Our stay at the house was excellent, since we had the hosts' attention at all times, and it also has a beautiful view of the beach.

We loved the accommodation. It's exactly as in the photos, in a super safe residential development, and the views are stunning. Claudia was super friendly and always attentive. We'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in La Paz. Traveling with a large family, it can be hard to find a place that’s both spacious and comfortable, but this property delivered. With five well-appointed bedrooms, everyone had space to relax, and the layout made it easy to gather without feeling crowded. The view over the sea is great, and we were drawn to the outdoor spaces throughout the day. The pool was a highlight and perfect for cooling off. Inside, everything was clean and well maintained, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. The location was ideal; close to what we needed while still quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. The property manager was responsive and helpful, making the stay smooth from start to finish. The gate guards were very helpful. We will return.

It's an AMAZING place to stay. The house has everything you need to stay indoors; the view is enviable. Jorge and Claudia were very attentive, and I didn't have any issues. Excellent choice for large groups, as the rooms are spacious and have their own bathroom. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This house looks exactly like the photos ! Jorge was so easy to work with and we truly enjoyed staying at this house, we felt very safe and comfortable. The heated pool was the cherry on top ! One thing to take note of is Ubers will constantly cancel rides do to how high the house is, and it’s a little harder to find them near the area all though it’s not super far from the downtown area. If there was something I would improve would be definitely letting people know that it’s best to rent a car and not depend on ride share apps. Thank you Jorge your house is beautiful

Beautiful home with great location

Amazing views, the perfect location to visit the beaches of La Paz.

The house is super spacious, it could fit many more people but there are few beds, as we had children they lent us 1 inflatable mattress that was super useful. Very kind and good service from the hosts. The sunset views were unbeatable. Close to La Paz and easy access to the beaches.

Beautiful beautiful house!!!! Even better views! We all fell in love with this place ! Theo only “negative” thing would have to be the bumpy ride up . It is literally in the top of the hill. We had such a lovely vacation at the house. Our group of 8 was very comfortable and we were very well taken care of. The view was stunning and we spent lots of time at the house and exploring the surrounding area. The hotel in front by the beach was fun for food and drinks. Great place and could not have asked for something better. We will definitely come again.

Very helpful, and everything is very clean

Very spacious and comfortable house. You have everything you need to have a good time. But above all, it has an amazing view. We were a group of 8 friends and the space was perfect, the pool is heated, the rooms and living spaces are very spacious. We definitely plan to be back soon.

Very nice and quiet stay. The view from the living room is very nice, the pool is small, we needed a hair dryer and soap and shampoo separately, we liked that there were bottles to prepare drinks, an equipped kitchen and sunscreen.

Great place to stay, everything as shown in the pictures. The attention was also excellent.

Jorge was very flexible with our schedules, he was attentive to anything we needed, the house is very nice and matches the photos.

The home is just beautiful, private community. Very safe, home was very clean and had all the amenities that we didn’t want to go out and adventure. Communication was clear and always responsive. It’s a gem and we will be staying here again soon. So much more to explore in this beautiful place

Beautiful location, beautiful property, we get to enjoy the sunset from the living room and from the pool. A great place to spend time at home. Although it takes 5-10 minutes just to get out of the neighborhood, it is close to basically everything. Great value, great hosts, strongly recommend!

Place was exactly as described. The house and view are amazing. Claudia responded very quickly to every question and concern. The pool was pretty chilly when we arrived and she had someone out within a couple hours to turn on the heater. We loved sitting out on the deck in the morning just enjoying the amazing view. The place is within a gated community with security so we always felt safe. Would definitely recommend.

The best view of La Paz , waking up with the Sea of Cortez in the background , magnificent experience. The super spacious house, the pool is very nice . We were put in the boiler to have the pool warm as the weather was a little cool . Claudia always kept abreast , and with a very friendly attitude. A group of 8 we were perfect , close to the marina and if necessary the rental of a car , to get around , Playa El Coromuel very close and other beaches as well . We would repeat if we come back .

Good place!

The place was great, we would only recommend maybe have some beach items available like beach umbrellas, beach chairs, coolers, etc to take to the beautiful beaches around the area that do not offer those options, last place we stayed at La Paz had those options and we saw it was great. But overall the place was awesome we wanted to stay longer and the host were good to go. By the way we left a beach umbrella for the next family to use.

The house is very comfortable, the view beautiful, the best area would definitely come back! A few minutes away is the marina of Costa Baja in Puerta Cortés, we love to eat in the restaurants there are top notch! The pool was always at a good temperature, and the house is well equipped.

Amazing home. A lot of space for large groups. Maybe the spaces are a little wasted but there is so much room, specially on the common areas that you hardly notice. Jorge and Claudia were incredible hosts!

Beautiful and spacious home. Only thing we weren’t too fond of was the bumpy road it takes going up to get to the house but it’s doable. Pool is also a lot smaller than what they make it seem to look like in the photo. But other than that amazing place for a big group!

The photos definitely don't do the house justice. It's even more beautiful than it looks. If you like to watch the sunsets, this is your best option. The area is very quiet and easy to access. I always felt like I was at home. There are several items for guests from the largest to the smallest. Definitely, I will be back soon. So if you have already seen several houses in La Paz and you still haven't decided, this is the signal for you to book with Jorge.

We loved our stay at Jorge's home! He was always communicative and kind. The house had everything we needed. The sunsets by the pool were exquisite. Our family would happily stay here again!

Jorge was very responsive and helpful. The place is gigantic--so much room to move about/spread out. The view is fantastic. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms had great water pressure. Pool was lovely and warm. It is a bit austere. Maybe some art? Throw rugs? Chairs in bedrooms?

Amazing home! Amazing hosts! Amazing city! We enjoyed several days in Casa Manzo. The home is in an up and coming guard gated community just north of the malecón. La Paz feels safe in general and this neighborhood is very well protected. The photos don’t do the space justice, the home is very spacious and the property has several little areas that offer privacy for that annoying work call or just to have some time alone. The views are unequaled and are available from every room in the house. The pool is the perfect size and did I mention the view! The internet is very fast and there is good cell service around the property. The hosts are super responsive and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay there again!

This is a magnificent space with incredible views. Every room has an ocean view as well as the main spaces. The pool is heated. There is space to spread out if you are a large party as well as main spaces to enjoy together. There are two beaches across from the entrance to the neighborhood. The area is right on the Malecon and the drive to La Paz is along the ocean and quite beautiful. You can see whales spouting if you are there at the right time of year. Location is perfect if you plan to visit Balandra and points north as well as La Paz. It felt very private. The kitchen has all the basics needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. We had to move here from another Airbnb that did not feel safe and the other host left some things to be desired. The difference in hospitality that Jorge and Cladi showed were fantastic. Stop looking and book this!

The house is beautiful and well located except that there is little availability of Uber, Uber Eats or any food service or taxis, I don't know if it's a general city problem or it's exclusive to the area
