The house completely exceeded our expectations. It's a beautiful house, very spacious and incredibly decorated, with attention to every detail to make your stay very comfortable and pleasant. It has many amenities, and the heated pool was a great plus. The rooms are very spacious and the common areas are super well designed to enjoy with family and have a great time. I want to especially highlight the service of Mario and Lázaro. Both were amazing: super friendly, attentive and always willing to help us with everything we needed. They definitely made our experience even better. We loved the house and it definitely exceeded our expectations. We hope to return soon!

A very nice, large cabin, with very simple and exclusive décor. Jacuzzi with hot water, super relaxing, four TVs with Sky, Netflix, etc. High-speed internet, gas grill, tiled kitchen—basically, everything you need for a relaxing and restful stay. The host was very attentive and flexible, and at all times there was a Maintenance Manager for the cabin, physically present and attentive to every detail. 100% recommended; I would return without a second thought.

I loved it a lot, we were a group of 16 people, we were all very comfortable, the hacienda is easy to access, it is very well located and is unbeatable inside and out, the rooms are very large and comfortable, tidy, impeccable, the living areas are very spacious, I felt at home, there is good internet and many large TVs to watch movies or listen to music, the whole house has a Bosé system for music and an internet boost that was up to the task even though there were many of us, The luxury marble kitchen, with all the utensils, and the amenities are the best part of the house, where the heated pool was what my daughters enjoyed the most. It has a soccer field, a volleyball net, incredible green areas and a game room with many amenities such as gas and charcoal grills, basketball hoops, bathrooms, a new bouncy house, and a large playground for children. Mario's service is really 5 stars, always attentive! Thank you very much! I'll be back

A very nice and pleasant cabin to spend a few days with the family. There are activities and spaces for all ages, and the pool is super warm! Very well equipped with everything you need for cooking or roast meat! We had a very nice time. Lázaro was always attentive. It will definitely be our choice for future trips to Tapalpa! From the main room I saw one of the most beautiful sunrises I've seen in years!! Thanks to Mario and Lázaro for their excellent quality services!

If you rent this cabin, you won't regret it Impeccable, equipped, super spacious, lots of areas for spending time together, even better in person than in the photos they post. We had no phone signal problems. Excellent service from the hosts. Plenty of hot water, which is not always available. We are invited to return.

Excellent place, all the comforts and very clean

It is very nice very clean, like the linens, towels etc. freshly washed. Cabin in very good condition. Just a few details the pool touched us a little dirty, and there were a need for trash bags, soap and shampoo in showers, it's extra but I think it would be good to include.
