After the pool reached the standard temperature of 82°F, any additional heating would incur a daily fee of USD $100. You requested extra heating but were unwilling to pay this fee, and we declined, which understandably caused your dissatisfaction. We have daily records of the pool temperature, including photos and videos, and there are also messages in our staff group as supporting evidence.<br/>The hot water issue you mentioned was due to the pool heater’s battery being depleted. Our staff replaced the battery within half an hour, and the issue was completely resolved. Any issues you raised during your stay, no matter how small, were addressed immediately and were never ignored.<br/>During your stay, you were generally very satisfied and happy. I cannot understand why, after checkout, you would exaggerate minor issues and request a large refund. Such actions are extremely damaging to hosts who operate with honest and responsible management.

During your stay, a local thunderstorm warning was issued, and for your safety, we took the necessary precautionary measures — thank you for your understanding.<br/>I also apologize for the delay in responding to your messages in the evening. As for the water leakage and air-conditioning issues caused by the heavy rain during your stay, we addressed them promptly and did our best to resolve the situation. Thank you as well for saying that our villa looks even better in person than in the photos — I really appreciate that. I’ll also apply to update our pictures.
