Stayed in Mazatlán for 10 days with family. House was beautiful, clean , beach was super close basically in the “back yard”. Jerry was very responsive & quick to answer every time we needed anything.

The accommodation and the comforts of the stay were excellent Communication with Jerry was unique and he was attentive to everything

Our stay was excellent. The only drawback is the access to the pool with a schedule (9:00 am) that is too early.

The location is a bit removed from the golden area but it is very comfortable, it has a private beach and in itself it is a quiet and beautiful area, the house as such is very nice and very comfortable with very clean green areas, we loved the place too much (we were a group of friends and it was very comfortable) at no time did they bother us or anything, only that the check out is a little earlier than usual The host is very nice and very communicative There was communication at all times and he was attentive I didn't like that the gas ran out I suppose that because it is a vacation home, that should not happen, but anyway, everything was pleasant

He knew we were going to run the Mazatlan half marathon and even left us a motivational message. Throughout the stay, he was attentive to any questions or needs. The house is spacious, clean, and perfectly situated in Mazatlán's best area. The private beach access and the beautiful, large community pool were huge highlights that made every day relaxing. The truth is that Jerry is a super host, my family and I were super comfortable in the house, the access to the beach is a big plus, and the pools are super nice and spacious, the truth is that the house is very complete, I would recommend it, I would give it 100% if you go to Mazatlan.

The stay was wonderful. Jerry was always attentive in the best way and disposition, supporting us with everything, he is a great host attentive to his guests all the time. The property is just like in the photos, only much larger than it looks and in the pictures. We felt right at home. We'll definitely be back.

An excellent place to enjoy with family. The house is 100% equipped and made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. The location is very good, away from the hustle and bustle, if you want to rest. The condominium is super organized, safe, with an incredible pool and beach access a few steps away. Highly recommended.

A great place to stay with friends or family. A very quiet place with an excellent location, with the sea just a few steps away. The house is super clean and spacious. With excellent amenities, such as hot water, A/C, a grill, fans, coolers, etc. We had EVERYTHING we needed. I will definitely stay at this place again. The host Jerry is super communicative and pleasant. Very proactive and helpful. He made us feel comfortable asking him any questions we had.

Excellent accommodation, we all felt very comfortable and at ease in the house and subdivision. Since it has security, they should only go through one more hour of the pool schedule and to be able to have meetings with music a little louder in the house, as well as enabling the bar in the pool to be able to consume drinks. The rooms on the second floor need a mirror, otherwise everything was fine with the instructions and the furniture.

The house is very complete, the amenities are also, if you go with a baby as was my case there is a crib/corral and periquera, the garden is very nice, Sr Gerardo and his son are very attentive and respond quickly to any unexpected that you have , the colony is very quiet , it has amenities to go to the beach do not occupy you take anything extra. You find everything in the house , we were a little upset but it resolved quickly !! I would definitely go there again..
