This is the second time I have visited the place, it is beautiful, private, the host answers all questions extremely quickly. The house is very clean, the pool is beautiful and the atmosphere is relaxed. Definitely my favorite place in the area!

The place is comfortable, and access to the pool is very convenient. The TV couldn't be updated, and we couldn't connect to Netflix. The kitchen is small, but it didn't stop us from preparing food. The bed is very comfortable, but separated in the middle. The bathroom is very comfortable and spacious! We'd stay again!

CAUTION!!!! This listing is significantly misleading. The host explicitly states the property is in "Punta Leona," which is a well-known private beach club and gated community. This is completely false. The house is located outside of Punta Leona, on a public street, and feels quite isolated. Upon arrival, the location felt like the middle of nowhere and frankly, didn't feel safe. It's nowhere near the beach associated with Punta Leona, and the overall atmosphere was quite shady and unsettling. I was so concerned about the discrepancy in location and the feeling of insecurity that I did not even check in. I stayed in a hotel instead!! The reality of the location was a far cry from the description provided in the listing. Potential renters should be aware that this property is not within the Punta Leona community and is located in a completely different, less desirable, and potentially unsafe area. The host's description is a blatant misrepresentation of the property's location.

The room has everything you need, the air conditioning is enough to keep it cool. The pool was very clean and the terrace is great for relaxing. Just to mention that the parking is outside the property, the host mentions it but you can overlook that detail. The advantage is that it allows pets, which for us was a success!

A beautiful, quiet, modern place. It has all the comforts to have an amazing time. It does not have a garage inside the property but it is a very safe place. I will definitely be back.

Loved the place and decor! Peaceful place with the most beautiful pool. The host, Robert communicated with us at all times, very responsive and kind. We are definitely looking forward to visit again sometime soon!

Very stylish! A comfortable and quiet place. Just take into account that the internet signal is a little low and that there is no microwave but the kitchen is very well equipped. The pool loves it, would definitely come again.

The place is very nice, very well equipped areas to enjoy as a family, quiet area and with privacy. Access is easy and there are places nearby to buy things if needed. The pool is very nice, although quite a few leaves fall from the nearby trees but that doesn't stop you from enjoying it. The parkade is external, but as we were alone they let me in with my car, which gave me more peace of mind during the night.
