Eileen was super communicative leading up to and during our stay which made staying at an Airbnb in another country easy. The house is in a gated, secure area so we always felt safe. The house was clean and inviting and had more than we needed. There were tons of games, toys, beach chairs, surfboards, and DVDs to thoroughly enjoy your stay both in the house and on the beach. Her welcome folder was thorough and had tons of great recommendations for places to eat and clear instructions on things in the house. Her property manager Reuben was nice and communicative and made sure our stay was enjoyable. I'd highly recommend staying here for a nice relaxing time by the beach.

Few words

We enjoyed our recent stay at casa kennedy. The house was found very clean, and it is well stocked with clean towels and linens. Both kitchens are fully stocked to prepare any meal, we didn’t miss anything ( pots, pans, plates, cups, spatulas, forks, knives, cutting boards, etc). Also the garage had everything you need to have a fun day at the beach, chairs, beach toys, surf boards and several board games for game night. Overall we had a great time, only issue was that we went on one of the hottest weeks of the year (95 F) and the heat and humidity were an issue. The front house has a more open feel and gets more of the ocean breeze, but the back guest house was really tough to sleep in even though it does have sealing fans all over the house. Specially the bunk bed room has very little ventilation. I would definitely be back again but on a different time of the year. Overall super fun family time and the bright side was that the ocean water was not icy cold. Don’t forget to bring repellent for mosquitoes and lots of drinking water. Running water is salty.

Eileen, made sure we had everything we need- Very comfortable beds. Cozy place next to the ocean with great view of the bay and island. Blow hole is just 20 min away! Highly recommend this place!

What an incredible view! The homes had everything you need for a nice relaxing vacation. Especially great for kids. Eileen was an amazing host, very communicative with anything at all times. We definitely will be back.

Great place as advertised. Clean, fully equipped and right on the beach. Host Kim was always available to answer any questions. If you want peace and quiet this is the place to recharge your battery. Highly recommend.

Home away from home. Very comfortable, experience was better than expected, the views were breathtaking. Highly recommend for family, host was very great in communication. Lots of amenities and supplies in home. We will definitely be returning.

This place is right on the beach. Equipped with more amenities than we could use during our stay. Very quiet during our time there. The host was super responsive to questions and service. It is a little remote but it’s exactly what our family was looking for in an Airbnb.

The most relaxing vacation my family has had in years… This location cannot be beat. The house is not fancy but comfortable and spacious and the garage is full of things for everyone in the family. We flew a kite, went surfing, used the boogie boards, played smash ball, and built Sandcastles. The neighbor is friendly & easy to chat with. We were able to go horseback riding and were picked up right outside the house on the beach. Other than people walking up and down the beach we pretty much had it to ourselves which was so nice. Being from California, the overcrowded beaches can be a bit daunting. This was our little slice of heaven. The water was just about bathwater temp and just enough waves to make it fun. Was astounded at the abundance of sand dollars along the beach. As with most beach houses, it came with tons of ants, so be sure to bring Raid & wrap your food up tight. We didn’t have any Raid but thankfully some aerosol hairspray helped do the trick. Adjusting to not using the water from the faucet was easier than I anticipated and we came well prepared. Eileen was extremely helpful via email throughout the entire experience and Ruben, the caretaker, was right there when we were ready to check in and answered all of our questions. We will definitely stay here again. As stated before, the location and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. The only downside to the entire weekend was the three hour wait at the border to cross back into the United States…

If you want to get away from it all this is the perfect place. Eileen home is located right on the beach where you can enjoy the sunset and relax. The home is spacious and has everything you need just make sure you take your supplies such as drinking water, soap, shampoo, etc..for your stay,

Incredible location, very secluded and great place to recharge. The house is wellequiped and plenty of amenities to entertain the kids with.

Honestly this home is perfect, the location is away from downtown Ensenada, yet a short 20-30min drive to the stores. Short 15-20 step to the beach, which was perfect! We seriously had our own beach, hardly saw anyone, and we also had vendors waking buy selling coconuts, mangos, etc. The 2 homes were fully stocked with all the kitchen needs (plates, cups, forks, pots and pans) you name it, it had it. We are DEFINITELY coming back for another family vacation.

Its a lovely location, far from the city but close enough to places to find everything you need. The house has many things to entertainment, but being in front of the beach is more than enough. It can get chilly outside so bring a jacket. The host has very good communication and makes sure you have everything you need to have a great time at this place.

I suggest you stock up on food at La Soriana or Costco shopping center which is about half an hour from the house before getting to the house.

this is one of those airbnb gems that exceeds expecation. the host has thought of everything and is a pleasure to work with. The added toys made our week the best. can't wait to return. :)

The location of the home, right on the beach, was our favorite aspect of the place. We loved listening to the surf and being able to walk the beach and look for seashells. We would definitely stay at this place again.
