Wow!! Such a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed so much of our visit just merely existing in this space. Our Concierge, Dani, was so helpful. She answered all of our questions quickly and offered great recommendations. We had a great stay and words can’t describe the beauty of this home. If I could go back in time, though, I would bring a cozy pair of slippers for wearing around on the concrete floors.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. We booked the private chef, bartender, and in-house massage, which made the experience feel so special. The house itself was gorgeous, even better than the photos, and in a great location with a few restaurants within walking distance. The hosts also connected us with a driver, which made getting to and from the beach area seamless without worrying about taxis. On top of that, they even arranged to have groceries stocked for us, so we felt completely pampered and taken care of the entire trip. They really have thought of everything, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay.

Outstandingly beautiful sanctuary for some yummy respite in magickal Tulum. I’ll be sending my architect to stay so I can have my house built with this gorgeous home in mind! Private. Spacious. Safe. Well-equipped. With a darling team of local ladies who helped me plan every single detail of my sister’s 40th birthday trip to a ‘T’ complete with an amazing personal chef for a couple nights. The Taco Feast and Fajitas nights were unparalleled!! All around a wonderful stay! I will definitely be returning :)

We stayed here for my best friend’s bachelorette and we could not have asked for anything more or better. The place is STUNNING and is by far the most beautiful air bnb I have ever stayed in. The team was incredibly responsive, responding within minutes to my every inquiry. Celine, Carolina, Pau, and Sofia went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. During an unplanned town power outage the team brought over a starlink within hours. I could not recommend this place more, 1000000 out of 10. We came for a wedding stay with friends. Each room has their own bathroom which is so clutch for the ladies getting ready! The common areas are stunning and perfect for relaxation and happy hours then there’s also a ton of restaurants in the area for when you’re ready to eat. It’s the perfect central location: walkable, central between town/beach, and GORGEOUS. Couldn’t recommend enough!!!

Villa Petricor was perfect for our girls getaway! The house is stunning and in a private neighborhood. We greatly appreciated all of the help with booking rides, reservations and activities for our trip. The neighborhood does have a lot of new construction, however we never heard any noise and weren't bothered by it. It's definitely a great spot if you are looking for somewhere quieter and private but still close to the main spots in Tulum. Highly recommend!

Stunning and equipped with everything we needed. Centrally located and felt very safe. Really enjoyed our dinner in, cooked by private chef. Great communication from host! Just make sure to burn those citronella candles! We got bitten by mosquitoes.

The villa was as described: beautiful volumes and furniture. Kids loved having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The parental suite on the second floor was really nice too. Pool is nice to have but not heated and not in direct sunlight so it was really cold even for this climate. The villa is located in a new neighborhood so lots of construction around but that was not an issue. It’s located 10 minutes from centro and 20-30 minutes to the beach so it was pretty easy to go places with a car. Host was welcoming and responsive through IM. Overall great experience.

Truly an amazing place that is the essence of peaceful. Close to shopping, restaurants and with the recommended driver the hosts provided we easily got around to see the beach, ruins, cenote, and groceries. An amazing option when you are looking for an alternative to staying at the (beautiful but expensive) beach resorts.

The (maybe) bad- pool is not heated and taxis have difficulty finding the location and not exactly close to the night life. With that said it is amazing and you will not be disappointed

What an experience! Villa Petricor is a dream and pictures don’t do it justice. Me and my friends were welcomed by Carolina and she assisted us with all of our needs. The speaker at the house was not working and she promptly came over to help us! The house is located in secure gated community and we felt safe each and every night. Communication with the team was 10/10 and were rapidly responsive in answering any questions we had. They also gave us great recommendations for beach clubs and restaurants. The house is well kept and we had no issues with bugs. Unfortunately, Mia beach club was closed but were able to go somewhere else! We will definitely be back!!

Booked this space for my friends bachelorette trip and it did not disappoint. Beautiful airbnb, comfortable beds, and well kept pool. The hosts were so responsive, friendly and helpful with any and all of my questions and requests. We took advantage of the grocery delivery, in-house private chef, and their recommended airport and local shuttle services. All things that made our trip that much better. They also assisted in getting reservations to beach and cenote clubs. 10/10 would return here and have already recommended it to a ton of friends.

Our stay in Tulum was nothing short of magical. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous, waking up every morning in such a peaceful and serene environment felt like a dream. Renting a car allowed us to explore the surrounding area, and the concierge was incredibly helpful in organizing plans, tours, and reservations for us. We were absolutely blown away by the architecture of the house. The large living room is particularly spectacular, featuring grand arched windows that open up to the pool. The extraordinary vaulted bedroom adds to the charm, making it feel like you've stepped into a design magazine. We couldn't stop taking photos and kept discovering surprising corners. The area is safe, though still partly under construction, so there's some noise during the daytime. Beaches are easily accessible by car, as are most services. The hosts were always very kind and responded quickly to all our requests. This place is a must for all design and architecture lovers.

