Excellent cabin, whether to enjoy with friends and/or family. The view is beautiful and there are many things to do without having to leave the cabin (you don't get bored). The kitchen is well equipped; we had everything we needed. Likewise, the service from the person who takes care of the cabin was excellent. He was attentive to what we needed and very kind. The only small issue is that the location (directly in the app) sends you to another cabin (the grandparents' cabin), so we had to use Google Maps as a guide. I would definitely go there again :)

The cabin is exactly as shown in the photos. It is a perfect space to spend time as a family. It is very spacious, and the pool is a great plus! The hosts and the manager are super friendly and always attentive. I recommend it 1000%.

It was a very nice experience I traveled to this cabin. It has a very nice view, and the kids had a lot of fun with all the amenities, especially the pool table and the trampoline. Iván was always attentive to our needs, responded very quickly, and was always very kind. We had a nice weekend!

Everything was excellent, cleanliness in every respect, tidiness, etc. The cabin, although old, is well maintained and the beds are very comfortable. It has everything you need. The only thing was that the pool didn't heat up well, and since the weather was cold, it wasn't pleasant to get in the water. That's the only point I would improve, that the pool be turned on all the time so it doesn't get cold.

Everything was great. It had what the description says in terms of amenities. It's far away, and that's even more appealing because you're surrounded by the sounds of nature. The person in charge was always attentive... I would definitely come back. The kids I brought with me loved the place. They always had fun!

The place is very nice and well cared for, it is a cabin that is several years old but has been maintained, the amenities make it very attractive. I would consider that more contacts are needed in the rooms or, where appropriate, extensions, because we wanted to connect the heater but away from the bed and there were no more connections. The place was clean, the kitchen was fully equipped. The only thing is that the person who slept in the downstairs bedroom next to the kitchen got bitten by bedbugs :( it was the only place. I would consider having it checked for future occasions, because we all had to wash everything when we arrived

The cabin is very nice, very spacious, lots of amenities, billiards, foosball, pingpong, basketball, soccer court, board games, wifi, pool, super comfortable. Mr. David the concierge is always attentive and very kind. Ideal for families and children.

The cabin was super nice, pleasant, grateful for the Christmas occasion, they put up a tree for us, all the staff were attentive, they gave the correct directions, I sincerely recommend it

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A peaceful family escape in the heart of Tapalpa We had a wonderful stay surrounded by nature — it truly felt like being deep in the forest, yet just minutes from the main road and stores like La Frontera. Our family enjoyed every moment: playing billiards (though the table could use a bit of care), grilling together, and swimming in the indoor-pool. The satellite internet worked flawlessly! We also walked to Las Cañadas and found a joyful local festivity; the fireworks startled our little dogs but added to the charm. On the first night, we lacked hot water, but our host quickly fixed it by morning. The evening firewood service was totally worth it — nothing beats gathering around the fire pit and chimney under the Tapalpa sky. From the youngest to the oldest, we all left with smiles. A place full of peace, warmth, and family memories. ❤️🌲🔥

The host's attention was excellent, always attentive and kind. Ideal for resting and enjoying the scenery. I would definitely stay here again.

Me and my whole family loved it! Recommended for families, there are many activities that can be done inside the cabin without having to leave. Although it is a cold area, the heated pool is excellent! On the first day of our stay there was no electricity but Mr. David (caporal) fixed it, so it did not affect our experience much. Overall a 100% recommended place, we hope to return soon!

We spent a few pleasant days in the peace and quiet that his home conveys, the area is very quiet and we had no problems with the amenities mentioned in his description, although the dirt road is a little ugly due to potholes but passable, we thought it was a little far from the village, but if you are looking for tranquility, this place is perfect, we would definitely return, the heated pool seemed the best to us. Thanks for having us!

The cabin was beautiful. Located deep in the woosd for a great getaway. Even thought it rained we were still able to enjoy the outdoor surroundings and the heated covered swimming pool. I would Definitely recommend this beautiful cabin.

It is a nice place surrounded by nature with beautiful views, the house is large with all the services and amenities offered in the publication. A kitchen with complete equipment, clean bathrooms, spacious and comfortable bedrooms, the pool is a very pleasant temperature to stay all day and there are spacious dining areas inside and outside the house to eat with the whole family. We had a wonderful vacation here. We arrived late due to a delay and we had no issues getting settled in. The views are beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need. It got a bit chilly at night so we built fires in the fireplaces and used the heaters. The blankets were nice and warm. Had a great time. Thank you!

Excellent cabin! I was dying to see it and I didn't regret it! It's a super comfortable place if you have kids! El Brincolin, the games inside and outside, the pool is shallow and thus avoids risk, the cabin is super comfortable and has many amenities, plus it is super clean! Everything smells delicious, clean beds, clean towels, no insects, we all loved it! The only mishap was that on the first day we had no hot water and as soon as we communicated the manager solved the problem and we didn't have to fight with that again!! I would definitely come back with friends and kids

Excellent option to enjoy with the family, the beds are very comfortable, there was hot water for bathing which is usually a problem in the cabanas, but here we touch perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped and the staff that welcomed us was very friendly at all times.

In my case, we were 5 families with children and the children had a lot of fun, it has everything described in the app and the photos do not do justice to how beautiful it is. We only had one problem with the hot water but it was resolved soon, they were always attentive and willing.

A spectacular stay 😍 This is our second time visiting the cabins; this time, we stayed in the large one, and it really surprised us! It exceeded our expectations!! The heated pool, even though it was cold, everything was excellent!! We really enjoyed all the amenities, the beds, the sheets, the blankets—everything was very clean, and the place was excellent! We will definitely be back soon with my whole family 🦋✨. Iván and Mr. David were always very attentive and friendly. Thank you, thank you, thank you for offering such a beautiful place! And for letting us feel right at home. It has a few pantry items (in case you forget something), and it has all the cooking utensils... You won't regret choosing this place.

We had a very nice weekend at the cabin. It is superbly equipped, spacious, and has plenty of amenities—perfect for entertaining the whole family. The entire surrounding area offers peace and a nice view. We fit 5 families and two dogs comfortably. The gentleman who looked after us was very friendly and very attentive to our needs. The beds are very comfortable, and everything is clean and in excellent condition. The kids really enjoyed the warm pool and all the games (pool, ping-pong, foosball, and video games just like in the '80s, which we all love!). Meanwhile, the adults were able to enjoy a weekend of total disconnection, even though the internet works great ☺️. Everything was excellent!!

The pool, which has an excellent temperature (82 degrees Fahrenheit) and is shielded from the cool outside air. The cabin is not cold at all, both in the bedrooms and in the common areas. Many heaters and 3 fireplaces. Recommended!
