The beach house is very beautiful and there’s easy beach access around the corner. I loved the pool area. Everything was amazing and I would definitely stay here again.

OMG!! We were lucky enough to find this property and also to know we will be the first ones to access her just finished pool. Best place we have ever stayed at when visiting Puerto Peñasco. We hope to stay at this property in the future.

I love the decorations in her home. It definitely gives beach vibes. It’s beautiful inside and out. The beach is very close and can also admire the view from the house. It’s spacious and has everything you need. The coffee provided is very good!!! Melissa is nice and responds very fast. My family and I really enjoy staying in her home.

We were delighted with the house, it was clean, cozy and spacious, highly recommended, Walmart is very accessible which is very convenient, the house is very quiet, the area is very comfortable to rest, and it has the advantage of the garage. Each room is very private and when there are 6 of us, the healthy distance is appreciated ;) We enjoy the patio in the mornings, as it has a room that allows you to be comfortable and at ease. for family or friends it's great

Melissa’s rocky point home is our favorite. We have stayed at many homes in las Conchas and this is our second time at Melissa’s. The house works perfect for our 3 teenage boys, mother in law and us. The backyard is beautiful with the cabana and upstairs patio looking out to the beach and the house is spacious and so comfortable. Thank you for another incredible thanksgiving week.

Great House great beds

The pictures do not do the place justice. Absolutely beautiful and spacious home. Every single room, even the bathrooms were out of this world. Loved making meals for the family in the beautiful kitchen. Conveniently located a block or two from the beach. Private and and safe neighborhood. Felt so at home that we decided to add a night to our stay. Melissa was always quick to respond and helpful. We will definitely look to come back when in P. Peñasco!

Really nice home. Loved the showers and appreciated the Keurig. Comfortable furniture. Easy to find and only a short walk to the beach. Would stay again!

This place was awesome! Pictures do not do it justice. Everything from the showers to the kitchen is all really nice. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and clean. Beach towels were available as were extra chairs and boogie boards. Really close to the beach, which was empty and beautiful! Much nicer than the beach in town which is very rocky. Also not as far from town as I thought. Took 10 minutes to get to the store or breakfast.

The pictures don't do the place justice! It was really nice and spacious with ocean views and large and comfortable bathrooms and a functional kitchen. The outside sitting area is very relaxing and shaded. The only drawback was that the AC was very loud in one of the bedrooms, so keep that in mind if you are booking in Summer. Melissa was helpful and responsive.

Beautiful home and area. Everything was way better than what we were expecting. The bathrooms were spacious and clean! Melissa was responsive and had everything we could’ve needed like an iron, extra towels, extra blankets, beach chairs, etc. The house was overall CLEAN, you can tell the housekeepers do a thorough job of cleaning the place in between guests arrival. The private beach was beautiful and peaceful and was a 2 minute walk from the house! Will be coming back next year for sure (: 🏝️ 🌊

Amazing stay! Pictures definitely doesn’t do this place justice definitely was amazed by each part of the house. Great Decore to make the house pop! Loved the out door patio with nice view of beach and nice sitting with fire place. Short walk to a private beach not crowded at all. Make sure you use Go ogle maps when you get the address, IPhone Apple Maps takes you to wrong house. Thank you Melissa for a great home!

Great place! We had a great time!

Melissa's house was perfect for our family vacation to Rocky Point. We were very pleased with how clean the home was and the house had a much more modern feel that prior homes we have stayed at in the past. Plenty of room for our family and the outdoor patio area was very inviting and enjoyable. We will hope to stay here on future trips.

This house exceeded my expectations. The house is lovely inside and out. Very clean and very close to the beach. Easy to get there as well. Also, anything we needed was there. From extra towels, sheets, dish soap, coffee, shampoo, body wash, dishes, etc.

A lovely, well-kept house with amazing indoor and outdoor space. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood with a very quick & easy walk to the beach. We wish we could have stayed longer!

This house was stunning! The outside patio was a total vibe. WiFi worked great, until other homes I've stayed in las conchas. Beach was closer than we thought, definitely could of walked but we had too much stuff to carry so we drove. Parked right next to the walk way down the beach & car was always visible. I'll definitely be staying here again & for a longer stay!

Melissa is a Superhost, my family and I have been visiting Las Conchas for the past 10 years , and it's by far our favorite home we have stayed at. We can't wait to go back. 5 star review.

The place is outstanding!! Views are awesome. The bathrooms are so pretty and the living room is just breathtaking with ocean views. Would most definitely stay there again, and again!!

Melissa's home was absolutely amazing. the check in was great. communication was great. The beach themed decor was beautiful. Truly sold my husband and I into now looking into property. Until that happens Melissa's home will be our top pick for all the time we come down and would recommend it to anyone. Although this trip was a friend's trip we will definitely be bringing our children back.

This place is super awesome. If you appreciate privacy and a good location, this place is great. Friendly security around the neighborhood and willing to escort you back to your rental, if you get lost. Haha, it happened. In all, I highly recommend this host and I will definitely return here.
