3BR Villa in Yelapa

Good place

Perfect for families and couples or groups of friends. A beautiful home equipped with AC, a TV with Netflix in master bedroom, full kitchen, WIFI, pool and giant deck, balconies, walking distance to everything in yelapa, 5 minute walk to the boat dock. Cotton sheets and down pillows was a huge plus for me! Really luxurious and relaxing. The only note from me is there is zero English spoken by the house manager+chef (that’s ok, but visitors should know this upon arrival) but there is plenty of communication available via Wh****pp and the owner of the home via Airbnb. Also—the private chef prices per person/per meal I still have not totally come to understand, but this should all be listed or given to guests upon arrival so there isn’t any confusion with the language barrier and money/cash going back and forth. That’s the only qualm from me, 5 star stay otherwise!

Very nice and comfortable During our stay, everything was very good The services were quick Nayeli is an excellent person and cook

My stay was very pleasant. It's close to the town's pier (1 minute away). The house is equipped with everything you need. It's organized and clean. It's super quiet and relaxing, ideal for clearing your mind and enjoying yourself. The host is always attentive. My favorite part of the house is the pool, without a doubt. It's right by the sea and very large. In addition, the house has a stretch of private beach near the pool, and that's great. I will definitely return.

This house was absolutely stunning. The bedroom balconies and downstairs bathroom made you feel like you were at a resort. Simply stunning ocean views from all the glass walls Can’t say enough about the deck and pool area. Again… resort status. Loved how peaceful it was at this home. Nayeli was an amazing point person. So helpful when problems arose and with securing our boat tickets. She cooked us an incredible breakfast. She is a very good cook and stopped by each morning to tidy us for us. The host/owner was very responsive when we needed her for some things. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay in Yelapa. This house is perfect! Our kids loved the heated pool and hot tub and easy access to the beach level and amazing snorkeling. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were huge! Very easy to get to from the main dock in town. Our cook, Nayeli, was probably the best part of the trip. She was amazing and accommodating and her food was amazing! Highly recommend you hire her for more than just breakfast.

This was our 2nd time staying at Talulah's place. We clearly love it and can’t wait to come back! Nayeli cooked most of our dinners, which were amazing. And Franco took just us out on the boat to snorkel and visit other beaches.

This house was absolutely amazing—truly the highlight of my trip to Yelapa. Everything was perfect, from the clean sheets and fresh towels to the spotless house and pool. The location couldn’t have been better—right off the pier, steps away from the beach, and surrounded by charming little restaurants. The views were breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a dream. Our hostess was incredibly kind and responsive to all our needs. I can honestly say this place made my trip, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

The house was amazing! Even better than the pics. 2 large bedrooms upstairs and one smaller one downstairs- all had their own bathrooms & beds were super comfy! Nayeli met us at the town dock to check us in/gave us a tour of the town & made all our breakfast/dinners. She was very responsive & I would def recommend hiring her to make you food. You tell her what you want early and she has it prepared for you at the time you give her. The pool and jacuzzi were hot- I thought it was from the weather but the pool guy told us the heater was on and said he could turn it off, however it was already our last day so we didn’t use the pool much. I wish I would’ve asked sooner. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the main beach but Nayeli can arrange a boat to pick you up and take you as long as you order something from the restaurant the boat comes from. The town shuts down pretty early for the most part which was fine as we sat on the deck and enjoyed nature after dinner. We will def stay here again

The perfect beach house! Airy and full of light. Right on the water and in the perfect location. The pool and deck were great for relaxing all day long. The bedrooms were lovely and the bathrooms luxurious. The kitchen was fully equipped. We prepared a few meals and then arranged for delicious fresh seafood beautifully plated by the amazing Nayeli. Our experience was perfect from start to finish, it was difficult to tear ourselves away.

Very nice stay in this beautiful house in a heavenly setting. Incredible value for money. Great location in Yelapa. We particularly enjoyed doing yoga on the roof in front of the sea every day. We even saw some whales! The town is full of good restaurants. Nayeli was very friendly. Only downsides for us: the shade in the afternoon on the terrace that made us wary of swimming, and the difficulty of taking a hot shower (which was either non-existent or scalding). However, we recommend this house! Thanks to the hosts.

This place is even better than the description and the pictures. The view from the pool deck of Yelapa Bay is incredible. The bedrooms are huge with large comfy beds. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious. The location of the home near the town dock makes for a short walk from the boat. For such a small town, Yelapa has many good restaurants nearby. I very much hope that we are able to return to Yelapa and this home in the future.

This home is wonderful. Perfect location. 3 bedrooms, each with own bathroom. Nayeli was kind, attentive and responsive and a wonderful cook. The oceanfront deck is shaded in the afternoon, so it’s comfortable to be out all day and the evening is cool with the ocean breeze (we wished we brought another long sleeve for the evenings). We would love to return.

We booked the home for an entire week and enjoyed our stay in Yelapa. It is a beautiful home with three bedrooms: two upstairs and one downstairs. Both upstairs bedrooms have little balconies facing the bay of Yelapa. The house is right by the ocean, and you have a fantastic view. Pelicans fly by constantly, waiting for the fishermen to feed them with leftovers. A nice deck ends with a hot pool and a swimming pool. We enjoyed swimming in the pool every day. The water in the hot pool is actually not hot but warm. And the water is running into the pool. The owner well designed the entire home. She is a professional designer herself. If you want to swim in the ocean, we recommend Playa Isabel or Playa Yelapa. Playa Isabel is a small beach pretty close to the home. There is also the much bigger beach, Playa Yelapa. Take either the -water taxi from the port for a short trip or walk through Yelapa. Don't forget to take enough cash (MX pesos preferred); there are no ATMs!

