lots of amenities. Great location about a block from the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants.

This property is located right in the heart of Tamarindo, within a few steps and walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The building is large with free underground parking, a shared pool, security on site 24 hours a day, and an elevator. Unit 305 is on the 3rd floor with a view of the center of town. It is a nice and fully equipped unit, perfect for families and friends. We look forward to you staying here again! Pura vida!!

If you are looking for peace, fauna and flora, do not look any further. Casa Ylang Ylang is only a 10-minute driving distance to the beach and Tamarindo. Between a Contemproaneous and beach styke, the house shows nice wood and metal structures. Comfortable and fully equipped you will enjoy the large spaces on both levels. Thank you for choosing La Cometa 19 for your stay in Tamarindo. A two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Tamarindo, close to the beach, shops and service centers. A car will not be necessary if you plan to stay mainly in Tamarindo, but if you want to explore the beautiful surrounding area and are going to rent a vehicle, the property offers free parking. You can also enjoy a communal pool and a rooftop with views of Tamarindo from your apartment. The apartment is well equipped with two bedrooms upstairs. Ideal for families and small groups.

This would be 5 stars as the apartment and location were excellent, but unfortunately an adjacent unit was in the middle of a remodel. The amount of noise prevented occupation of the apartment from 8:30-12 and 1-5: sleeping in or making bfast was not an option. We still gave it a 4 due to this largely not being an issue as the surrounding location provided ample opportunities. The claimed lack of knowledge of the remodel did not change our experience and we hope that they will improve future communications to prevent similar occurrences.

Thank you for choosing to stay at the Diria 202, a very nice 2 BDR oceanview condo, located in the center of Tamarindo, right across the street from the beach. It is part of a high-end condo complex with a large shared scenic pool and wet bar, beautiful grounds, free parking, and security on site 24 hours a day. The unit is on the second floor. It comes nicely decorated and furnished in a beach style, fully equipped with a/c in every space, cable tv, internet, a full kitchen, safety box, washer and dryer. We manage this nice unit but not the building association. Sadly, the works close this unit was not shared with us not the schedules for the work happening there. We understand having a unit remodelled around the building is not an ideal scenario, unfortunately not something we have any control over. Thank you, Michael, for your understanding and for still enjoying this great property and location.

Located right in the beach and close to restaurants and walking distance to numerous shops. the security guards were the nicest, walked us around and showed us monkeys in the trees and gave us recommendations. The property management company was very responsive.

This 3 BDR beachfront townhouse is located in Playa Langosta, a short mile from the center of Tamarindo, in a small, quiet, and family-gated community. The complex has beautiful grounds with a lot of tropical vegetation, free parking, a shared pool, and direct access to the beach. The condo is comfortable with 3 Bedrooms. This was an excellent Condo for our family of 4 (two adults, kids 9&11)to stay in while we were in Tamarindo. We actually stayed in both the Diria hotel and then this condo, and we much preferred the condo accommodation. The location was great. It felt secure and had a really nice pool area. We went in July 2026 and there were always chairs available at the pool. The condo itself had everything we needed. It was well stocked, the AC worked well and it was really nice to have in-suite laundry. We would definitely try and stay here again in the future.

If you have a vehicle, you can use the underground parking for free, but if you don't have a vehicle, you won't need it thanks to the central location of this property. Unit 305 is on the third floor of this tower. The building has an elevator. It is a spacious, fully equipped condo with 2 bedrooms. Perfect for families and friends.

Sunirse is a family-friendly complex with an ideal location in the center of Tamarindo, beachfront, across the street, and close to all businesses. If you have a vehicle, you can park for free at this complex. If you don't bring a car, you don't need to rent one since everything is within walking distance. It is also a quiet and safe property, ideal for families or small groups of friends. It has 24-hour security, easy access, an elevator in each tower and a very nice pool area shared by all the units. Condominium 30 is on the second floor with a very partial ocean view. It is comfortable and offers everything you need, from an equipped kitchen, A/C in all rooms, internet, washer and dryer. It has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people.
This was our second time staying at Matapalo. We love the area, the resort grounds, and the proximity to bars, restaurants and the beach. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for the week. The welcome gifts were such a nice surprise too. Any questions we had were answered quickly by the host. I would highly recommend this Airbnb! We will definitely be back!
