Love the place

We had a wonderful stay overall with just one notable drawback, a recurring sewer odor. Maintenance explained that the washer drain kept coming loose, which meant we had to call them out multiple times to resolve it. We also wondered if being located directly above the pool restrooms contributed to the issue. Aside from this inconvenience, we truly had a great time!

The view from our room was amazing and we loved the direct access to the pool and beach. Also the place was bright and modern and we loved that every bedroom had an ensuite. We will definitely rent this condo again!

Beautiful and brand new place on the ground floor was the best. Would love to bring my family here again!

Often a picture gets posted showing an oceanfront view that is misleading. Not true here. If anything, the view of the pool and ocean exceeded our expectation. Would definitely recommend this unit.

We had an amazing stay the weekend of July 25th. The condo was as how it’s described. Easy access to the pools. There was a sewer smell coming from one of the bathrooms from the main entrance but we got a hold of maintenance and the smell did go away until our last day it came back. Alexis was an excellent host and she was really responsive to all my questions. I wish we could have stayed longer but definitely coming back. Thank you!

Alexis responded fast and handled a couple things fast ! There was some confusion with the kitchen appliances which she explained or the maintenance explained! Las Palomas is a beautiful resort!

we loved our three night stay at the place. Gorgeous, spacious condo… Steps from the pool and ocean really couldn’t be any better. New and clean, and the host is extremely responsive answering any questions or issues we had quite quickly. Definitely am coming back here. It was our first day in Rocky point and we loved los Palomas.

This place is absolutely amazing ! The place was just as described and more ! The views are stunning and just the overall vibes and the energy is amazing. Would recommend 10/10 don’t hesitate book you won’t regret it :)

First time in Rocky Point. Didn’t disappoint - wasn’t a busy time of year but family really enjoyed the time.

Best condo we’ve stayed in at Las Palomas. Quality couches, amazing patio furniture. Lots of pots, pans, spices, dishes, blender, ground coffee maker, etc. perfect for girls trip, multi-family or even 3 couples.

The condo was absolutely beautiful! The furniture and decor was so fitting with Puerto Penasco. The condo and view was even more beautiful in person than online. Having 4 bathrooms made it so easy for our group of mostly women to get ready stress free. Would love to go back again soon! We all loved this condo.

My family and I recently stayed here and we were blown away with how nice the unit was decorated. All of the pictures advertised on Airbnb are great, but seeing it in person is much better! We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and highly recommend staying here when visiting Puerto Penasco! The pools are really nice and the water at the beach, OMG, was bath water… so warm! We spent most of the time at the beach and the service was excellent! We look forward to visiting again!

Our family has stayed at many other condos at Las Palomas and always enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed Alexis’s beach condo the most! Newly remodeled, nice, new furniture and the best location and view! Also everything we needed in the kitchen for our stay, and beds were very comfortable. Will definitely book here again!

Beautiful condo and view of the beach and ocean with large patio that we totally enjoyed except for a couple of hours of full sun in afternoon. Our host, Alexia was very responsive and the condo management quick to respond with any concerns. Very well appointed kitchen. Be aware there are no closets in 2nd & 3rd bedrooms as they were converted into very small 3/4 bathrooms. The master and main bathrooms were large. We totally enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful, spacious and well equipped condo just inches from the elevator to take you down to the pool or beach. Location was PERFECT!

Great location and place to stay while visiting Rocky Point.

This condo is on the 4th floor overlooking the Sea of Cortez. It is immaculately kept with comfy beds, and all the accoutrements needed to stay for as long as you’d like. Las Palomas is a higher end property and they have strict rules about quite a few things, like coolers in the pool area for instance. The trade off is you can expect more well-behaved residents and visitors, making this location ideal for families and couples. Alexis was lightning fast with her responses too. I’d definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at a lot of condos at many different resorts and this one was by far the nicest! Beautiful place, comfy furniture, spacious balcony, everything you need for a relaxing trip. With the ease of your wristband you have two pool bars to order from, plus with room service, you literally don’t have to leave the condo if you don’t want to. Plus Las Palomas is the best resort in Rocky Point with two two separate pool areas and a third being built. 👍🏼

This condo has an amazing view and is very convenient because it’s not far from the beach or pools! The bunk beds are huge and all beds are comfortable including the pillows. I was surprised to see that there was a crockpot, waffle maker, baking sheet pans and more. I’ve stayed at other condos and they have the bare minimum so having these extras was very nice! Alexis also offered some tips on things to do and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Alexis’ place was great! Beautiful views and super clean. Our family of 5 had a nice little getaway. RP is super strict right now with COVID but overall that was a good thing. They are taking lots of measures to keep everyone safe and healthy. We couldn’t even move the beach/pool chairs next to each other which was a bit of a bummer. Other than that I would highly recommend this AIRBNB. It was lovely. The cleaning crew were very attentive and left lots of towels each day. Many of kitchen utensils to cook with and enough space for us to stretch our. The mattresses are super comfortable too. All in all we had a great time!

This place was very clean, great location and Alexis was super fast in responding with any communication. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic condo! Do not hesitate booking this place. Super clean, great location. We viewed 4 other condos while we visited and this was by far the best. The sunsets were worth the price of admission alone.

Alexis’s place had everything we needed and some. The condo was spotless, large balcony to hang out on and just enjoy the view of the beautiful ocean. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy a weekend at Rocky Point.

Hands down the best place we could’ve found! It was very spacious and in a great location for being able to walk out and go to the pool or beach. The condo was super clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean. There are restaurants on site so we were able to spend the entire weekend without having to drive anywhere. I would definitely recommend!

Alexis has an amazing place, our stay was very comfortable and clean! The pictures are exactly what it looks like. She has it very well stocked so we had everything we needed! The views from the balcony are beautiful, and the lazy river was so much fun for us to float around each day. We would definitely stay again the next time we visit!

We always really enjoy staying at Las Palomas and this condo did not disappoint! We really appreciated the decor, the convenient location, the comfort/cleanliness, and we especially appreciated the view! You can’t go wrong booking a stay here!

Beautiful view from the balcony. Perfect location within the resort. The beds were very comfortable. Las Palomas Phase 2 is one of the nicest resorts on Sandy Beach. It is centrally located within all of them on the “strip”. Lots of parking. Good communication with the owner. We would stay here again.

This apartment was so great! It’s new, and defiantly feels like it! The furniture and decor were very nice and comfortable. Beds and linens were amazing! Every room as a TV with ample things to watch, Netflix, cable, etc. Amazing kitchen with everything you could need in terms of dishes, cookware and appliances. You will need to bring anything else you may need though- salt, pepper, oil, coffee, condiments. They give you one pod for the dishwasher, but you need to bring your own washing machine soap for laundry. Location is perfect! You can just sit out on your deck and watch the sun set. Take one elevator down to go to the pool. Very easy check in and parking! Staff was amazing! They are very accommodating and helpful! It’s definitely like a hotel, the housekeeping come and clean your room every day which was a nice touch. They comb the beach every morning, there is ample spots to sun bathe, so many pools to choose from, plus it really is beach front!! Best of both worlds! Both restaurants on the resort were great, but eating in the town was the best! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to families and a couple sets of adults couples! There are 3 kings beds and a pull out couch. Lots of room!

Even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed this condo and feel it is the nicest place we've stayed at in Rocky Point. We will be back!