Talulah and the house were absolutely fantastic. The house itself exceeded our expectations by far-it was truly a magical and beautiful space. Steps away from the pier, friendly greeting, beautiful views, and stunning decor! Not one detail was left untouched. The peaceful location and STUNNING view off of the back patio is from a storybook equipped with an infinity pool and 4 lounge chairs facing the bay . We enjoyed making breakfast in the morning and drinking coffee on our walkout upstairs private balcony. We loved Yelapa and our kind and responsive hosts. We will be back soon- thank you🙏✌️

The house is amazing, we were taken care of super well, my only complaint is that in your description of what it says it includes breakfast and it's not like that. We were hit by a storm day and we had a problem in one of the bedrooms that leaked the water, but they checked it out very quickly! Nayeli was always attentive to us and delicious cuisine! We really enjoyed the house 😍

This property is breathtaking. The view, property, town are all easy to fall in love with. The beds are comfy & the AC is cold.Nayeli, house mgr, was very helpful (we are bilingual, being able to speak Spanish made a big difference). We bought groceries for her to cook us breakfast & it was great. We used Whats App to communicate & she didn't always have a good signal which delayed things a little. The pool was wonderful, we could have spent the whole day there & been happy. The hot tub unfortunately was under repair & they couldn't get the hot water to work in the house.Luckily for us it's the hot season so cool showers were ok! The restaurants & the beach were great. You do have to use a water taxi to get back & forth to the beach. Getting to the property was tricky for us, water taxis stopped early & we had to pay $130 US to get to Yelapa, then we had to pay the one-way rate back to Boca de Tomatlán. We still highly recommend this property. It is a little piece of paradise!

Talulah’s place was amazing. Communication was easy and Franco, the guide, met us at the pier to walk us to the house. The place was so relaxing and honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. The kitchen is fully stocked, the view is glorious, the beds were soooo comfortable, hot water and AC were great, and Nayeli the housecleaner kept the place sparkly clean. Yelapa is a special and unique place and we had the best week staying at Talulah’s house. We definitely want to come back!

Really special place. Would definitely visit again. Wonderful pool and view, beautiful design. Positive criticism: we had a storm but we didn’t know how to operate the generator, ask them to show you how to reset the breakers and start the generator when you check in! Just in case. Also, they have a wonderful cook, but it was difficult to communicate, if you could have pricing on meals (including food costs) ahead of time, then it is easier to plan knowing all-in costa up front.

Talulah’s place was in such a great location. Everything went very smoothly from having a water taxi arranged for us because of our latish arrive to being met at the dock by Nayeli. She oriented us to the house, gave us a little tour of restaurants in town and ended up fixing most of our meals for us. We bought a big fillet (maybe 5-6 kilos) of freshly caught tuna from the dock and she prepared meals and appetizers (sashimi and ceviche) from that. Nayeli also arranged a water taxi back for us. 2 motors and 6 people as opposed to one motor and up to 30 people. There were 6 adults and a great time was had by all. Hope we have a chance to return.

This place was beautiful! The home is breathtaking, words simply cannot describe the detail that went into the design of this home. Although the listing clearly states "no hot water", it also advertises a hot tub, which was even colder than the icy pool. We also got zapped trying to turn on the outdoor fire pit. Staff are available and very friendly, and this place was stocked with high quality amenities. A bit tricky to find, as when you get to Yelapa there is more than one pier dropoff location. We were told simply to "go to the pier" where we will be greeted. We had difficulty finding it and getting settled, but once in, we were in heaven. Definitely a big enough home for multiple couples or large families. It was a bummer not having hot water, but worth it in the end. Talulah is very responsive and helpful. Would LOVE to return to this beautiful home.

Overall this place was absolutely lovely. It was easy to walk from the main pier to the house (less than 5 minute walk) and it was within walking distance to all the restaurants in town and about 15 minutes walking to the main beach. The house was extremely spacious and had beautiful views of the bay. The air conditioning was easy to use and kept the house cool. The back deck would get sun in the morning (until about noon) and then was shady for the rest of the day/evening which made it cool enough to relax on without getting hot. There was some loud music throughout the day in Yelapa on Sunday, but that is just part of the town's charm. Things always quieted down by the late evening -- and the place is pretty sound proof so it was easy to sleep. The wifi was pretty reliable and fast enough to stream TV and movies. There were only two of us staying, but the place is big enough for 6 people (we only used one of the three bedrooms).

The house is just like the photos, it is a beautiful place to leave with your family or couple, it is close to the pier then it is easy to arrive. From the moment you walk in you can see the beautiful of the house. It has a direct view of the sea and a large kitchen with dining and three quite comfortable rooms. The patio has a very nice pool with the best view of all Yelapa where you can see the best sunsets. It is actually a very magical place to spend your days. The host Talulah is very nice and is always attentive to what you need, highly recommended to stay in this beautiful place

Casa Dos Jaguares is a Beach Front property located 3 minutes walking from the “Pueblo” pier which is absolute magic, you can organize with Talulah to be greeted at the pier and have luggage sent to the house, she’s super communicative, and replies rapidly. Casa Dos Jaguares is just mesmerizing, it's like entering a contemporary mermaid oasis. You feel like you're stepping into your own home, might be the simplicity and modern details, mixed with jungle vibes and art! Keep in mind this is a luxury house, you have cleaning every day, and can have your clothes washed, and for an extra fee you can also have Meals prepared at home. The house has two master bedrooms on the top floor with an individual balcony and bathtubs each, and a smaller but cozy bedroom downstairs with an amazing bathroom, I like showering there, it's majestic. Extra activities like wakeboarding are available upon request, as your own panga to near around water sites, don't forget to visit and donate to the Museum!
