We stand by our previous reviews - all of which are excellent.  Unfortunately, this guest had the opportunity to stay at another less expensive guesthouse  - with shared pool - not a private one like ours - on the same beach where her friends were staying - due to a cancellation on that property.  They were cheaper accommodations - as it is a guest house - not a private property. Our manager Jim,  happily offered a 50% refund.  She had booked 4 nights - she did not arrive the first night and spent one night on our property.   We keep our home and property spotless.  She only left this bad review - to receive a refund from Airbnb.  WARNING - please be mindful of renting to Elisha and we again encourage you to read all of our previous reviews.
