Excellent service!!

10/10! We loved staying here. Everything is impeccably clean, very tidy, modern and super cozy. From the moment you arrive, it makes you feel right at home. The rooms are very comfortable, the air conditioning works excellently, and you can tell that the host takes care of every little detail. Communication was always quick and very friendly. The area is very safe, it has parking, and the location is excellent: in a few minutes on foot you can reach the cenote and 5th Avenue. We would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend it!

Jess was able to host us last minute due to a cancelation at our first location. within 10 mins she accepted and had the door open for us. house was nice and comfortable, but best part was Jess. she coordinated massages, recommended restaurants and even coordinated medical assistance for my father. grateful for her during our trip

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely book this home again. The house is spacious, modern comfortable, and tucked away in a beautiful, peaceful setting. One of our favorite parts was having the cenote and park nearby, it really made the neighborhood feel special. The senderos (paths) gorgeous and perfect for a morning walk. We always felt very safe. The property is inside two gated checkpoints, making it incredibly private and secure. It’s only a short drive to Playa del Carmen, the beach, restaurants, and shopping, so getting around was easy. I would strongly recommend having a rental car since tour companies don’t always pick up in this area. That said, our host was fantastic and happily arranged transportation for us at a very reasonable cost whenever we needed it. The host was extremely responsive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. Jess made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, this was an easy five star experience!

After living full-time in Airbnbs in Mexico for six months, we are especially aware of the importance of good host. Jess is one of the best out there. She is a "super host", not as Airbnb defines it, but as guests would define it. This is PDC, so there will be challenges. Jess is highly responsive, takes action, and solves problems..pronto! She also has answers for anything you need...transportation, drinking water, restaurants, carwash, and so on. As for the place, it is very clean and comfortable. It is great for people who don't want to be in the heart of the tourist areas, but still have access to them. The housekeeper does great work, and there are always plenty of plush towels. It is highly recommended to have a car if you stay in Mayakoba.

We had a magical stay in this peaceful house! The community is so peaceful and relaxing and we LOVED the cenote on site. My kids thought it was their own private cenote. Jess had wonderful recommendations for activities and for a great private chef. We had a truly wonderful stay and we’d return in a heartbeat! Thanks, Jess!

WOW!!! We had an absolutely wonderful month-long stay at this home and could not have asked for a better experience. The house is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, especially the beds, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect for us: a quiet, safe neighborhood with friendly people, yet still close to Playa del Carmen and convenient amenities like grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants. We especially loved the nearby walking trails and cenote. Having a car made it easy to get around and fully enjoy the area. The home is very well equipped, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches, including the welcome treats, water service, BBQ, and private pool with regular cleaning. What really made the stay exceptional was Jess. She was incredibly attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire stay, always available when needed and genuinely committed to making sure we were comfortable. We look forward to returning. 😊

The house was great! It was clean and comfortable. The Cenote on the property was amazing. I went there every day while I was staying here. I think it’s a newer development because GPS didn’t work exactely correctly for getting there. It took us close and then was pretty easy to find. I was working while there so it was nice that it had good internet. I was able to do zoom meetings pretty easily.

An excellent place to spend a nice family vacation, it's an amazing place that has everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. I loved the architecture of the house and the condo facilities. We'll be back!

We stayed 10 days at Jess's with 2 teenagers and 2 young children and everything was perfect! His house is beautiful and matches the photos. The coffee maker was broken when we arrived, she quickly replaced it. We met Jess in person and she was very welcoming! The location is a bit difficult to find the first time but easy to access afterwards. The complex is very safe. You absolutely must plan to rent a car, however, because there is nothing close on foot. The back yard and pool is really a plus for this property. It was a little cool, however, during our visit we could not enjoy it as much as we would have liked. I would highly recommend this beautiful villa! We'll definitely stay there again!

Jess’ house was set on a quiet, private and secure street within a larger housing estate / complex which was nestled amongst jungle. There was so much beautiful wildlife to see everywhere. We felt very safe and secure and throughly enjoyed our visit to Playa del Carmen. Jess was a responsive host who attended to issues very quickly when we raised them. For example, we had trouble with the front door lock when we arrived at 1am and Jess was there in 5 minutes to greet us and help us inside. She had a handyman there to do a quick fix and then a couple of days later replaced the lock. Thank you for hosting us Jess.

