Everything was great. We had a very nice time at Paul's house, and it was definitely an excellent choice to enjoy as a family. The description of the house fully corresponds to what is shown in the ad. The games and spaces available made our stay even more fun, and both the jacuzzi and the pool have a very pleasant temperature, so we were able to enjoy them very much. The staff in charge of the house was very friendly and was always attentive to our questions and needs, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is also excellent: there are shops, pharmacies, small restaurants and stalls very close to the house. In addition, public transportation passes right in front and takes you easily to downtown Tepoztlán. We definitely recommend this house. My whole family really enjoyed the stay and we have very good memories. Thank you very much for everything!

Paul's house is beautiful!! Just like the pictures. Alfonso and Xochitl were always ready to help us with whatever we needed. The house is excellently designed, with every detail taken care of. The kitchen is very well equipped, the rooms have plenty of space, linens and towels, everything is very clean and cozy. The view is unparalleled, and it's 10 minutes from downtown Tepoztlán without the hustle and bustle or traffic. Perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The gem of the house is the central palapa, and my son and my parents enjoyed the warm pool and the jacuzzi. And we all ate there. There's the A barbecue and a beautiful hammock in the center of the garden, surrounded by fruit trees. My son also really enjoyed the game room, which has everything: ping pong, foosball, a dollhouse, and goals. We will definitely be back as a family. We had such a great time. The house is beautiful, very large, and everything is super clean. Mr. Alfonso and Ms. Sol are excellent people; they cook deliciously and are very attentive. In short, we will be back soon; we had a great time.

We had a wonderful time at Paul’s home. He was extremely accommodating when we needed to change our arrival date. The pictures don’t do it justice. The home accommodated our four families perfectly. It’s an excellent place for young children with lots of toys and a portable crib provided by Paul. The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean and the perfect temperature for swimming. We spent the entire week relaxing and eating in the outdoor palapa. The home is also close enough to the centro but far enough away that you get peace and quiet. The food prepared by Alfonso and Xóchitl was amazing. They were wonderful hosts, extremely warm and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a great visit! The house fit our group well (3 families) and eating each meal outside was amazing. The combi was easy to take into the centro, and we enjoyed the shops right by the house. The absolute highlight was Alfonso and Xochitl. We loved their food, and they were lovely to talk to. The only negative was some bathroom odors (from septic tank I assume), but it was mainly in the front bathroom where we had kids staying, so it wasnt a problem for us.

Beautiful house. We were 11 adults and 2 children, and we all enjoyed it. We relaxed, had fun, and had a great time. I definitely have to mention Xochitl and Alfonso's support—excellent service and assistance with everything, always kind, helpful, and attentive. They made sure we didn't have to worry about anything during our stay.

Spectacular!!! The house is just like the description in the photos, super clean and well maintained, it has everything you need in kitchen utensils, bathroom kit, etc... the pool has a heater so you can enjoy it in any weather during your stay. What definitely made my stay perfect was the service from Alfonso and Xóchitl, who were always attentive, are super friendly and cook delicious food! Highly recommended, totally worth what you pay.

Everything was impeccable! Paul, Alfonso and Sol were kings!! The house is beautiful and well maintained! The pool is not for swimming a lot, but it is perfect for relaxing and having fun! All the spaces are in perfect condition and super-equipped! Great for going with friends and family!

I liked the accommodation a lot, the amenities are very complete, the kitchen has many utensils, the palapa is excellent for making a roasted meat, the pool and jacuzzi are great. The view you have of the mountain is magnificent. You have many things nearby, such as shops, bakery, pharmacy, wine shop, etc. It is about 10 minutes by car from downtown or the main street. The rooms get hot during the day, so I recommend leaving the windows open to cool off. The truth is, it's a place I'd go back to. The care of the caretaker Rodolfo was very good, very attentive.

The whole family went, 13 people. We were greeted by the house managers, who gave us an excellent experience during the stay, as if we were in a luxury family resort Highly recommended if you want to be taken care of and disconnect from the city 5⭐️

I was the weekend with my whole family amazing the place. Very comfortable, nor did we have the need or concern to leave the house, it has been one of the best stays. To this, add to the service of Alfonso and Xóchitl who took care of us. (they take care of the house, but they give you drink service, food preparation, etc.). We were very happy.

Casa cosmic is a great place to enjoy as a family and all the beauty of Tepoztlán. A single detail was the hot water; sometimes it came out and sometimes it didn't. Other than that everything is excellent and very clean. The dogs that live in the house are beautiful. We hope to be back soon!!

The house is very complete, it is magnificent that each room has its own bathroom. The amenities are excellent (game room, jacuzzi pool, palapa with barbecues) in general very nice. Please note that there is a couple living on the property, right at the entrance, who will always be aware of the visitors, and will always give you their support.

We had a wonderful time at the house. Everything is organized and clean, much better than expected. The house is very big and comfortable and the help is great. The pool and hot tube were perfect (we paid extra for warming up the pool and was totally worthy). Would definitely go back.

The house is very large, very nice, it has an incredible location in Tepoztlan. It also has everything you need to have a good weekend with friends. All the rooms had the necessary (bath towels and for the pool, dryer, cream, cottons, and endless bathroom accessories, etc.) super complete. The kitchen was also very well equipped and clean. The pool has a heating system that was very convenient because sometimes the nights are a little more cold and we were able to enjoy it. We made use of the grill to grill meats and it works perfectly. What else to say, we loved it and would definitely book this property again.

Everything was great. House is very comfortable and in perfect condition. Those in charge that are very attentive and helpful. It is in the next town of Tepoz, 5 minutes by car from downtown Tepoz. The waze address takes you to another point one block ahead, the house is over the main street.

Communication was excellent and they were always available. Gerardo, who is the one who was supporting us( along with his team) is a very friendly and very simple person. His attention was top notch. Please do not hesitate to stay in this place, the rooms are very spacious and each one has its bathroom. It has everything you need to have a great time. Pool, game room, barbecue, etc.
