Incredible Stay with a wonderful host. There’s a beautiful pool in the backyard. And if that’s not enough, you are steps away from some incredible snorkeling. The house is beautiful, designed well for families, there is a master bedroom on the second floor and on the third floor and bedrooms for the children on each of those floors as well. The space as well appointed, we are thrilled we chose to spend five days here during our vacation. It’s just up the road from the city center. A quick cab ride or a nice walk that is paved the entire way. It was an absolutely wonderful Stay and we will stay again if we return to Cozumel in the near future.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family. It was open and spacious and in a perfect location. Walkable but quiet. The pool and snorkeling were amazing. The view of the sunset each night was incredible. Carolina made our trip perfect with guidance, suggestions and excursion scheduling. We could not have asked for more perfect accommodations

The place is a paradise; the house is very comfortable and has everything you need for a great vacation, in a very nice area of the island, and it's also private. We felt right at home. Carolina was very friendly and helpful from before our arrival. We will definitely choose this place for future vacations.

Carolina’s place is amazing. The property is beautiful, the beds comfortable and the house perfectly stocked. We can’t say enough about our stay. Carolina was amazing she lined up transportation, snorkeling, fishing and other activities. She also went out of her way to take care of us when we had a mishap. Stay with Carolina!

We just spent a wonderful week at Casa Rojas with our children and grandchildren. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. The stairs are definitely a feature, and we had to be very mindful of the toddler, but we managed, and we all loved being able to snorkel right at the house! There were lots of other activities to take advantage of in Cozumel, as well. Carolina, the host, was exceptionally helpful and responsive to all of our questions. We hope to return!

Carolina was an amazing host and very responsive to all of our needs. I highly recommend the chefs service and Catamaran tour. The Airbnb was perfect for our family group if 11. We rented out the two main apartments and it was cozy with enough room for everyone. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has supplies for cooking, and the provided drinking water jugs were a great bonus. Also, the AC was very powerful and worked so good we had to turn it down because we got a little chilly. The pool was wonderful with enough room for everyone to spread out. I truly cannot express enough how great the snorkeling was right off the property. Beautiful fish and ocean life right out the doorstep. I recommend bringing your own snorkel/goggles just to ensure you have the best experience, however the provided equipment also worked great, we just had to share. Thank you again Carolina for providing such a wonderful property for our family to enjoy our Cozumel experience.

Carolina's place was amazing! My group of 14 stayed in Villa Grande and Villa Fuente and could not have had a better time. The views were beautiful from the roof and the pool was clean and refreshing. We also used the chef's services for two delicious dinners. Carolina was very easy to communicate with and helped make everything go so smoothly. Thank you very very much!

We had a very large group visiting Cozumel during Christmas week for a family reunion. We needed help with arranging scuba diving and snorkeling, chef-prepared meals at the Airbnb and taxi transportation each day. The The Villas Santa Pilar was PERFECT for our group and created many opportunities for us to have time together enjoying meals, the private pool and roof patio. All of the meals and experiences that Carolina helped arrange were excellent and made for a wonderful trip. Most importantly, Carolina was available by text at any time, even during the holiday hours to answer any questions we had (and we had many). Several people in our family said the week was our "best family reunion ever"!

House is incredible!! Carolina is the best to communicate with. Highly recommend using her for catamaran day trip!! My whole family wanted to come back after our stay! Thanks so much for an amazing Christmas Vacation!

Villas Santa Pilar is a beautiful property that provided the privacy and intimacy that my family required. The Persia l chefs we hired through Carolina were excellent. We are all looking forward to our next stay.
