I had such a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything I needed was provided, and I felt right at home throughout my stay. The location was also perfect and made everything so convenient. The host was absolutely amazing—kind, responsive, welcoming, and very attentive. Communication was easy from start to finish, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. Marco Antonio was always in constant communication. He met us upon our arrival and gave us the full tour of the facilities, an explanation of the rules of the accommodation and the building in general. He made very good recommendations for activities and restaurants. The building's facilities were ideal and had good security and access control. It should be noted that there was a conflict with the scheduled dates, but after a lot of communication, the best possible solution for both was reached. The view from the apartment was ideal, as was the location. Definitely a place I'd come back to without thinking about it.

Excellent apartment! It's beautiful, super comfortable, with an AMAZING view and an extremely attentive and kind host. The service from all the building staff is also good. Unlike a conventional hotel, since it is an apartment complex, it has some particular dynamics to take into account: It is cashless: You leave a deposit of $1,000 MXN in the lobby and everything is charged to your account (the remaining balance is returned to you at the end). It's true that they don't allow you to bring your own cooler, but if you buy the one from the building, it's okay. There is no restaurant, only a bar and snack bar. The spa is a 6.5/10. The building focuses on a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, so no band music is allowed. Currently, due to the "Mar de Fondo" phenomenon (2026), the waves are reducing the sandy area, which does not have palapas or sunbeds right on the beach. If you prefer the beach over the pool, this may limit your experience, but you can enjoy the rest of the amenities. The apartment is 10/10. I would come back💙

Very nice and spacious

Hosts were very communicative and the apartment was perfect for 3 couples. Everything was clean, well maintained, and the apartment had amazing views! We had a great time and definitely recommend this home and these hosts to everyone. Thank you.

Everything is very beautiful, but what captivated me from the moment I saw it was the ocean view. Everything was excellent.

Marco Antonio kept in constant contact and was attentive to our needs. He was even understanding when I made a mistake and left a water faucet open while service was suspended due to repairs in the building.

The apartment has a beautiful view and is very comfortable. The host is very kind and attentive. As for the building, it has many amenities, a sauna and a free whirlpool bath. The children's pool is very large. There are game rooms, a pool table and a library. A perfect location.

Mr. Marco Antonio was very kind and welcomed us upon arrival and when we left. The accommodation was very comfortable. There were 5 adults and 2 children. We went for a birthday, mine and my brother's, and we were very comfortable celebrating as a family. The apartment is large, so we all had good privacy. Since the place is close to everything in the Golden Zone, it was very convenient. We had a great time. The views from the apartment are unbeatable. The beach is nice and even. Spacious condo for my family of 5, beautiful views of the promenade and the ocean, and it had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. Mr. Briceño is always very attentive. I appreciate it.

Marcos place was amazing. The pictures do not do them justice. The place has a huge balcony to enjoy sunsets and the bedroom has a balcony to enjoy sunrises. 🌅 The condo came with amenities such a huge pool, game room, bar , sauna, hydro massage and gym. Security is also a plus. The apartment was amazing and my kids enjoyed it.

My stay was very nice and peaceful no disturbances and lots of amenities around to enjoy. The distance this place has from shops and food is a really good deal as well. Very close to many attractions and things to get into.

My adult children and I stayed at Marco Junior’s amazing condo in front of the ocean in Mazatlan. His father, Marco Senior greeted us upon our arrival. He was super helpful in acquainting us with the condo and scrumptious places to dine. He even recommended a spectacular boat ride where we saw the sunset and swam the in the warm ocean. I plan to return next year for a longer stay. I highly recommend Marco’s condo that is safe, clean, and gorgeous.

From the second one Marco and his dad were incredible, they are super attentive and are available at all times for anything, the apartment is beautiful and in very good taste, they had the detail to leave us some drinks in the cold. I’m not sure where to begin. This by far has been our best experience in the world! Marco and his father Marco Antonio were absolutely amazing. Not enough stars to express how we feel. So incredibly accommodating and communicative. It was like having an additional tour guide as well. The place was beautiful and perfectly located. We plan on coming back in a couple of months. It will be like coming back to friends. There is a lot of competition out there but simply put.. The Marco’s and the bnb are second to none! Needless to say but I’ll say it anyway… Highly Recommend!
