The apartment is nicer than the pictures. Was pleasantly surprised, however- the apartment was not that clean. There was hair and obvious debris on the floors. We have a small baby who crawls around- this was not ideal. The oven also didn’t work. The worst part, was that the balcony doors wouldn’t lock and the apartment is on the ground level. When I spoke to the host about it - he just kept saying ‘it’s a safe place. I assure you’. This didn’t reassure me. I wouldn’t book his apartment again.

Erin de nuevo le pido una disculpa por no saber usar el horno, como le comente en 2 años que tenemos este departamento en Airbnb, ningún huésped lo a usado ni yo, regularmente los que vienen de vacaciones a los Cabos vienen a disfrutar las playas, la pesca, golf y vida nocturna. Sobre el piso sucio que comenta por lo de su bebe, en la descripción de anuncio en Airbnb no aceptamos bebes, por no contar con equipo para niños pequeños, pero mas sin envaso usted acepto. le comento que estos meses de enero al mes de abril, aquí en Los Cabos, correr mucho aire tipo huracán, y por de bajo de las puertas o al abrir las puertas se filtra aire, pero la tierra no es para que se vea, apenas que pase su mano por el piso y sienta una arena fina en su mano, pero nada que se pueda ver a simple vista, incluso al entrar al departamento con los tenis, uno mismo introduce arena o tierra. sobre la ventana usted al abrirla con fuerza sin quitar el seguro, lo quebraron, por eso no se preocupe no tendrá para usted un cargo extra, mas sin embargo le ofrecí repararlo pero usted me dijo que no habría problema, le asegure que el Edifcio es muy seguro y que nadie intentaría entras a el, ya que contamos con 15 cámara de video vigilancia en la parte exterior del edifico para estar pendiente de personas ajenas al Edifcio. sera una lastima que no regreso de nuevo, le aseguro que para la próxima tendré un curso de como usa el horno, la ventana sellada para que no se habla y no se rompa el segur, y sobre la tierra en el piso por los aires fuertes, le recomiendo que los meses que no hay aires tan fuertes son de Mayo a Octubre, apenas que halla un huracán.

I rented this airbnb for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday. I got it because it wasn’t too far from downtown, which is the area where we wanted to be at, I thought we could walk there but honestly it seemed like a long walk and the Airbnb is up a hill so we just Uber everywhere, it was like $5. Alfonso’s place was nice, pretty, clean and big. On one of the slide doors the lock was broken so we couldn’t lock it, I did tell Alfonso and he did ask me if he wanted someone to go fix it, but we said no. The place has cameras and you need a code to get inside the building, we felt pretty safe. The only thing we didn’t like was the beds, they weren’t comfy, they were pretty hard, I actually woke up sore. Other than that, the place worked out for us. There’s also a little restaurant called Antojitos, walking distance and they make some great burgers. We also tried the sushi place near there and it was good, especially their drinks.

Alfonso is a great host. He is helpful and responsive. The apartment is nice & modern. It would be nicer if it was not on the ground floor and the view was not into a parking lot. The roof top view is great and the location is about $5 Uber ride to the city center & the beach.

Alfonso’s place is so beautiful and well maintained! The place was exactly as depicted and we had a great stay! Would definitely book again in the future! :)

The condo is well decorated and has all that you need to live well. However the unit faces a parking lot and there is construction right in front. Fine for sleeping at night but we rarely put up the blinds during the day. Host is very responsive.

this place is just as described! Very well put together. the pool was just as nice to kick back and catch a breeze or go for a dip. the view is amazing from the pool as well. place was clean and the location was very close to downtown where all the action took place for nightlife. Def would stay again!

5 minutes from downtown and The Marina. 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches. This place was just as pictured, had trouble with the wifi one day but Alfonso came out the next day to fix it. Great host.
