Great place to stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and the pool was awesome. Perfect location near the beach, and the host’s communication was great. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Alexandra's Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Alexandra was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy. The location was great, and everything we needed was provided. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The area is very nice, the house is spacious, and it's nice that the beach is a few meters away, as is the lake.

Casa Jacinto was the perfect place for our group. We brought 6 children, so the pool was something we could enjoy as parents. Definitely worth it if you want to be quiet.

The place is excellent. The photos don't do it justice. It's very quiet. The tide is low. A super spacious house. It has everything you need. There was a mishap with a door that opens onto the street, but it was our responsibility as guests, and I followed the instructions of the owner of the house. You won't regret staying in that house. It's beautiful.

Everyone on the trip enjoyed the stay very much. We were able to have fun and relax. The only thing was that the refrigerator froze our food, haha, but apart from that, everything was excellent

Perfect house to rest.

The house is true to the pictures and true to the description. It is a quiet area away from the noise. It is comfortable and spacious, and has everything you need to feel at home. It has a laundry center, plenty of towels, and security. I would highly recommend it if you are traveling as a family.

Amazing place. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the house and the hot tub was amazing. Great distance from everything.

The house was huge and beautiful. We took our college aged kids to steal some time away with them before they scatter across the country again. We all had plenty of space to hang out and enjoy cooking and eating together. Everyone also had their own room and bathroom when they needed some peace and quiet. The surroundings were incredible. We felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. Even in December, the water in the Sea of Cortez was warm and clear. The hot tub was our favorite spot from which to watch the sun set.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Rocky Point. The views were absolutely beautiful and made every morning and evening feel special. The home was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we were hoping for. Most importantly, the host, Alexander, was incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rocky Point.

Great host and great home! The villa had everything we needed for our stay, from towels to toiletries to all of our kitchen needs! Peaceful with a great view and not to far from the main beach! Highly recommend it!

Our stay at Villa Jacinto was pleasant, relaxing, the pool was clean, the jacuzzi was very good, we enjoyed the spaces, the beds were very comfortable, it is very far from noise, that is good, you will rest. There were 12 of us and everything was fine

Honestly the home was nicer than what we were expecting and the photos do not do it justice. The home was beautiful and our family really enjoyed the stay. We used the hosts recommendations and had breakfast and dinners prepared at the home for our group. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. Having the meals prepared and cleaned up for us made the trip very relaxing and convenient. The host was quickly to respond and very friendly. Everything worked as it should and the pool was clean. A true 5 star experience. We have been to Puerto Penasco several times but this was our favorite home we have stayed at thus far. The beach does go very far out at low tide, which we were already aware of and expected. It was fun for the kids to be able to walkout and search for different shells during low tide.

Comfortable, clean, well-maintained property in a good location. When you cross the street from the front, you reach the lagoon, when you cross the street from the back, you find the sea. It has a shared bathroom with the double rooms, a bathroom for common use of the guests that has a door to access from the patio and a private bathroom in the main room, in addition it has a small closet. It has a jacuzzi with hydromassage and temperature control right behind the pool. Guests can use the washer and dryer. There are approximately 10 beach towels to use (plus the bathroom towels). It is recommended to leave them clean, dry, and arranged at the end of the stay. The laundry room has a freezer and is provided for tenants. It has two kayaks. The sea is usually quite far from the shore, in the morning and evening the water is closer, it is recommended to check the state of the tide. Raúl is an excellent manager.

Very nice house, great location and very private

Vey nice and peacefully place , very comfortable , nice and private pool area and beach just a few steps from the house , the only thing that I dont like its that there is no door locks in the rooms

Amazing!! If you like being somewhere private then this is the place to be. I loved how the beach was only walking distance (great for morning runs by the beach) also walking distance to the laguna. Very relaxful. The only down fall was the stores were really far so come prepared. We'll be coming back. Thank you Alexandra 😊

Everything was very good, no complaints. The children had a lot of fun and the security of the place was excellent

Great and safe location. Very clean and spacious. Would absolutely visit again. Was nice that at the end of the day we can go into the neighborhood with the stroller without having to worry about busy traffic. Nice that we had a beach sunset view right behind the house.

Great place

We loved our 4 day stay so much we ended up asking for an extra night! The house is stunning, & the ocean view is beautiful. When the tide was low we would go to the lake down the road or get in the pool! Thank you so much for everything, hope to visit again next year! Alexandra and Raul were very responsive with any questions and doubts we had. Great communication for sure! We for sure over packed though as the house has EVERYTHING! Such as: Grilling utensils/grill, kayaks, beach chairs, towels, + more!😄

Awesome weekend , Alexandra provided all what we need timely, the entire house is really nice and super clean, perfect for a big group, we were just 5 people this time and worked perfect, pool hot tube and direct access to the beach and the lakes was outstanding experience. definitely we will back soon!

Great stay

Felt secure in the gated community, with great staff, and the entire development is kept tidy, with beautiful sand and groomed beach. Quiet and relatively close to town. Had some issues with hot water but they got it sorted out quickly. Amazing beach for our little ones with the far reaching shallow tide pools when it’s low tide and gentle surf when it’s high. Beautiful seashells. Kitchen well stocked with loads of dishes, silverware, pots and pans in all sizes. Coffee maker, and blender, microwave were available but no dishwasher when we were there although there was a space so maybe soon? Bring your own cellophane and tinfoil, spices etc. Cotton sheets in master bedroom but most the others had synthetic blend. Lots of beach towels. Had a water cooler on site with 5 gallon jugs providing ambient, cold and hot water. Fridge is decent size, no ice-maker but there are trays. 20lbs bag ice fit in freezer along with frozen treats Will look forward to future stays at this gem

This house is everything you see in the pictures and more! The staff around the property’s that come check on you are fabulous and treat you like family!! Definitely will be coming back here in the near future

My family and I loved the house overall, we felt so at home. The pool was a little cold but I knew it wasn't heated. But also as well my kids enjoyed every moment. going in the pool. This was a great experience and I thank the host and the maintenance gentleman that came by a couple of times. I would definitely go back to this amazing house.

Great place to stay if the home and it's space is the main draw. The city itself has quite a lot of poverty that made it feel less than comfortable at times. The house is removed from the city a bit and security around the facilities was great. Because of it being more remote the sky was amazing. The pool and house were clean and we enjoyed the wildlife.

The home was spacious and exceptionally clean. Kayaks were provided and a "little" walk to the beach made for calming, private family time. It is a bit of a drive from local eateries and grocery options but we knew that coming in. Overall, we were pleased with our stay. The home was tucked away in a secure, private development. We loved it!!!!

It was cold so we did not use the kayaks but the hot tub was great! Nice location outside of town but not too far. House is beautiful!! Great stay for our family of 12! Plenty of space.

Overall the stay was good. Very quiet and private if that’s what your looking for. The only thing was that the water would get cold fast and the thermostats in the kitchen and one guest room were not holding temperature. Other than that everything else was fine.

This felt like home, beautiful home beautiful sunset, wonderful staff, I saw on few previous reviews that the pool tile was broken. it's fixed and shiny! it's 10 minutes drive to town but we didn't mind considering how safe it is. I'm forever thankful for hosting us and let us build memories that will last.

really thought pictures were sketchy tbh! But was amazed at how beautiful the house. super spacious had all the essentials necessary to spend a couple says there. A bit far from the city so you do need to take food to not be driving back and forward. Otherwise will be booking many more times!! thank you!
