Ana Lucia

This property was perfect for my family's first visit to Costa Rica and Ana was a great host. We booked her house at the last minute because the first house we booked (not through AirBnB) turned out to not be as advertised. Not only was her house everything she promised, but she was able to accommodate an early check in on short notice and everything went very smoothly. The pool in the private courtyard was perfect for our family to relax, and it only being accessible through the primary bedroom was ideal given our young kids. We also loved the location - easy access to anywhere in La Fortuna in just a 5-10 minute drive, but on a nice quiet residential street. We strongly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in La Fortuna!

Cute place that was close to La Fortuna and all the activities that we wanted to do in Arenal. Great fit for our family of four. We didn't use the kitchen much but had all the things needed if we did. Would definitely stay here again.

Despite the rain we loved our stay. We managed to see the summit of the Arenal volcano on our last day! As for the accommodation, we were delighted with the backyard and the outdoor kitchen. A beautiful lizard was watching us from the fence. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool too. Everything was perfect! We also felt safe in this neighborhood. From the street, we could even see the volcano! Thanks for everything!

Enjoyed our short stay at Ana Lucia's listing in La Fortuna. Great landing pad location if you're planning on checking out the various excursions and sites. Quiet, safe, a great local restaurant for your first night if you've had a long journey just 3 minutes down the road. Beds were comfortable, excellent water pressure in the showers, cute little plunge pool perfect for younger kids (10, 5, 3) with floaties. Was nervous about getting lost as we were driving ourselves, but the pinned location of the "little yellow house" on the short street this listing is located at is easy to find even on Google maps (verify via dm!). Host makes checking in and out easy. Would recommend stopping at a grocery store to pick up coffee filters, ground beans and milk before settling in if you're like us and need your first cup as soon as you wake up. Otherwise, had all the basic amenities one would hope for from a quality Airbnb - good linens, towels, toiletries, dish soap. We appreciated the ice maker.

This was a great stay! the place fits so many people (though we were only a family of 4). a beautiful serene backyard which was nice for nights in by the pool and BBQ. We felt very safe here and the neighborhood felt safe as well. great place to get coffee down the street and to see sloths by the bridge! I would recommend to others!

This is one of the most beautiful and comfortable airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. We woke up to a screen saver view every morning and we sat for an hour watching the sunsets. Absolutely amazing experience.

Ana Lucia’s place is amazing. The view from each room was beautiful. I still miss it. My family and I had a great time in the pool and enjoying the sunsets. The house is on a very steep hill and then what feels like a drop. After a few trips, we got used to driving up. We also enjoyed the surrounding beaches and restaurants. Ana Lucia was very communicative and very flexible with check in and check out. We really enjoyed this house!

Such a nice place and location. The house was set up perfect with all the necessary amenities. I would definitely return as well as recommend this house to friends and family.

We loved everything about this Airbnb! It was gated so we felt safe, the place was extremely clean, and the pool was so much fun! It had everything we needed for our stay!
