The host was always attentive and respectful, and the support and cleaning staff were always attentive, friendly, and very efficient. I felt comfortable.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos and the description; the house is comfortable and has everything you need to have a great weekend away. The pool temperature is perfect, and the number of towels and bed linens is excellent—all in good condition, good quality, and sufficient. It has amenities such as shampoo, soap, purified water, a hair dryer, and kitchen utensils, and we appreciate it!! It's very close to downtown and you can walk there without any problem. The host always responded quickly. The lady who helps with the cleaning is very attentive.

The house is huge and very well located. The rooms are functional, and the house has everything we expected and more. Ideal for long family gatherings or get-togethers with friends. Also, super close to the city.

Excellent place, we had an amazing time

I had an amazing experience at this place in Tepotzotlán. The place is quiet, clean and very cozy, ideal for resting and disconnecting from the pace of the city. The location is excellent: close to the historic center, but far enough away to enjoy peace and nature. The service was excellent from the first moment. The hosts were friendly and helpful, always willing to help. The house was very well equipped and cared for down to the last detail. I definitely recommend it for those who want to spend a relaxing weekend in one of the most beautiful Magical Villages in the State of Mexico. I'd go back without a second thought!

We stayed here for a long weekend for my sister’s wedding! Great location, less than 5 min by car from the church and downtown plaza area. Lots of walkable shops and restaurants nearby. The patio and outdoor area were absolutely gorgeous. The common areas were perfect for our 15+ group to get ready for the wedding. The bedrooms and bathrooms could use upgrades but overall everything was good. We had some issue with the hot water but the hosts did everything they could to help and accommodate us. Definitely recommend this airbnb for large families/events!

Excellent choice, the house is exactly as described. It is very clean and well maintained. There is always someone on the property who can help you in case you need anything, they are very friendly and helpful. They're always available in case you need anything.

Perfect place for a weekend with family or friends. The house is very spacious and the garden is beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool and relaxed in the hammocks. Close to downtown but at the same time away from the noise. We would definitely like to come back, highly recommended!

It's a beautiful home!

Osvaldo is a super friendly and attentive person at all times. In my experience, I had a meeting with friends and we had a lot of privacy and attention from Lidia, a super nice and friendly person. We felt right at home. We sang, danced, spent time together and relaxed making carnita asada and swimming in the pool. Everything was super delicious. We would definitely come back many more times 🥰🍾🎉

A very great experience for our large family of 15. We had a little hiccup the first night due to water/pressure situation, but Osvaldo was able to clear things up quick and we were able to manage through the days. A reminder that we are very spoiled in the US. We were out quite a bit but really enjoyed the home and pool the last day. Lydia was amazing and can’t say enough about how sweet and helpful she was throughout our stay. We would definitely plan another stay with Osvaldo if we come out again.

The house is great for a family weekend. The living room is great for board games in the evenings and the outdoor areas are great for grilled meat and the pool with hot water. All with Lidia's support. I hope we'll be back soon!

I can’t say enough! We stayed at Osvaldo’s place for a month. It was amazing! Lydia went above and beyond even helping me get my daughter better when she got sick 4 days before her quinceañera. Perfect distance for walking to eat, shop, and sightseeing. The pool is heated which is a big plus. We had everything we needed and more ❤️

A very nice property, Osvaldo is always attentive. Lidia's service is very good, as is her food. The pool is nice, a very good size and a very good temperature considering the weather. We had some issues with the shower, but they were always available to resolve them. We will definitely be back.

We didn't have to deal with the vendors at all; they took care of everything. They were very flexible, welcoming, and always ready to help with whatever was needed. Communication with Osvaldo was always very clear and prompt. He was always aware of us. We are very happy we chose this place for our wedding and to gather with our family and friends. Osvaldo and his team Lidia and Carlos are amazing hosts, they helped and supported us in everything, the fact that it was a pet friendly house was wonderful because our pets are part of the family and arriving at a space where they are welcome is very good. the people of the house, Lidia and Carlos, excelled with their service thank you, we had a great time.

The property is very nice, super-equipped kitchen, very clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, soft pillows, the pool always has hot water (even when it was cold), the fireplace is incredible, heaters outside, really the best rental we've had to date. it is a very spacious house to accommodate a large family, all services with the help of the lady. Lidia work at 100 ,and the beds are very comfortable to have a good rest,we have a cold climate with rain but they have everything to make you enjoy your stay, as extra blankets and very useful heaters by the way . I would highly recommend it!

I feel very fortunate to have found this place, from the first moment the communication with Osvaldo gave me a lot of tranquility and confidence, the reason for the stay was to celebrate my 40th birthday, and logically when inviting my whole family it was very important for me that the place and the conditions of it were the best, from my arrival and when I found myself with Lidia (co-host) I felt very well cared for and the truth is even pampered, the whole place is incredible, the facilities are appreciated even better than in the photographs, the pool is clean, as well as the whole house and all the rooms give you flavored and that is very important thinking that we are in a pandemic situation, the attention of deal with my whole family was excellent! The house has a very good location and gives you a lot of privacy and security, from the entrance, the indoor parking (for more than 15 cars ) to each room help you enjoy the days with your family and close people. I would definitely recommend this place, and believe me that you will not regret enjoying the most essential life house!!!

Excellent place for rest with the family. The facilities are as advertised and are very good.

Very pretty home! We used it for my family to stay together at my son's wedding, and it was great. There was room for all. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool. We bought food in the market and cooked on the grill to make a feast that we enjoyed around the huge dining table. The after party from the wedding was a bit raucous, but the patio and yard was perfect and many slept right through it. Osvaldo was flexible in all of our requests.

Osvaldo's service is excellent from the moment you contact him. He's attentive to everything! The house is very beautiful and relaxing. I held an event and all my guests were delighted. The girl who supports you during the highly recommended stay, both for cleaning and food, her food is delicious! Highly recommended this stay, the best in the area without a doubt!!!
