The pool, which is very good, the water is clean. It's hot all the time. The garden is very well kept, very nice. With a rocking chair that we enjoyed very much under the trees. The amenities in the house are those necessary to enjoy all areas, without problems. We'll definitely be back.

It is a very spacious house, what we liked the most was the pool, the water is very warm, the terrace and the garden is very large, in addition it is a very safe and quiet area.

We spent a weekend with our pets, some medium puppies. We were all very comfortable in the different areas of the house: the dining room, garden and pool. The fractionation lends itself a lot to walk and the pool was at a good temperature.

Xavier's house is quite spacious, it fits quite a few people and is well equipped with everything you could need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen has all the essentials and the king size beds are very comfortable. The pool has a pleasant temperature both day and night, although during our stay the water looked cloudy, probably due to the heavy rains during those days and the volcanic ash. The entire subdivision is peaceful, excellent for going for a walk in the mornings or afternoons. There is a lake inside the subdivision with a large playground 8 minutes by car from the house. There is also a shopping mall a few steps from the subdivision and several restaurants nearby, as well as supermarkets. Overall, we had a very nice time at Xavier's house. We'll be back.

The house was ready and clean for our stay, located in a nice neighborhood with security and controlled access. Spacious areas, garden is great for kids. The weather was very nice during our stay so the temperature in the pool was fine , but consider that it is solar heated. Xavier is a great host , great communication, we will definitely go back!

Very comfortable, spacious, clean and very helpful hosts at all times.

The house is very nice and complete; nothing is needed, as both dishes and pots, appliances, linen and towels are in good condition and clean. One great perk is that he leaves you new water jugs, and so neither loads, you don't go around the shop by bottles. The temperature of the pool is very rich daily, there is WiFi...everything perfect for our stay of 4 teenagers and their parents. Communication with Xavier without a problem, he is very attentive and attentive to everything. We'll be back very soon!

It is a very large house with good style, the pool with hot water that was important for us, jacuzzi, a large green area that we loved with a family swing, the house was clean, the host was always attentive to us, it is very friendly, the kitchen is very complete,the kitchen is very complete, spacious refrigerator, comfortable interior room and a rest area with 4 tables on one side of the pool, which is where we were almost all the time taking advantage of the incredible climate of Atlixco, in general everything execelente.

We had a great time. We really liked the garden and pool. The house is big. You can go for a walk to the subdivision and make use of common spaces. I recommend it 100%.
