Loved the house! This is my second time here and I still think the stay is excellent. Very nice! The service is very good. They are always attentive.

Our stay at Bito's house was very pleasant; the pool was wonderful, the beds were high quality, and the hosts were always available and so friendly. We will definitely return! We immediately felt at ease.

The hosts were very friendly and were always attentive to whatever we needed. We were very comfortable. It is highly likely that we will return when we have another visit to Cuernavaca.

The house had a nice vibe, it was very clean, well cared for, towels like a hotel, beds with nice bedding and an impeccable bathroom. The pool was delicious, warm and cozy at all times. Mrs. Vicky helped us with the cleaning and she is a gem. Don't hesitate to visit Casa Bito, I promise you won't regret it.

I cannot say enough about Maria’s house. Our jaws dropped. Absolutely beautiful home, amazing garden, excellent firm beds and interesting furnishings. Our host met us with clear explicit instructions, and was so kind.

Maria was a great host. She even took the yoga mat that I left and delivered to me in Mexico City. The house is a beautiful old house with great charm. The pool and the water heater were excellent. As an old house, it needs some minor maintenance.

There was a slight refrigerator failure that was immediately addressed by the host so as not to cause any inconvenience (excellent service)

We were very happy the attention was good, the house is beautiful it is a great place to rest and share, nearby there are places to eat very rich and to get to know the center of Cuernavaca it is very close but the truth is that the house was so cozy that we are not even going out we are very grateful and super recommended totally worth thanks Lady Martha.

The house is very large and comfortable with large spaces and perfect for the children to have fun. You have services nearby such as Soriana, oxxo, pharmacies, etc. The street is safe and very quiet. Recommended for families.

This place is wonderful! The location is close to centro and is easily walkable, and there are restaurants close. The home is unique and comfortable. Great for two families with a few kids with the bunk room. The yard and pool are fantastic. It made for a wonderful weekend away, and the hosts were so kind and helpful! Casa Bitos is a place of rest and family, with a perfect location to walk through the streets of downtown Cuernavaca. Our stay in Bitos was pleasant and with the perfect amenities to relax and enjoy a heated pool and jacuzzi, a terrace to spend time and chat with your family. Communication with the Yunuen and Alejandro family was always attentive and warm from our arrival as well as departure. I definitely suggest this place to rest and disconnect from the routine.

Very, very satisfied, she was always attentive, even from the time I left my house to get there. Our stay at Casa Bito was unforgettable. The house is beautiful, it has everything, it is super equipped, it is very clean, the bedrooms are also very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The pool and hot tub have hot water and are a good size. This area was my favorite. The area where the house is located is safe and very well located. The hosts are super friendly, they were always attentive to what we needed, they even went to the house to help us turn up the volume on the TV because we didn't know how to use the remote. We thank Maria and her sister for taking such good care of us and making us feel at home. We look forward to returning very soon.

Our family loved our stay at Casa Bito. Our hosts were so helpful, kind and very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The location is great since there is no need for driving. There are shops and restaurants within a few minutes walking and a large grocery store less than 10 minutes walking. The older central area of the city with museums, markets, restaurants and more is also within 15 minutes walking. The property is truly unique, beautiful, and very comfortable. There was more than enough space for us (myself, my husband, our two kids and my mom) and the house was very clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The outdoor area with gardens, hot tub, pool, and multiple seating areas was wonderful to spend time relaxing and enjoying the perfect weather. Very highly recommended!

House is beautiful and comfortable, well located if you want to walk to zocalo and neighborhood stores for fresh food every day, or just jogging through beautiful quiet neighborhoods. For a family reunion of 7 during limited options to explore the town during the pandemic, it was perfect for spending full days and nights indoors for a full week durning Christmas. We used every room and corner of this amazing property. The pool and barbecue areas are great, and the rear garden was perfect for our morning group exercise routines. The hosts were amazing promptly responding whenever we had a question. We would love to spend every holiday with our family there from now on!

Beautiful home that is super well located close to many amenities. The pool and hot tub are at a very good temperature all day, so you can enjoy them no matter the weather. It was the part we enjoyed the most about the house.

Casa Bito was PERFECT for a family vacation. Clean, spacious, the pool and jacuzzi are great. The house is very close to shops and to the center of Cuernavaca. We didn't go out much because of the pandemic but every possible delivery service gets to the house within 30 to 50 min. María and Marta are the BEST hosts EVER! They are super responsive, attentive and respectful. We recommend Casa Bito wholeheartedly :)

The house is very nice and well equipped, the temperature of the pool and the Jacuzzi is excellent, although to keep it that way the owners must enter in the morning and afternoon to regulate it. We didn't love that it was surrounded by buildings, but it's still very quiet.

We had a very pleasant stay, the house was very clean and spacious, it has everything you need to have an incredible stay, the pool is always in good temperature and the delicious jacuzzi, very good communication with the host, there were no insects in the house, until the night we left the pool, the beautiful gardens, always on the slope and with details on our arrival, we are going back!

The house is much larger than what is perceived in the photos. Very spacious, the rooms are clean and cozy. The kitchen with everything you need and a little more, spacious, clean. Those who like hot water IS the OPTION!.. they were always attentive that the jacuzzi was at the right temperature, they have solar panels so you don't spend as much gas.. happy children, the pool at a very good temperature.. Check-in details are a great touch to start your stay. I highly recommend it and we'll be back !

The kitchen is quite well stocked, and the Jacuzzi is very enjoyable. The outdoor area is very comfortable for playing, chatting or having a barbecue. The pool water is a bit cold, but that's a matter of taste. Maria is always attentive to your needs.
