CASA ROJAS, Ocean Front Home in Cozumel Island

House is incredible!! Carolina is the best to communicate with. Highly recommend using her for catamaran day trip!! My whole family wanted to come back after our stay! Thanks so much for an amazing Christmas Vacation!

Carolina was wonderful to work with and she helped coordinate trips and other amenities that were not in the description of renting an AirBnB. She was great!

La Casa Rojas fue una experiencia verdaderamente inolvidable. Uno de los aspectos que más disfrutamos fue el acceso directo a la playa y la oportunidad de observar la impresionante variedad de peces al hacer snorkel; la sensación era como estar dentro de un acuario. Toda mi familia se divirtió muchísimo y realmente se sintieron como en casa. Además, la comida preparada por el chef recomendado estaba exquisita y superó nuestras expectativas.

Oh my gosh! I can't say enough kind words about Carolina! She was the MOST amazing host ever! Whatever we wanted or needed, she had. She recommended excursions, restaurants, taxi drivers, and a chef. Every recommendation was out of this world. The snorkeling out the backdoor of the house was incredible. We had a family of 6 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of room for everyone. If we ever go back to Cozumel we will definitely book with Carolina!!

CASA ROJAS was AMAZING! As soon as we arrived we felt right at home. Carolina and Carmen were very accommodating throughout entire visit and the best host we have ever had. Snorkeling in the back was beautiful and the entire family spent several days between the pool and the ocean. The nightlife is also very safe and only a 10 minute taxi into town. Chef Michel presented us with beautifully presented meals that were rich in flavors. We had some last minute request and they all worked together to delivery. We really appreciate the hospitality. We look forward to our next visit!

Carolina and her daughter Carmen were wonderful to work with. This home is absolutely beautiful! Somehow it looks even better than the pictures in person. Having direct access to the ocean for snorkeling is an amazing perk. The pool was clean and refreshing, we spent most of our days switching between the pool and ocean. The area was safe and had many great dining options. We truly enjoyed our week here.

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

Casa Rojas, managed by Carolina, was the perfect stay. The house was better than described. The Airbnb in itself was an activity because of its location on the reef. The rooms were clean and spacious, the Airbnb was quiet, and it was only a 15-min walk into town. 10/10; we’ll stay here again

Comzel didn’t disappoint. We had wonderful family vacation. (6 adults and three children under 10) The home is beautiful and the outdoor pool and ocean swimming was amazing. Being able to snorkel from the house was a great experience. Carolina had all the supplies we needed for kids and adults. We also booked a private catamaran on Carolina’s recommendation, BOOK it! The crew was the best and also had an amazing experience! Thank you for offering your casa to our family- truly a vacation to remember!

We had the most amazing time staying at Carolina's beautiful villa on the sea. We traveled with 7 dear old friends to celebrate New Year's Eve and my 50th birthday. Carolina and her team were very responsive and friendly. She even delivered a gorgeous bottle of Tequila Reposado on my birthday! The house is very light and airy and exactly as described and pictured. The snorkeling off the patio area with pool is incredible. Everyone was comfortable and we had plenty of space. I highly recommend hiring the chef! We can't wait to come back.
