A really beautiful house, large rooms, clean bathrooms equipped with everything you need. The host gave us recommendations for restaurants and clubs. Everything was perfect.

A gem in Valladolid. I felt right at home. Clean. Neat. Pleasant. All of the spaces are very comfortable for the 9 of us who stayed. The kitchen is spectacular. The rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and clean. The pool is very small, but clean, and the best thing you can have to end a day of sightseeing in Chichen Itza (only 35 minutes by car) or Valladolid. We only stayed one night, but we're eager to return to stay for two weeks a year.

The place is very beautiful and comfortable. It has all the amenities you could ask for to have a wonderful stay, and its location is perfect for going out on foot and visiting restaurants and the city center. I highly recommend it!!

This house was incredible, the location couldn't be better, walking to major sites of Valladolid was so easy. If you're doing a road trip and have a car with you, they provide a parking spot which made things way easier. The house was very clean, had everything we needed and comunication with the host was fast and good. Definetly a great place to stay if you are traveling with a group of friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is absolutely beautiful, with charming architecture and so much character. Everything was spotless and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, close to everything we wanted to see while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

This property was absolutely stunning and luxurious. We had friends fly in from Hawaii and Tennessee to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and of the three properties we rented during our two weeks, This was our favorite. It had an incredible mix of old world, charm, and modern amenities and conveniences. The location was in the city center, which made it very easy to walk to all of the notable places such as the cathedral and of course shopping. The host provided very clear instructions on how to gain access to the property and was very communicative during the entire state. However, there was nothing for them to really have to do since it was in immaculate condition. The Jacuzzi was a great reprieve from the heat and humidity after a day of shopping and dining on all of the regional delicacies. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to experience Yucatan culture and see some great sites such as the pyramids and some of the best cenotes in Yucatan!

The Beautiful House

This home is beautiful and right in the middle of Valladolid! After arriving we never used a car, everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The home is beautiful, and the hosts were extremely quick to respond when we asked for more towels or wanted assistance figuring out the AC. We loved our stay and would gladly come back.

The house is large, very nice, clean, very well located. We really liked it for a large group.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Maxim. The home felt spacious, welcoming, and beautifully designed. The bedrooms were large, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially loved the unique decor, from the stylish lighting fixtures to the beautiful windows, which gave the house so much character. The location was excellent. It was just a short walk from the town square. We enjoyed exploring the open-air market, swimming in the local cenote, and visiting the convent, all within walking distance. Casa Maxim was the perfect combination of comfort, style, and convenience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

The house felt very luxurious, I loved the plaster work and the lights, and it was so close to downtown and Calle de los Frailes.

This was the most beautiful apartment I have rented ever. It does even look more beautiful in real life than on the photos. Beides that, the apartment did include everything that was needed and more. The communication with the host was also perfect. 100/10 recommendation - you have to rent here when visiting Valladolid!

We had the most incredible stay at Casa Malix in Valladolid. This house is a true gem. It’s beautifully designed and extremely spacious. Within easy walking distance you have endless restaurants, historic town square, markets, cenotes and more. We will absolutely be back to this beautiful area and hopefully stay again in this beautiful home. The private pool was surely a highlight.

Simply BEAUTIFUL. The photos don't do justice to how spacious and comfortable the place is. It's well-equipped, the kitchen has everything you need to cook without any problems, the bathrooms are spacious, and there's privacy between the bedrooms (excellent if you're traveling as a group of couples). It's an open-plan concept for gatherings and spending time together. I rented it for my mom's birthday; we did a mini photo shoot inside. They gave us a small complimentary cake. Quick solutions for parking, and they offered several options for local lunch and dinner. EXCELLENT LOCATION. Available to provide support. I had already left the accommodation and realized that I had forgotten a personal item. They let me in, and I retrieved my item without any problems. Super attentive right to the end. We will definitely be back.

The house is beautiful; it has the charm of an old house but has been renovated and made super nice, decorated with excellent taste—it looks like something out of a magazine. It is also superbly located in the heart of Valladolid; we could walk everywhere. We loved the house and would certainly like to return.

