Very communicative host and lovely location right on the beach. She put us in touch with a boat captain who picked us up right across the street. Steven (the captain) and Kirk (his helper) took us out for two fantastic days of snorkeling and fishing on the reef. Can't recommend them and this rental enough!!!!

Overall good. We appreciated the experience. Karen was great with communication, quickly addressing the hot water heater issue the first day (even though it did take up part of our morning). Steve the captain she has hired to take guests around in her boat was very kind. It was such a great bonus having a captain available to boat us around highly recommend the bioluminescence tour! That said, a few things didn’t quite match the price point of this Airbnb compared to similar Airbnbs nearby and others we’ve stayed in for way less money. The appliances and kitchenware are very outdated, some things were broken or rusty. The washer and dryer did not work, this was a bummer as we planned to wash clothes while we were there. The kitchen was not equipped with everything we needed we had to purchase dishwasher soap since it wasn’t stocked and ask for trash bags. Many lightbulbs in the house were dead but we made do with that so we didn’t have to keep reaching out on stuff & waiting around.
