Everything was absolutely excellent. Henry was very responsive and the day-to-day guy Elvis, was extraordinarily nice. You will not be disappointed if you book this condo.

The pictures and location were great. However this apartment is aged, from the headboard in master bedroom, kitchen cabinet doors, squeaky ceiling fans and uncomfortable couches. Our biggest issue was the amount of time I took for the ac to lower temps from 27c, and they were never colder than 24c. After they came to check them, there response was they are working fine and the US recommended temp is 78.2 F lol at $2600 a week in the off season in Mexico, I don’t think 72 F is too much to ask for. Kitchen cabinet door fell off, and the ceiling fans in master bath and bedroom were very noisy. TV in master bedroom did not connect to internet and was repaired eventually. Many items in this place need repair and maintenance from the scratched up headboard on the mater bedroom, lumpy couches, etc At this price point in this area, expectations are much higher.