Our group of 6 loved staying at this gorgeous home in Valladolid. It was clean and beautiful. The host was incredibly responsive. A fantastic home base to explore the wonderful town.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our too teenage boys. The house was huge and beautiful…lots of room for everyone to spread out. The house was super clean and in a great location, walkable to everything. We used it as a base to visit Chichen Itzá and Ek Balam, which worked great

The house is adorable and almost too nice for our family with children😁 Location is great, a few blocks from the central square. The house is right on the street and the traffic noise can be heard during the day, but the street is quiet at night. And the upstairs bedrooms are quieter. The beds are really nice. Fatima arranged two baby cots and a high chair for us. Really friendly service. The roof terrace was everyone's favorite place.

The house is beautiful, full of details and good taste. Very comfortable and close to the main places in the city to walk to: Calzada de los Frailes, former convent of San Bernardino de Siena, Main Park.

Exceptional house! Elegant and consistent design overall, ultra comfortable beds, everything was neat. The surroundings are noisy, but it's only on the ground floor where it's noticeable. The bedrooms are quiet and you sleep well. We stayed there for 2 nights and really enjoyed it.

Great stay at a great location. This house is massive and can easily accommodate a large number of people. It’s super walkable and in the city center. Fatima was also super responsive and helpful It would’ve been nicer if the swimming pool was a bit bigger

The house surprises you, since the area is downtown and when you arrive you only see the facade on a very colorful corner, but as soon as you open and enter the house everything surprises you, the decoration, cleanliness, furniture, appliances, televisions. Can’t recommend this house enough. Centrally located and walking distance to many places. The house itself is incredible and was so fun to admire as it feels like a piece of art. Felt like I was in a European villa in Italy or France. Highly recommend booking this place! Would come back again.

Divine house, super central, highly recommended

Just as pictured. wonderful upstairs patio for evening gatherings. We didn't get the oven figured out but we really only needed a microwave to reheat para llavar. Overall a exceptional place to stay 2 blocks from El Centro. Would stay here again.

Honestly the photos are totally beautiful, but they actually don’t do the space justice! Very beautiful and romantic house with tons of room. Lots of stuff for the kitchen, towels, etc. All rooms connect through an outdoor courtyard- would be really nice for a group of people while still keeping a bit of privacy for everyone. Very central location and super clean. Can be a little noisy in the 1st floor space during dinner time (it’s a 2 floor home) when there is a bit of action outside- but otherwise quiet at night. Whoever designed this house has extremely good taste!

This house was absolutely amazing!! The interior courtyard and upper level outdoor patio were so gorgeous and made the time we spent indoors feel so peaceful, and relaxing. The house was also quiet considering how close we were to one of the main squares and a well appointed commercial street. We loved the sound of the birds in the morning. We also cooked a handful of meals here and found the kitchen to be well appointed and eating with the lovely dishes and utensils made the meals feel special. We would love to come back and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene getaway!

Stunning house. We loved the design style of the house. Well equipped, comfortable. Good wifi. Busy part of the city. You can hear street noise and some traffic when downstairs, but both upstairs bedrooms are super quiet. Easy to walk everywhere. Off-street Parking just down the block. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful maze of a place that felt both modern and historic and slightly enchantingly eerie. We had a lot of fun and wished we could have stayed longer.

It’s an amazing stay at Fatima’s place! This is the most out of my expectation overnight since I started being with Airbnb from 2015. We are all impressed by the interior design and layout of this architecture beside the basic Airbnb. Our family all have 10 out of 10 rating and hope could stay longer than we could.

I would go back to Fatima's house without thinking. Lovely home. Too bad we didn't stay long.

The house is spectacular and has an impressive decoration. We enjoyed it a lot and the location is one street from the zócalo, so it is very well located. Only a few details that need to be improved, such as the wifi not connecting well in all areas of the house, the bathroom in the master bedroom smelled like a pipe, and they gave us incorrect directions on where to park outside the house and traffic took a plate from us. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant and the service and attention of the host was very fast and available.