We stayed at Jess's beautiful home for 9 nights. They house is clean and comfortable, Jess is a great host that responds very quickly to any problems you may have. The gated community makes you feel very safe, and after a few times through the gates you'll understand what the guards want! I recommend this house for anyone wanting a safe secure place to stay in paradise!

A spectacular modern architectural work – An unforgettable experience! The house is just awesome! From the moment we arrived, it blew us away: it's extremely modern, quite spacious and, in itself, a true work of architecture that looks like it was taken from a design magazine. We had everything we needed and more. Zero inconveniences throughout the stay. The facilities were impeccable, super clean and fully functional at all times. Jess, the host, is a lovely and attentive person to all of us. He was always attentive to anything we might need, responding quickly and with impressive warmth. Five star experience staying at Jess' place! The unit is more beautiful than the pictures, the community was safe and had plenty of amenities to explore, and the weather was gorgeous during our stay in late December. Jess went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, always responding within minutes and sending support within the day. She even lent us her son's bikes! Would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and truly felt at home from day one. The house was very well maintained and as described. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and the pool was regularly cleaned. ✨ Jess is an amazing host, super helpful and always reachable. Communication was easy and friendly, and she made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The area felt safe and is a great location close to Playa del Carmen centre and a nearby supermarket. We also loved having plenty of towels for the beach, as well as a washing machine and dryer. As a small food for thought: it might be worth finding a solution for the outdoor rubbish, as it gets knocked over and searched by animals at night. Also, fixing the hole in the ground right in front of the entrance could help, as the exposed wires might damage a car and parking was a bit tricky 😅 Other than that, everything was perfect. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. We felt great here and absolutely recommend the place! 🙌🏽

We loved our stay at Jessica's. Indeed the accommodation was amazing, even better than in the pictures. The house is gorgeous. The pool was lovely. The living room is just beautiful there is plenty of room, we felt at home. In addition, Jessica was a great help throughout the stay. She gave us plenty of recommendations and helped us when we had a few small problems on site, she even helped us with a taxi that took us back to the airport and was able to transport us during the stay. In addition, I would like to point out that she offered us a car rental option at a more than fair price. The residence in which the house is located is amazing and super secure. We were able to fully enjoy our vacation in Playa del Carmen, where there are just beautiful beaches. A big thank you to Jessica for hosting us and for her kindness, we will be back with pleasure and we recommend it 100%.

Great place! Jess was very responsive and helpful throughout our whole stay! A great place to visit and easy to get around with taxis or your own transportation. The house was exactly as shown in the photos, the cenote was beautiful and the neighborhood was safe and great to walk through.

My wife and I had a fantastic time, really loved the house. We needed a space immediately for a few days and we are so grateful that Jess's place was available. Jessica’s home was extremely beautiful but beyond that she was an amazing host, from days response times, being very patient and give great excursion recommendations! The other guest & I, loved our stay it was well with the booking ! ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at Jess’s place! The home is as pictured — comfortable beds, & good value for cost. The property is set in a beautiful, very secure gated community surrounded by jungle, with stunning landscaping and lots of walking paths. There’s an amazing kids’ area (shaded!)with a small water park, lots of play equipment, and a little soccer pitch. A short walk away is a swimmable cenote, which was a real treat. The pool was refreshing, and having laundry on site was super convenient. Jess was an excellent host — quick to respond, very helpful, and full of great local recommendations. She also handled issues promptly and let us know the stovetop & dishwasher are being repaired soon. Not all listed amenities were onsite, check with Jess if you need something particular. As the home is in the jungle, bring bug spray during the rainy season. The only downside was that the neighbours’ dogs were quite barky at times — something Jess can’t really control. Overall, we recommend

Jess is a great host!!! We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was beautiful, well-equipped and very clean. Very spacious and beautifully designed, a little far from the city center but in a very quiet, private and safe environment.

Jessica was a very attentive host! She made sure we had all we needed to make our stay pleasant. We needed a crib, she bought one without question, when we had any questions she would respond in less than 5-10 minutes. The only thing we missed out on was the Cenote due to it being close, but this was out of Jessica’s control. Over all I would recommend this house and Jessica’s service to anyone wanting a calm house to stay at.

