The house is very spacious and nice. The green areas, the pool, the thatched shelter – everything is excellent. I definitely recommend it.

Super spacious, clean, very tidy house, especially for large families. It's not near the sea, but the place is very nice, the weather is wonderful, and we had a great time.

It is located in a very nice area close to beaches like Esterillos and Bejuco!!

Brian’s home was the perfect place for our large family! We loved the incredible outdoor space and wildlife sightings! We had everything we needed (thank you for providing pool towels!). The beach across the main road is *perfection* for sunsets.

Simply magical! Our group of 10, from kids to grandma, all loved our stay and we didn't want to leave. The house, the pool and outdoor rancho were just amazing. It was private and lush. Monkeys came to visit but did not approach us or get into our space and things that were outside which I appreciated. Brian was so helpful! He answered so many questions for us and helped point us in the right direction. His local point person, Esteban, was so lovely. Thank you for an unforgettable first time trip to Costa Rica!

The place is simply beautiful, the house is very spacious and the kitchen is too. It has plenty of space to sit in and out, the pool is large and sunshine and shade, it has lots of green areas, indoor parking, and the super wide ranch area. We dyed everything to cook both inside and out, I would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our time in Costa Rica. The property is huge and there is a lot of wildlife to be seen right in the backyard. We used the pool every day and the basketball court. Brian also hooked us up with a personal chef. Yami and her friend were wonderful. They took really good care of us. Brian also provided us with a ton of information prior to the trip.