Villa Petricor was a perfect location for celebrating a bachelorette. The home was immaculate and exactly as pictured. Gil, Celine, Natalia, and team were extremely responsive in the lead up to the event, and all throughout the weekend with any of our needs. Donovan, their recommended driver, was our daily go-to to take us to all the various locations throughout Tulum. The Airbnb is a fantastic- clean, well maintained, and comes with gated security. The Airbnb was a bit difficult to navigate to given it’s a new area development but we quickly learned providing grid coordinates to taxi drivers proved to be suffice tnt. The hosts were very responsive and even came to fix our ac remote since we didn’t know how to use it. They provided great recommendations and services. Their vendor partners are a bit expensive so wouldn’t recommend but I’d your not interested in hassle take their recommendation

It truly felt like you were in your own private oasis, and the architecture is unmatched. When you stay in Tulum 🌴, you want to feel as if you were staying in something like no other and Gil’s property was that exactly! They were on top of their communication, and always answering my questions, and also gave me a list of recommendations to do in the area and helped me with booking my transportation and access to Mia’s Beach Club! WOW- an absolutely incredible stay at Villa Petricor. Me and my friends were blown away at the architectural design and all the details of the home and its functionality. It was truly something out of a magazine. We are still in awe of it all. The location, as expected, is in a developing location and there is construction around. Not too much of a hindrance in our experience.

Better than the pictures, to say the least. Most certainly the sweetest AirBnB I've stayed in to date. I was able to celebrate my low-key bachelorette here and the environment at this home made all the difference. The design of the space is like no other. Paired with with modern amenities and the comforts of your home away from home, it was hard to leave. Air conditioning operated seamlessly and we felt very secure in this neighborhood. The host was very responsive to any requests and even physically checked in with us during our stay to ensure the quality of our experience. You can't beat this aesthetic or the comforts of this stay and I get giddy at the thought of coming back for a future visit! Overall, an incredible experience that I couldn't recommend more.

Gilda’s listing was absolutely gorgeous! It was so modern and the asthetic was every influencers dream. Our group stayed up late and partied around the pool or upstairs balcony most nights. The surrounding area is definitely up and coming, but there were some really good food spots, liquor stores, and pharmacies. I only have two complaints. The upstairs master bedroom is absolutely stunning! However, because of the size of the room and how hot it was, it never got below 24 degrees Celsius. The rest of the house was an ice box but my partner and I were sweating until the sun went down. Maybe they should add a second unit for the upstairs to help with the heat. Aside from that, the mosquitos are no joke out there. The host provided us with a bottle of bug spray but I highly recommend bringing your own. I would absolutely stay here again and I feel like with more time the area will only get better!

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette. It was perfect. We rented a car and most places we went to were only about a 15 min drive away. The hosts were amazing! They would check in before I’d even have questions. They helped book reservations at beach clubs, organized a driver for one of my friends that had to leave before the rest of us and made sure we knew where to get whatever we needed. They were there to help us get into the house the day we arrived and met up on our way out. We had a really great experience and would recommend this place to others!

This is maybe a perfect house - you feel like you’re in Architectural Digest when you walk in(in fact there is a copy of AD featuring this house on the coffee table) - it’s spacious but not so big it’s cavernous and weird - the bedrooms and bathrooms are comfy and beautiful - seriously no notes here. The kitchen and living area opens up right to the pool area to create a top notch hang zone that you won’t wanna leave even though the rest of Tulum is also very beautiful. I wish I lived in this house and I’ve been thinking about it since we left. Can’t wait to go back. Giliad and Sofía were super responsive and easy to communicate with and were helpful with reserving spots at the beach and giving tons of great recommendations. This area of Tulum is super quiet and peaceful and secluded from the IG influencer part of Tulum- there’s 2 grocery stores a few minutes away along with a bunch of restaurants, or you can drive to the beach zone or centro Tulum in about 10 minutes.

The place is as gorgeous as it is in the photos. Unreal!! The hosts were great, check in was really quick and easy, and they provided pre-stocked groceries for us when we asked. They also had great recommendations for everything in the area we had questions about. The beds and bedrooms were so comfortable, it was so quiet and restful, everyone got great sleep. The pool was so nice, but did get quite mosquito-y around sunset and after dark. The location is a bit of a drive from both the beach and downtown, and the area itself if undergoing a lot of development still. But inside the house you could barely notice, it was a little oasis.

There was some pretty intense construction going on across the street for a few days, which made it difficult to spend time in the house during daytime. But I guess that is to be expected, given how much this area is changing. Overall highly recommended!

This house is absolutely beautiful. From the moment we arrived it felt as if we stepped into a tranquil jungle oasis. The design and architecture of the home is stunning. Concrete modern design but yet each room felt very relaxing. Waking up and taking a dip in the pool and listening to the birds was the perfect way to start the day. The shower in the master bedroom upstairs was magical. The ceiling above the shower is glass and it felt as if you were showering in the jungle. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The host were very responsive and extremely helpful. They coordinated bike rentals on the day of our arrival, and provided lots of suggestions. We biked to different parts of the beach everyday. Love that the house is not on the beach side but close enough for an easy bike ride. The house is also close to “downtown” which was an easy taxi ride at night. This was my first time to Tulum and Villa Petricor made my experience one to remember. I can not wait to stay here again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better villa to celebrate my 30th birthday. Such a special unique space. We really felt safe and at home. They had the best recommendations between Caroline (the concierge) and our Chef Jorge. Get the chef you will not regret it! Hope to come back again very soon.

Beautiful home with all the amenities you need. I felt like I was in a jungle. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The only negative was all the construction/ construction noise, as the neighborhood is still a work in progress. But otherwise, wonderful home and wonderful hosts!