Jess's house is a great option. It is close to points of interest such as Xcaret, Cancun. In addition, there are businesses and places to eat. Jess's service is unparalleled, very attentive to every detail. Renting a car is recommended!

Our holiday at Jessica’s place was fantastic. The house was beautiful and fully equipped, and our kids absolutely loved the swimming pool. Jessica was incredibly kind and helpful – when we ran out of dishwasher tablets and couldn’t find any nearby, she made sure to bring us some. Unfortunately, we got sick on the last day of our trip, and Jessica was so caring and thoughtful. She let us check out later and even arranged a place where we could rest for a while. She also recommended a hospital and truly looked out for us. She went above and beyond in every way. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but Jessica is by far the best host we’ve ever met. Everything was excellent! Jessica was attentive at all times, the arrival to the stay was very easy, it had the clear and precise instructions, the place is very safe, the kitchen equipped with everything you need and the rooms clean and very comfortable, super recommended! there was a small inconvenience with a shower and it was solved without a problem, I hope to return soon!

Our stay at Jessica’s was amazing! She was so responsive and helped us out whenever we needed her. As it was our first time in Mexico we looked to her for recommendations for taxi drivers and things to do in the area and she was always incredible. One thing that was kind of a hassle was getting in and out of the gated area, so not ideal for getting around. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be staying at one of Jessica’s properties in the future

this place was absolutely beautiful!!! the grounds are magical, you can take trails to parks, splash pads, and cenote. there was wild life everywhere. it was beautiful. my 3 year old LOVED it. the place is also very safe. you have to go through 2 different security gates to get to he property. we had a few issues and Jessica immediately responsed and had some to come fix everything whenever we were available. she continued to to check to ensure we were having a nice stay. I would highly recommend.

Jessica's place is amazing. Clean, modern, and the beds were very comfortable. After a tiring, hot day, it was wonderful to cool off and relax with the pool in the provided chairs and lounger. Any questions we had, Jessica was quick to respond. She provided detailed instructions on how to get through the security gates which added to our feeling safe in the neighborhood. She also provided recommendations on nearby cafes and restaurants with links with directions which made it super easy to find them. My family of 4 was very happy here and did not want to leave. She has a trusted taxi driver named Juan who has also been an amazing in showing us hotspots and giving us little tours to places we would love to see.

Wow, wow. If you don't want to stay in a resort, need space, would like your own pool and to feel safe in a gated community: stay here! If you need beautiful decor and design: stay here! If you want to explore the sights near Playa Del Carmen (Akumal turtles, Xcaret, Tulum, cenotes, monkey sanctuary and more): stay here! We are a family of 4 (two teens aged 13 & 16) and our week long vacation was ideal thanks to staying in Jessica's beautiful house. The Mayakoba community is very private, with a great trail system for strolls and jogs as well as a gorgeous cenote. The playground (with splash pad) is very close to her house. We had a rental car, and the location was ideal for daily road trips, returning back to the house to cook our own dinners in the well equipped kitchen, and for nightly swims in the great pool. Any time I needed Jessica, she replied to messages immediately. A perfect hostess. Thanks again for a perfect stay! We miss Mexico already, The Hamblys

Everything was perfect, very clean and comfortable for 6 people, super comfortable, nice pool, terrace with very comfortable furniture, beds with clean sheets and first-class towels, everything you need and more in the kitchen, the space is spacious as seen in the photos, we spent a few very nice days and the condominium is very safe and quiet, thank you for sharing your home with us, we will definitely come back and I highly recommend it.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Jessica's Mayacoba residence. Very clean, safe and modern residence. Your first time in it takes a little time to get through security, but afterwards it's pretty easy. The cenote and park were nice to visit with the kids and a short walk from the Airbnb. To get around Playa del Carmen we used the taxi driver Jessica recommended - he was very friendly and worked out great for what we needed. I would definitely stay at Jessica's Mayacoba residence again.

Well located house in quiet neighborhood. Not far to nice public beach. Jessica greeted us when we arrived. There were a few things to fix, but Jessica was quick to get it fixed, so we had a lovely week at her house
