The host was very friendly, attentive and always very helpful, so in that regard our experience was very good. I really appreciate that it's pet friendly. However, I believe the property needs maintenance and some upgrades. Several areas and the furniture already look old, and one of the rooms doesn't have air conditioning. In addition, fans or better ventilation are needed in common areas such as the dining room, since it felt quite hot during our stay. I think that with maintenance and some improvements, it could offer an experience much more in line with the rate.

The accommodation is in an excellent location, but the house is in serious need of maintenance.
