Everything was great at the place. The photos match the ad. Katia was very friendly and helped us at all times with cleaning and suggestions for additional services. It was an excellent experience in Mérida.

We had such a wonderful stay here during our time in Mérida. The home was beautiful, comfortable, incredibly clean, and felt like the perfect place to come back to after long days exploring the city and taking care of everything we were in town for. The location was especially convenient for us… we loved being on the north side of Mérida with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and everything we needed. The space itself felt peaceful, safe, and thoughtfully put together, which made traveling with our young son so much easier. The hosts were responsive, kind, and made the entire stay seamless. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely stay again the next time we’re in Mérida. Highly recommend!

This place was even better than the photos. You can tell there was a lot of thought and attention to detail put into every part of the space, which made the stay feel extra comfortable and special. Everything was clean, well-designed, and exactly as described. I would absolutely stay here again and definitely plan to return. Highly recommend!

a beautiful home!

This is an amazing spot if you are looking for an extended stay or a relaxing stay in Merida. It is a very short car ride into the center of town but it is truly a quiet little oasis north of the chaos. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures can capture and the host was so responsive and helpful with recommendations. I would absolutely stay again!

You won’t find a better place to stay in Merida (or most other places). House is like NEW and very comfortable. Great parking if that’s important to you.

We loved the place, beautiful, modern and with all the supplies we needed. The location is perfect and close to anything you could need. We definitely will be coming back to stay here.

The house is beautiful. This is our second time staying here, and we already have reservations for two more stays in 2026. It is a spacious, bright house with a wonderful terrace, spacious rooms, and impeccable bedding. I think the house is even nicer than it looks in the photos. Katia was always attentive and responded quickly. For our part, my husband and I have already decided to stay at this house whenever it is available when we go to Mérida to see our granddaughters.

Katia's home is absolutley beautiful!! Exactly like the pictures and description. It was much larger than we expected. Every bedroom/ bathroom was large and very clean! This was so much more affordable than staying in a hotel. Katia had a book of recommendations for food, tours, transportation. She also helped us get our tours and transportation set up. One night she helped set up a dinner with a private chef that was AMAZING!! Katia was so responsive and helpful! The pool and outside area is beautiful! This home is a perfect place for a group. There is plenty of seating, common area, outside seating. The AC works fantastic. It is so clean and stocked with pans and dishes. There was plenty of non glass wear to use outside also! the pool towels were great quality. Our group wants to go back if we can stay there again! Thank you Katia for being the best host and sharing your gorgeous home with us!

Beautiful place to stay in Mérida. After having to cancel another stay because it did not live up to what it promised, we arrived at Katia's house and it was an incredible surprise. The house is just as shown in the photos, even better: everything is very clean, elegant and with very comfortable beds, as well as very pleasant living areas. If you're looking for comfort and a really nice place, this is the best option. 1000/10.

We had a wonderful stay and were extremely pleased with both the home and our host. She was incredibly communicative, proactive and attentive from start to finish. We had one small issue during our stay, she responded immediately and had a technician out right away. She followed up before, during and after to make sure everything was handled-truly exceptional service. The home was even more beautiful than the pictures and exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious and comfortable for our family of eight. Each couple having their own en-suite was such a huge plus. The private pool was inviting and relaxing, and the patio was perfect for gathering and unwinding. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property!
